Stanton has spent his entire career in the building products industry. His wide experience ranges from carpenter to sales and marketing, to head of a multi-branch distribution business, as well as key general manager roles. Stanton joined LP in 1997 as general manager of LP's industrial panels business, and most recently has held the position of vice president, OSB. Prior to joining LP, he held management roles of increasing responsibility with International Paper Corporation in their decorative products business. Stanton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology and is a board member of APA, the Engineered Wood Association and Slocan-LP OSB Corporation.

Jeffrey N. Wagner has been Executive Vice President of OSB since May 2006 and previously Vice President OSB since November 2004. He served as Vice President, Forest Resources, Supply Management and Logistics from 2003 to 2004. Previously, Mr. Wagner served as Director of Supply Management.

Rick Olszewski, Executive Vice President of specialty products, sales and marketing, joined LP in 2006 from the Avery Dennison Corporation where he served for eight years, most recently as vice president of the Fasson Roll Division, North America. He also brings 17 years of marketing, sales and general management experience with Monsanto, including an international assignment in Belgium. Mr. Olszewski holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri.

Ann Harris, vice president human resources, joined LP in 2005, coming from The Shaw Group, where she was vice president of human resources. In addition, Mrs. Harris has held positions with Boeing, Dow Chemical and The IT Group. Mrs. Harris is responsible for all human resources functions and safety, and works diligently to meet LP’s vision of being an employer of choice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee.

Brad Southern, vice president and general manager siding, joined LP in 1999. Prior to his current position, Mr. Southern was vice president of specialty operations. Mr. Southern began his career with MacMillan Bloedel as a forester and progressed through a variety of jobs in forestry, strategic planning, finance, accounting and plant management. Mr. Southern has a B.S. in Forest Resource and a M.S. in Forest Resources, both from the University of Georgia.

Brian Luoma, vice president and general manager engineered wood products, is a 20-year veteran of the building products industry, 19 of which he has spent at LP. In his current position, Mr. Luoma is responsible for LP's EWP operations, overseeing the operations and activities of LP's engineered wood products manufacturing facilities. In his time with LP, Mr. Luoma has held a variety of positions, including director of forest resources, northern regional operations manager OSB, and more recently he served as vice president of procurement, supply management and logistics. Mr. Luoma holds a B.S. in Forestry from Humboldt State University, and he has completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Tennessee Center for Executive Education.

Dave Crowe, vice president corporate engineering and technology, has been in the forest products industry more than 30 years. Mr. Crowe came to LP as manufacturing manager OSB in 1999. Prior to joining LP, Mr. Crowe worked for Champion International for 15 years, J D Irving Ltd. for two years and SAPPI for six years. A graduate of the University of Maine, Mr. Crowe holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

vice president oriented strand board (OSB) manufacturing, joined LP in 2006 as Eastern Region OSB manager. He was promoted to his current position in July 2007. Mr. Barnes oversees manufacturing at LP's OSB facilities operating in North America. With more than 30 years experience in wood products manufacturing, he previously had held management positions at International Paper and Georgia-Pacific. Mr. Barnes holds a BA in Business from the University of Arkansas.

Mike Sims, vice president sales, has spent the last 21 years in building products sales and marketing. Prior to joining LP, Mr. Sims was an area sales manager for Abitibi-Price Corporation, and the director of marketing and vice president sales for ABTco Building Products. He is also a member of The NBMDA Association board of directors. Mr. Sims holds a B.A. from Western State in Gunnison, CO.

Shoults, 40, has spent his 16-year career in the forest products industry, joining LP from Temple-Inland in 1998. He has held positions in LP's OSB business as mill manager, Southern Region operations manager, and most recently as director of OSB sales and marketing. Shoults is a Cum Laude graduate of the School of Forestry at Stephen F. Austin State University where he earned his degree in Forest Products and Wood Science with a second emphasis on Forest Management.

Jim Lake was promoted to vice president, OSB manufacturing from his position as director of manufacturing, OSB. In this position, Lake is responsible for the operations of 14 OSB mills in the US and Canada, with over 1800 employees. He has spent his 21-year professional career with LP working in positions of plant manager, and regional manager of OSB. Lake holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration from Kennedy-Western University.

John C. Kerr, age 62, became a director of LP in 2005. Mr. Kerr is Chairman of Lignum Investments Ltd., a privately-held investment company, and Managing Partner of Lignum Forest Products LLP, a forest products wholesaler and distributor. Mr. Kerr was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lignum Ltd., a privately-held forest products company in British Columbia, Canada, which he headed for 35 years until its acquisition by Riverside Forest Products Ltd. ( Riverside ) in March 2004. He was Vice Chairman of Riverside from March 2004 until Riverside was acquired by a privately-held forest products company in October 2004. Mr. Kerr is also a director of the Bank of Nova Scotia. Following its review of sales of forest products to LP by Lignum Forest Products LLP, of which Mr. Kerr is Managing Partner, and the commercial banking and investment management services provided by the Bank of Nova Scotia, of which Mr. Kerr is a director, the Board of Directors concluded that they were made in the ordinary course of business and do not affect his independence as a director of LP.

LP also announced that Jeffrey Poloway has joined the company in the position of Corporate Controller, and will also become Principal Accounting Officer effective March 15, 2007. Poloway has held senior financial positions in publicly-held companies during his 27-year career, most recently as Vice President of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Fruit of the Loom in Bowling Green, Ky. Poloway is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a certified public accountant.

Phil and his wife Joann attended Ministry school in Euless then came to Lufkin as Associate Pastors of a local church in 1994 where he lead worship and a youth ministry program. Currently Phil works for Louisiana Pacific and Joann is an accountant and also owns and runs a snow cone stand. They have a son and daughter.

E. Gary Cook, age 59, became a director of LP in 2000. Mr. Cook was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Witco Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company, until his retirement in 1999. Until 1996, he was President, Chief Operating Officer, and a director of Albemarle Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company spun off from Ethyl Corporation in 1994, where Mr. Cook had been a Senior Vice President and director since 1992. Previously, Mr. Cook was a Vice President of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. He is also a director of Trimeris Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company.

Brenda J. Lauderback was appointed to the Select Comfort Board of Directors in February 2004. Ms. Lauderback served as President of the Retail and Wholesale Group for the Nine West Group, Inc., a designer and marketer of women's footwear and accessories, from May 1995 until January 1998. Ms. Lauderback also serves as a director of Big Lots, Inc., Irwin Financial Corporation, Wolverine World Wide, Inc., and Denny’s Corporation.

Daniel K. Frierson, age 62, became a director of LP in February 2003. Mr. Frierson has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Dixie Group, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of high-end carpet and rugs headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee, for more than 15 years. He is also a director of Astec Industries, Inc.

Dustan E. McCoy, age 57, became a director of LP in 2002. Mr. McCoy has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Brunswick Corporation, a recreation products company headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois, since December 2005. He joined Brunswick Corporation in September 1999 as its Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and became President of its Brunswick Boat Group in 2000, which position he held until December 2005. He was previously Executive Vice President of Witco Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, from January to September 1999 and was Witco's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from July 1996 until December 1998. Mr. McCoy is also a director of Freeport McMoran.

Mr. Landgraf is president and chief executive officer of Educational Testing Service, a private non-profit educational testing and measurement organization, and joined ETS in that position in 2000. Prior to that, he was executive vice president and chief operating officer of E.I. Du Pont de Nemours and Company, where he previously held a number of senior leadership positions, including chief financial officer. Mr. Landgraf is also a director of ETS and Louisiana-Pacific Corporation. Corning director since 2007. Age 62.
