As Chief Strategy Officer, Jason Greenman is responsible for corporate strategy as well as LoopNet's mergers & acquisitions activity, strategic investments, business development and strategic alliances. Greenman has been with LoopNet since 2001, and was previously Chief Product Officer, overseeing all of LoopNet's product lines. Greenman joined LoopNet with over 12 years of strategic business development, marketing and product development experience, all at high-technology ventures. Prior to LoopNet, he co-founded and served as SVP, Business Development, for Clareon Corporation, a provider of internet-based electronic payment services to Fortune 500 corporations. At Clareon, Greenman negotiated strategic alliances with many major firms, including Morgan Stanley and FleetBoston Financial (now BofA). From 1992 to 1998, Greenman held several positions with Infinity Financial Technology, a leading financial services software provider. He established the firm's European operations, forming key strategic alliances and making the firm's first sales in the region, and later built and managed the company's product management and marketing groups, as well as Infinity's global business development group. An early member of the management team at Infinity, Jason helped grow the company's annual revenues to $120 million, culminating in a successful IPO and ultimate acquisition by SunGard that valued the firm at over $500 million. Greenman holds a Master's degree in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sloan Fellow. He also has a B.S. in Product Design with distinction from Stanford.

Tom Unterman founded Rustic Canyon in 1999 after a long career as a corporate executive and prior to that, a corporate lawyer. He continues to serve as managing partner.
