Looking Glass Networks Inc.

Doug Butler began as Chief Financial Officer for Looking Glass Networks in September 2003. He manages all of the company's accounting, business planning and analysis, financial reporting, financial systems, revenue assurance, credit and collections. He also has responsibility for Looking Glass' debt and equity funding requirements as well as its insurance and risk management programs. Prior to joining Looking Glass, Mr. Butler served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Cambrian Communications, a Virginia-based optical network services provider with long haul and metro network in and between Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York City. Mr. Butler's career also includes 10 years in various roles for Barclays Capital (the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC), including Director for the firm's Media and Telecommunications Group in San Francisco. There he was responsible for global relationship management of key telecommunications clients and specialized in originating and structuring debt capital markets transactions including syndicated corporate loans, project financing, asset securitizations, investment grade and high yield bond underwritings and derivatives. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Butler worked for GE Capital's Corporate Finance Group specializing in debt and equity investments in leveraged transactions. He began his career with Chemical Bank (predecessor to today's JPMorgan Chase) in New York where he underwent advanced credit training and specialized in leveraged buyouts for the firm's large corporate banking division. Mr. Butler is a graduate of Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History.

Mr. Neppl brings more than 18 years of telecommunications experience to his role as Vice President, Network Operations at Looking Glass. He is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company's networks nationwide. He also manages the design and construction of all new facilities, infrastructure and special projects deployed for Looking Glass and its customers.

John Carruth, Vice President of Network Services, brings more than 30 years of telecommunications experience to Looking Glass. Mr. Carruth is responsible for managing all aspects of the operations of Looking Glass' networks, including service delivery, provisioning, network engineering, procurement and inventory management, 24x7 NOCC support, customer care and carrier relations. Prior to joining Looking Glass, Mr. Carruth was the Vice President of Implementation Engineering for WorldCom, managing over 785 employees. His team was responsible for the engineering and installation of all local transport DACS, data switches, timing and telemetry systems. Earlier, Mr. Carruth served as the Vice President of WorldCom's Network Planning and Capacity Management where he directed traffic engineering, provisioning, ILEC collocation and capacity management for the company's local switched voice network. Previously, Mr. Carruth was Director of Network Planning for MFS Communications Company and held various positions at Century Telephone and Siemens.

Joseph Stockhausen, Vice President of Network Development, brings more than 15 years of telecommunications and management experience to Looking Glass. Mr. Stockhausen manages all aspects of the company's use of public and private rights-of-way, real estate, building access, and vendor relations. Prior to joining Looking Glass, Mr. Stockhausen led the Strategic Planning and Business Analysis group at WorldCom. His responsibilities included the analysis and development of business plans for nationwide expansion, the introduction of new technology for the company's local and long distance networks, and the analysis of potential acquisitions and strategic investments. He also negotiated and analyzed extensive right-of-way and network agreements. Previously, Mr. Stockhausen was Director of Finance, Forecasting and Budgeting for WorldCom and Director of National Planning for MFS Communications Company. He was also a Manager of Accounting at Telesphere Communications. Mr. Stockhausen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois-Chicago.

As Vice President of Sales for the Midwest and New York Regions, Lori McCaffrey is responsible for managing sales for some of Looking Glass' largest networks. Ms. McCaffrey brings more than 21 years of sales and telecommunications experience to the company. Prior to joining Looking Glass, Ms. McCaffrey was a Regional Vice President with Teligent, Inc., where she successfully managed a 150-person sales team. Previously, Ms. McCaffrey worked at MFS Communications Company, where she was Vice President of Sales for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Ms. McCaffrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

Peter Schulz, Vice President of Customer Care, Provisioning and the NOCC, joined Looking Glass in 2004 and is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of all services the company provides. Prior to joining Looking Glass, Mr. Schulz was Vice President of Network Engineering and Operations for VarTec Telecom. Previously, Mr. Schulz had a 10 year carrier with WorldCom and MFS Communications Company. While at WorldCom, he held various positions including Network Planning for WorldCom's local networks, provisioning, SS7 network planning, switch translations and the implementation of the one of the company's original local networks. At MFS, Mr. Schulz was instrumental in defining the industry interconnection requirements and standards for CLEC and ILEC interoperability. Mr. Schulz started his career with Bellcore. Mr. Schulz earned his Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Duquesne University.

Steve Daigle, Vice President of Product and Sales Development, is responsible for establishing the marketing and pricing strategy for Looking Glass' broad suite of products. Prior to his current role, Mr. Daigle was the Senior Director of Engineering, leading the team that deployed the company's SONET, DWDM and Ethernet optical networks nationwide. Prior to joining Looking Glass, Mr. Daigle had a 10-year career with CenturyTel and Bellcore (Telcordia) where he held various engineering and marketing roles, including product responsibility for wireline and wireless product suites and general management responsibilities for PCS deployment. Mr. Daigle earned his Masters degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and his BSEE from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

James N. Perry, Jr., Managing Director - B.A., University of Pennsylvania; M.B.A., University of Chicago. Prior to co-founding MDP, Mr. Perry was with First Chicago Venture Capital for eight years. Previously, he was with The First National Bank of Chicago. Mr. Perry concentrates on investments in the communications industry and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Band-X Limited, Cbeyond Communications, Inc, Cinemark, Inc., Intelsat Holdings Ltd., MetroPCS Communications, Inc., Sorenson Communications Holdings, LLC, Univision Communications Inc., and Catholic Relief Services.
