Ms. Elsenhans was elected to the Board of Directors in August 2008 and was elected Chairman of the Board in October 2008. Ms. Elsenhans has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunoco, Inc. since August 2008. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing for Shell Downstream, Inc. from 2005 to 2008. From 2003 to 2005, Ms. Elsenhans served concurrently as President of Shell Oil Company and President and CEO at Shell Oil Products US.

As chief estimator for Sunoco, Inc., Barney managed and prepared cost estimates, bid analyses, planning with cost by activity loadings for a least cost-least time project management control system, with ongoing productivity and cost analysis projections. His expertise has effectively controlled engineering, materials expediting, and field construction activities for projects of $5000 to $150MM in size. In addition to petroleum industry expertise, Barney's background includes coal handling facilities, pilot plant estimating, engineering controls, "large ticket" leasing (off balance sheet financing) multi-structure and paving projects, offsites, and preparing delay and disruption claims analyses including asbestos removal. As the Base Civil Engineering Officer for the New Jersey Air National Guard unit at McGuire Air Force Base until 1988, he developed an in-depth background in Government specifications and reporting procedures and presentations. He has worked short and/or long term in eight foreign countries as a field engineer, cost engineer, and project engineer.

Mr. Fischer was elected to the Board of Directors in April 2002. Mr. Fischer has been Senior Vice President, Sunoco Chemicals of Sunoco, Inc. since January 2002. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Sunoco Chemicals from November 2000 to January 2002.

Mr. Davis was elected Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in November 2003. From September 2000 to November 2003, Mr. Davis was Associate General Counsel for Mirant Corporation.

Mr. Keene was elected Vice President, Business Development in January 2005. From February 2002 to December 2004, Mr. Keene was the Director of Midstream Development for Unocal Midstream & Trade, a division of Unocal Corporation. Prior to that, he had been Director of Business Development and Vice President of Unocal Pipeline Company since April 1999.

Mr. Justin was elected Vice President, Operations in April 2007. From November 2001 to April 2007, he served as Vice President, Eastern Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Justin served as Manager, Eastern Area Operations for Sun Pipe Line Company.

Mr. Delaney was elected to the Board of Directors in September 2007. Mr. Delaney has been Vice President, Investor Relations and Planning for Sunoco, Inc. since January 2003.

Mr. Berry was elected to the Board of Directors in March 2003. He is currently a consultant in the energy field.

Ms. Fairbairn is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fairbairn Group, LLC, specializing in human resources and executive management consulting since April 2005. She served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Quality, of American Express Company, from 1996 until her retirement in April 2005. She is also a director of Centex Corporation, Sunoco Inc., and VF Corporation.
