David Taylor was named interim Chief Financial Officer of Eddie Bauer Holdings, Inc. in January 2006 and interim Treasurer in February 2006. Mr. Taylor is a Senior Managing Director with FTI Palladium Partners, a firm specializing in providing interim management services. Prior to joining FTI Palladium Partners, from 2002 to 2005, Mr. Taylor served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Guilford Mills, Inc. and from 1999 to 2001, he served as Senior Vice President-Finance of Heafner Tire Group (now known as American Tire Distributors). Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Furman University.

Mr. Staab has served as Senior Vice President, Finance, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer since May of 2008. Previously, Mr. Staab served as Lorillard’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since he joined Lorillard in 1998.

Mr. Hennighausen has served as Executive Vice President, Production Operations since he joined Lorillard in 2002. Prior to joining Lorillard, Mr. Hennighausen served as Senior Vice President, Operations and Product Supply at ConAgra Frozen & Prepared Foods for three years. He also served in a number of operations management positions with the Campbell Soup Company.

Mr. Spell has served as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales with Lorillard since 1999. Previously, Mr. Spell served as Senior Vice President, Sales for four years and prior to that, as Vice President, Sales for one year. Mr. Spell has been with Lorillard since 1977.

Mr. Milstein has served as Senior Vice President, Legal and External Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary with Lorillard since 2005. Previously, Mr. Milstein served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for seven years. Mr. Milstein has been with Lorillard since 1996.

Hanna Hasl-Kelchner is a licensed attorney and former adjunct professor at the Duke University Fuqua School of Management who earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University, an MBA degree from Cornell University, and her law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law Camden, where she won awards for her advocacy skills. Her legal career began in Washington, D.C., spanning private government practice, included service at the U.S. International Trade Commission where one of her cases was decided by President Reagan. She moved to in-house practice in 1984, developing a diverse portfolio of increasing responsibility at Degussa Corporation, a subsidiary of Frankfurt based Degussa AG, and at Reichhold, Inc., a subsidiary of Tokyo based Dainippon Ink and Chemicals. She is currently Associate General Counsel at Lorillard Tobacco Company where she serves as a member of its Brand Integrity Group and is national counsel for Lorillard's trademark infringement litigation. She also serves on the advisory board of WeComply, Inc., and the editorial board of the Journal of Business Ethics Education.

Pastor Ronald Maddox, one of Greensboro's most distinguished African American men, was born May 15, 1963 in Morristown, NJ. Pastor Maddox is a much sought after lecturer, conference and seminar speaker who has found time to preach throughout much of North Carolina. His ministry is bold, energetic, and dynamic equipping the saints to lock into their pastor's vision and fulfill their destiny. He attended NC A & T State University; however, during his sophomore year he enlisted in the United States Navy where he graduated from the Naval Technical Training Center Administration Service School in Meridian, MS. Pastor Maddox also graduated from the Lake County Military Writing School in Los Angeles, CA in June 1986. Pastor Maddox is an entrepreneur who serves as President of AAA Speedy Movers Inc., operated as a licensed Bail Bondman's in the State of North Carolina, and serves as a Supervisor at Lorillard, Inc. In March 1995, Pastor Maddox founded Fresh Start Ministry. Fresh Start is an organization of economic empowerment aimed at expanding educational and economic opportunities for disadvantaged and minority communities. A hallmark of Pastor Maddox has been his commitment to youth. He has visited hundreds of incarcerated young men and continues to bring comfort to the abandoned and discouraged. He and his wife Vera Wyrtch Maddox serves as examples of what God can do through yielded vessels. Many who have experienced their ministry have testimony: Pastor Maddox has a powerful anointing.

Richard W. Roedel (59). Mr. Roedel spent much of his career with BDO Seidman LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm, where he ultimately served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr Roedel currently serves as director of Brightpoint, Inc., IHS Inc., Sealy Corporation, Lorillard, Inc. and Luna Innovations Incorporated. Mr Roedel is chairman of the audit committees of Brightpoint, Sealy, Lorillard, Inc. and Luna Innovations Incorporated. Mr Roedel is also a board member of the Association of Audit Committee Members, Inc., a not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening audit committees. Mr. Roedel was on the board and chairman of the audit committee of Dade Behring Holdings, Inc. from October 2002 until November 2007 when Dade was acquired by Siemens AG. Mr. Roedel served in various capacities at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. from 2002 until 2005, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. From 1971 through 2000, he was employed by BDO Seidman LLP, becoming an audit partner in 1980, later being promoted in 1990 to Managing Partner in Chicago and then Managing Partner in New York in 1994 and finally in 1999 to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr Roedel is a graduate of The Ohio State University and a C.P.A.

David E. R. Dangoor joined the Board of Directors on July 8, 2008 and he serves on the Audit Committee. Mr. Dangoor has been President of Innoventive Partners LLC, a firm providing consulting services in the fields of Marketing Strategy and Public Relations since 2003, and has served as a Managing Partner of the consulting firm Cato Dangoor & Associates, London, since 2002. Mr. Dangoor retired from Philip Morris in 2002 following more than 27 years in senior executive positions, which included Head of Marketing, Philip Morris Germany; President, Philip Morris Canada; Senior Vice President of Marketing, Philip Morris USA, and Executive Vice President, Philip Morris International. Mr. Dangoor serves as a director of Lifetime Brands, Inc.; ICP Solar Technologies, Inc.; Chairman of the Board of Directors of BioGaia AB; and a member of the Advisory Board of the Denihan Hospitality Group.

Kit D. Dietz became a Director upon the inception of Lorillard as an independent public company on June 10, 2008. Mr. Dietz is the owner of Dietz Consulting LLC, a consulting firm founded in 2004 with a focus on the convenience-store industry in the United States and Canada. Mr. Dietz was previously a senior vice president with Willard Bishop Consulting LTD, which provides consulting services to companies in the food industry, including consumer package goods companies.

Nigel Travis joined the Board of Directors on July 8, 2008 and he serves on the Compensation Committee. Mr. Travis is the Chief Executive Officer of Dunkin Brands, Inc., a position he has held since December 2008. Mr. Travis had been President and Chief Executive Officer of Papa John’s International, the world's third largest pizza company, since 2005, where he was responsible for running the company’s operations across 20 countries. Prior to this he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Blockbuster Inc. where he worked for ten years. He has also worked at Burger King Corporation as Managing Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa and held positions at Grand Metropolitan, Esso Petroleum, Kraft Foods and Rolls Royce.

Robert C. Almon joined the Board of Directors on November 4, 2008 and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Almon is a partner and co-founder of Pillar Capital LLC, an alternative investment management firm. From 1998 until 2007, Mr. Almon worked at Ernst & Young LLP where he established and served as National Director of the Center for Strategic Transactions, a strategy consulting practice focused on enhancing shareholder value, and subsequently he served on Ernst & Young’s Partner Advisory Council. Prior to 1998, Mr. Almon was a Managing Director in Corporate Finance at Salomon Brothers (now Citigroup) and previously at Lehman Brothers. Before becoming an investment banker he held strategic and treasury positions with General Motors Corporation and General Motors Acceptance Corporation.
