LogicaCMG Plc.

Jim was appointed Chief Operating Officer in January 2005. He has been a member of the LogicaCMG board since December 2002, having been an executive director of Logica plc since 1998. Jim was also Chief Executive for LogicaCMG in the UK and Ireland and was previously responsible for Logica in continental Europe and the Middle East . He formerly worked for GEC-Marconi and also Plessey Company plc. He is a non-executive director of AWG plc.

Joe was appointed chief executive of LogicaCMG UK and a member of the executive committee in January 2007, having been managing director of LogicaCMG's space and defence business since January 2004. Joe gained his early experience in the defence industry at Thorn EMI Electronics in Middlesex, UK before joining Easams, the IT business of the GEC-Marconi group in 1984. Joe moved to Logica plc in 1995 as commercial director for the public sector business and was subsequently appointed chief operations officer of Logica North America in 1998, where he remained until 2001, when he was appointed commercial director of Logica UK and a member of the UK management board. Following the merger of Logica and CMG in December 2002, Joe continued in the role as commercial director of the new LogicaCMG UK organisation until January 2004.

John was appointed chief executive international and a member of the executive committee of LogicaCMG in June 2003, having previously been managing director of the UK telecoms division. He joined Logica in 1982, holding a variety of sales, line management and senior positions, before moving to the USA to run the West Coast operation. John briefly managed the UK government team in 1993, before then moving into telecoms, including two years as telecoms international line of business director from 2000 to 2002.

Nick was appointed a member of the executive committee of LogicaCMG in January 2005. He joined LogicaCMG in May 2003 as managing director international financial services. Previous experience has included interim chief executive of two software houses where he was responsible for turning the businesses around. Prior to this, Nick was head of CSC's European financial services consultancy, systems integration and outsourcing and prior to that as operations director of JIB, an organisation providing insurance and risk advisory services to businesses around the world.

Paul was appointed chief executive, The Netherlands in February 2003 and a member of the executive committee of LogicaCMG in April 2004. Having worked for PTT Post (now TPG) Paul joined CMG as a management consultant in 1987. He held various management positions in the Telecom and Public Sector markets prior to his being appointed country director CMG Benelux in 2002.

Paula has over 20 years experience as an HR executive and more than 30 years in the industry. Prior to joining LogicaCMG, Paula worked for CGI, an international technology solutions and outsourcing organization with over 25,000 employees. As vice president of HR US, she was responsible for national HR operations, as well as a key member of the US outsourcing team. Previous to CGI, Paula held senior level HR positions with Tufts Health Plan and Home Owners Savings Bank and the Boston Stock Exchange.

Patrick was appointed an executive committee member and chief executive of management and consulting France, Germany and Switzerland in January 2006. He is in charge of Unilog Management, the subsidiary of Unilog for Consulting activities in France and Germany . Patrick joined Unilog in 1997 in order to design and implement a new strategy for Consulting. Prior to this, he rose through the ranks with Bossard, a European management consulting company to become an executive committee member.

Thomas was appointed executive vice president wireless networks and a member of the executive committee of LogicaCMG following the merger of Logica and CMG in December 2002. In October 2003 he became group sales and marketing director and in 2007 he became ILoB and sales and marketing director for Nordic region. Thomas joined CMG in October 2001 as chief executive of CMG wireless data solutions. Between 1995 and 2001 he was CEO and president of the EHPT Group. Previously he worked for 15 years with Ericsson. Thomas was a non-executive director of Intec Telecom Systems plc from 2003 to 2005.

Helmut Mamsch, 62, joined the Board on 1 September 2006 as Chairman designate. He took over as Chairman at the October Board meeting. He is Deputy Chairman of Logica CMG plc and a Non-executive Director of both GKN plc, an automotive and aerospace company, and SAPPI Ltd, a major fine paper producer. He is also a Supervisory Board member of K+S AG and Cemex Deutschland.

George was appointed a non-executive director of LogicaCMG in December 2002, having previously been a non-executive director of CMG since 1998. He is currently Chairman of Altius Associates Ltd and Pall Mall Capital Ltd, as well as holding a number of non-executive positions. Until 2005, George was chairman of Helix Associates Ltd. He has held many board positions with both UK and European companies and trusts and was previously a director of Midland Bank plc and Chairman & Chief Executive of Midland Montagu.

Gerard was appointed a non-executive director of LogicaCMG in October 2005. He was president of Unilog from 1992 and was the driving force behind Unilog rising from the twenty-third to the fourth largest French IT service company between 1992 and 2005. Graduating from Ecole Polytechnique in 1962, Gerard began his career as an engineer with the organisation consultancy CGO (Compagnie Generale d'Organisation). In 1968, he teamed up with four former colleagues to establish the Unilog group. Gerard was appointed a member of the Management Board of Unilog in 1983 and president of Unilog Industrie and Unilog Multi-Systemes in 1987. In February 2006 he was appointed to the supervisory board of Amboise Investissement SCA.

Wim was born in Rotterdam in 1939 and studied at Delft University of Technology, graduating in 1962 as engineer. He also studied at Rotterdam University of Economics. He joined Unilever in 1964 as a technical trainee with Unilever Meat Group in Oss, the Netherlands. However, in 1981 his Unilever career was interrupted by his appointment as Minister for Foreign Trade in the Netherlands. He returned to Unilever in 1983 as assistant to the European regional director, and in 1986 he was appointed national manager for Unilever Netherlands. In 1987 he became the European co-ordinator for public affairs. In 1988 he left Unilever again, this time to take on the privatisation of PTT, the Dutch post and telecom operator. After successfully completing the privatisation process and the introduction of the KPN shares on the Amsterdam and New York stock exchanges, he retired in February 2000. In 2000 he became a professor in ICT management at Delft University. He is a Grand Officer in the Order of Oranje Nassau (Netherlands) and a Commander in the Order of the North Star (Sweden). Although retired, he was appointed an advisory director of Unilever N.V. and Unilever PLC in May 2001. In April 2004, following a change in the company’s board structure he was appointed a non-executive director. He is a member of Unilever’s audit committee and also of the external affairs and corporate relations committee. He is a non-executive director of Aviva and LogicaCMG, and is chairman of the supervisory boards of Casema Holding and TeleAtlas. Wim and his wife Alice live in Brabant, in the Netherlands, and they have five children and eight grandchildren. Wim is a jazz drummer, reads avidly and enjoys swimming and running.
