David Siporin was named Vice President, International Business in 2005. Dave joined LORD Corporation as Vice President, Human Resources in 2001 and in 2002 served as Vice President, Human Resources, Information Technology & Services.

Download picture. Jonathan D. Oechsle was appointed Vice President, Legal and Secretary in 2005 and is responsible for all aspects of the legal function of the Corporation. Jon joined LORD in August 2003 as Senior Attorney and was later appointed Assistant Secretary. Jon was previously with Diosynth RTP, a contract manufacturer of pharmaceutical ingredients, where he served as General Counsel and member of the Executive Management Committee. Prior to Diosynth, Jon served as Senior Counsel of Marketing, Mergers and Acquisitions and Core Legal Services for Nortel Networks in Nashville, Tennessee and Raleigh, North Carolina. In addition, Jon began his legal career in private practice with the Business and Environmental Law sections of Moore & Van Allen, PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Yanyo joined Corporate Research at LORD in 1981, where her research work included developing ceramic coatings through sol-gel processes, identifying mechanisms adhesive failure, authoring predictive design software for rubber injection mold design, developing alternative elastomeric materials for extreme applications, developing test methods and mathematical models to predict non-linear, dynamic mechanical properties of elastomers, and developing controllable "smart" materials and applications. With the creation of the new Materials Business Unit of Lord Corporation in 1997, she managed the long-term research and development in electrically and magnetically controllable material development, as well as product and process development and manufacturing of magneto-rheological (MR) fluids. In 1998 she became Sales and Marketing Manager for new business development including market research, market creation and development for MR technology as well as achieving sales goals and growth in a wide variety of markets and applications. MR technology was successfully commercialized in steering systems (1999) and automotive suspensions (2001), under her watch. Currently, Dr. Yanyo is Director of Global Sales and Marketing for the electronics business for LORD. She has responsibility for growing the high technology materials solutions for tomorrow's smaller, faster and hotter chips and packages. Dr. Yanyo has published numerous articles on materials development and modeling and holds 7 US Patents. She serves on several university and corporate advisory boards.

Andy has a diploma in sound engineering and recording. He joined Abbey Road as editor and mastering engineer in 1991 with. A classical engineer by training, he specialises in both pop and classical surround mastering. In the field of historical restoration he has become one of the world's foremost transfer engineers, winning four Gramophone awards and twice being nominated for an American Grammy award. Andy has given various lectures and interviews on re-mastering and mastering techniques to both professional and academic institutions in the USA, Europe and the UK. As a surround mastering engineer Andy is in great demand, working on a multitude of DVD projects for a host of 'A' list artists including Coldplay, Kylie, U2, The Cure, David Bowie, Robbie Williams, Radiohead and The Who. During his career Andy has worked on many notable projects, not least with the world-renowned opera singer Dame Elizabeth Schwarzkopf and legendary cellist Mtislav Rostropovich. Recent projects have included EMI Classics 'Great Recordings of the Century Edition', the continuation of the ever-popular References Series and the restoration of various third-party world music back catalogues. Andy is increasingly the mastering engineer of choice for the film and stage industries, mastering the CD soundtrack albums of Hollywood award-winning blockbusters, such as Harry Potter - The Order of the Phoenix, Eragon and the London cast album of Lord of the Rings and Dirty Dancing. He is currently actively involved in mastering surround media, working on the SKY HD logos and mastering and compiling the critically acclaimed SKY Arts series From the Basement, with Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich.

Brian Pall became a member of the board of directors on October 20, 2006. Mr. Pall is Managing Director of NRDC, where he has been employed since 2004. Prior to joining NRDC, Mr. Pall spent 17 years with The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, Inc., where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer.

Lansdale, Zoran Zivkovic, Steve Aylett, Jeff VanderMeer and classic online reprints of stories by H.G. Wells, Mark Twain and Arthur Conan Doyle. Joe is also a stand-up comedian. He lives in Fultondale, Alabama, with wife Stefanie and daughter Quinlan.

Intern Pastor Kate Murray joins Lord of Life for a year long internship. While she is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Intern Pastor Kate lived in Columbus, Ohio for two years while attending Trinity Lutheran Seminary. Before moving to Ohio to attend seminary, she attended the University of Southern California and the University of New Mexico where she earned her bachelors degree. She is a USC Trojan at heart and roots for them in every one of their sporting events, especially the football team.

Kathryn Bridget Moynahan (born September 21, 1970 in Binghamton, New York) from Longmeadow, Massachusetts, is a model and actress of part Irish descent, recently appearing in feature films like The Sum of All Fears, The Recruit, Lord of War and I, Robot. She also made guest appearances in the television series Sex and the City. Kathryn attended Longmeadow High School and graduated in 1989. In high school, Kathryn was active in school athletics, participating in field hockey, basketball and lacrosse. She went on to attend the University of Massachusetts Amherst, but left after her freshman year to pursue a career in modeling.

Len Rhodes is a lecturer and clinician of international repute. He has recently presented his lecture "Teaching Composition in the Private Studio" at the Music Teachers National Association's 2005 Annual Conference in Seattle, WA. He regularly conducts workshops for teacher associations. His course on "The History of Music" at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs was well received.

Michael Shamberg, co-producer of duPont-Columbia award-winning Lord of the Universe, became a Hollywood film producer (The Big Chill, A Fish Called Wanda, Pulp Fiction and Erin Brockovich); Don Mischer, producer of Making Television Dance with choreographer Twyla Tharp, became a major television producer-director (Olympics, Emmy Awards, and Kennedy Center Honors); Diane English, writer of the speculative fiction drama, The Lathe of Heaven, produced the long-running TV situation comedy, Murphy Brown; Jon Alpert, who with his wife, Keiko Tsuno, produced several TV LAB documentaries beginning with Cuba The People and Vietnam: Picking Up the Pieces, continues to cover global hot spots: he won a duPont-Columbia award for his HBO documentary Baghdad E.R.; Alan & Susan Raymond, whose The Police Tapes influenced dramatic and reality TV cop shows, continue to make video verite documentaries; Bill Viola, whose slow-motion video art is seen in museums worldwide; William Wegman, whose artistic photographs of Weimaraner dogs are beloved.

Pastor Robert Poole is a native of Las Vegas , Nevada and has known the call to preach was on his life since an early age. Eaton, Deephaven, Minn., left Microsoft last August to spend more time with her family, on volunteer work and in Bible study. She had worked for that company for 15 years in sales and consulting including time as U.S. director of sales readiness and general manager. She noted in her autobiography that she had focused on planning, strategy and recruiting and development of people. She is a member of Lord of Life Lutheran in Maple Grove, Minn.

Doug Daniels serves at Cornerstone World Outreach as associate pastor and administrator. After 17 years in the banking and finance industry, God spoke to Doug that a career change was forthcoming and his desire to fulfill the call of God on his life was about to come to pass. Within a few weeks, Pastor Larry Gordon asked Doug to leave his position as vice-president of a progressive midwestern bank to serve as administrator of Cornerstone. Doug was ordained into the ministry in 1996. Doug is married to Eileen Daniels, and they are the parents of two children, Hannah and Ryan. Doug was born in Perry, Iowa and attended Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary, Avco University, and is a graduate of the American Institute of Banking. Doug has held several offices with the Iowa Bankers Association, as well as involvement in banking compliance, senior loan and marketing committees. Past appointments include: District Finance Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America, Council Bluffs, IA, leadership in Jefferson housing committee, and Greater Downtown committee of the Sioux City Chamber of Commerce. In Doug's current position as administrator he has oversight of all church departments under the direct authority of Senior Pastors Larry and Eileen Gordon, as well as direct supervision or involvement in the following departments at Cornerstone: finance, personnel, grounds and maintenance, Ch 38 television ministry, helps ministry, new construction projects and land development, and Biblical counseling in the areas of personal finance and marriage. During the last ten years, Doug has taught various classes on personal finance, real estate investment and church administration. He is currently an officer of the Cornerstone World Outreach Board of Directors. Doug is currently serving as a board member for Lord of Hosts World Outreach, Omaha, NE and for Living Word Outreach, Spencer, IA.

Mr. Rogers has been President of Eastman Chemical Company and Chemicals & Fibers Business Group Head since 2006, and will become President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective following the Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 7, 2009. He joined the Company in 1999 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and in 2002 also became Chief Operations Officer of Eastman Division, and was named Executive Vice President of the Company and President of Eastman Division in November 2003. Mr. Rogers served previously as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GAF Materials Corporation. He also served as Executive Vice President, Finance, of International Specialty Products, Inc., which was spun off from GAF in 1997. Mr. Rogers is 57.
