Doug Butler began as Chief Financial Officer for Looking Glass Networks in September 2003. He manages all of the company's accounting, business planning and analysis, financial reporting, financial systems, revenue assurance, credit and collections. He also has responsibility for Looking Glass' debt and equity funding requirements as well as its insurance and risk management programs. Prior to joining Looking Glass, Mr. Butler served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Cambrian Communications, a Virginia-based optical network services provider with long haul and metro network in and between Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York City. Mr. Butler's career also includes 10 years in various roles for Barclays Capital (the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC), including Director for the firm's Media and Telecommunications Group in San Francisco. There he was responsible for global relationship management of key telecommunications clients and specialized in originating and structuring debt capital markets transactions including syndicated corporate loans, project financing, asset securitizations, investment grade and high yield bond underwritings and derivatives. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Butler worked for GE Capital's Corporate Finance Group specializing in debt and equity investments in leveraged transactions. He began his career with Chemical Bank (predecessor to today's JPMorgan Chase) in New York where he underwent advanced credit training and specialized in leveraged buyouts for the firm's large corporate banking division. Mr. Butler is a graduate of Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History.

Joseph Stockhausen, Vice President of Network Development, brings more than 15 years of telecommunications and management experience to Looking Glass. Mr. Stockhausen manages all aspects of the company's use of public and private rights-of-way, real estate, building access, and vendor relations.
