Joe was appointed chief executive of LogicaCMG UK and a member of the executive committee in January 2007, having been managing director of LogicaCMG's space and defence business since January 2004. Joe gained his early experience in the defence industry at Thorn EMI Electronics in Middlesex, UK before joining Easams, the IT business of the GEC-Marconi group in 1984. Joe moved to Logica plc in 1995 as commercial director for the public sector business and was subsequently appointed chief operations officer of Logica North America in 1998, where he remained until 2001, when he was appointed commercial director of Logica UK and a member of the UK management board. Following the merger of Logica and CMG in December 2002, Joe continued in the role as commercial director of the new LogicaCMG UK organisation until January 2004.

Patrick was appointed an executive committee member and chief executive of management and consulting France, Germany and Switzerland in January 2006. He is in charge of Unilog Management, the subsidiary of Unilog for Consulting activities in France and Germany . Gerard was appointed a non-executive director of LogicaCMG in October 2005. He was president of Unilog from 1992 and was the driving force behind Unilog rising from the twenty-third to the fourth largest French IT service company between 1992 and 2005. Graduating from Ecole Polytechnique in 1962, Gerard began his career as an engineer with the organisation consultancy CGO (Compagnie Generale d'Organisation). In 1968, he teamed up with four former colleagues to establish the Unilog group. Gerard was appointed a member of the Management Board of Unilog in 1983 and president of Unilog Industrie and Unilog Multi-Systemes in 1987. In February 2006 he was appointed to the supervisory board of Amboise Investissement SCA.

Wim was born in Rotterdam in 1939 and studied at Delft University of Technology, graduating in 1962 as engineer. He also studied at Rotterdam University of Economics. He joined Unilever in 1964 as a technical trainee with Unilever Meat Group in Oss, the Netherlands. However, in 1981 his Unilever career was interrupted by his appointment as Minister for Foreign Trade in the Netherlands. He returned to Unilever in 1983 as assistant to the European regional director, and in 1986 he was appointed national manager for Unilever Netherlands. In 1987 he became the European co-ordinator for public affairs. In 1988 he left Unilever again, this time to take on the privatisation of PTT, the Dutch post and telecom operator. After successfully completing the privatisation process and the introduction of the KPN shares on the Amsterdam and New York stock exchanges, he retired in February 2000. In 2000 he became a professor in ICT management at Delft University. He is a Grand Officer in the Order of Oranje Nassau (Netherlands) and a Commander in the Order of the North Star (Sweden). Although retired, he was appointed an advisory director of Unilever N.V. and Unilever PLC in May 2001. In April 2004, following a change in the company’s board structure he was appointed a non-executive director. He is a member of Unilever’s audit committee and also of the external affairs and corporate relations committee. He is a non-executive director of Aviva and LogicaCMG, and is chairman of the supervisory boards of Casema Holding and TeleAtlas. Wim and his wife Alice live in Brabant, in the Netherlands, and they have five children and eight grandchildren. Wim is a jazz drummer, reads avidly and enjoys swimming and running.
