Hanna Hasl-Kelchner is a licensed attorney and former adjunct professor at the Duke University Fuqua School of Management who earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University, an MBA degree from Cornell University, and her law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law Camden, where she won awards for her advocacy skills. Her legal career began in Washington, D.C., spanning private government practice, included service at the U.S. International Trade Commission where one of her cases was decided by President Reagan. She moved to in-house practice in 1984, developing a diverse portfolio of increasing responsibility at Degussa Corporation, a subsidiary of Frankfurt based Degussa AG, and at Reichhold, Inc., a subsidiary of Tokyo based Dainippon Ink and Chemicals. She is currently Associate General Counsel at Lorillard Tobacco Company where she serves as a member of its Brand Integrity Group and is national counsel for Lorillard's trademark infringement litigation. She also serves on the advisory board of WeComply, Inc., and the editorial board of the Journal of Business Ethics Education.

Pastor Ronald Maddox, one of Greensboro's most distinguished African American men, was born May 15, 1963 in Morristown, NJ. Pastor Maddox is a much sought after lecturer, conference and seminar speaker who has found time to preach throughout much of North Carolina. His ministry is bold, energetic, and dynamic equipping the saints to lock into their pastor's vision and fulfill their destiny. He attended NC A & T State University; however, during his sophomore year he enlisted in the United States Navy where he graduated from the Naval Technical Training Center Administration Service School in Meridian, MS. Pastor Maddox also graduated from the Lake County Military Writing School in Los Angeles, CA in June 1986. Pastor Maddox is an entrepreneur who serves as President of AAA Speedy Movers Inc., operated as a licensed Bail Bondman's in the State of North Carolina, and serves as a Supervisor at Lorillard, Inc. In March 1995, Pastor Maddox founded Fresh Start Ministry. Fresh Start is an organization of economic empowerment aimed at expanding educational and economic opportunities for disadvantaged and minority communities. A hallmark of Pastor Maddox has been his commitment to youth. He has visited hundreds of incarcerated young men and continues to bring comfort to the abandoned and discouraged.
