Mr. Malin joined the Company as Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in May 2004. From 1997 through 2004, when Mr. Malin joined the Company, he was employed by Sun Healthcare Group, Inc., ("Sun") a nationwide operator of long-term health care facilities. During his tenure at Sun, Mr. Malin was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Real Estate.

Ms. Kessler joined the Company as Vice President and Controller in July 2000. In March 2007 she was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company Ms. Kessler was the Corporate Controller for a privately held commercial and multifamily real estate developer and the Director of Financial Reporting for a Southern California apartment REIT. Formerly she was with Ernst and Young LLP and holds her CPA license.

Ms. Wong joined the Company as Accounting Manager in May 2002. In May 2005 she was appointed Assistant Controller and Assistant Treasurer and in March 2007, Ms. Wong was appointed Vice President, Controller and Treasurer. Prior to joining the Company she was employed by Ernst & Young, LLP and holds her CPA license.

Mr. Lyew joined the Company in June 2000 as Director of Tax and was promoted to Vice President in December 2001. Prior to joining the Company he held tax management positions with Sun America Affordable Housing, where he specialized in real estate partnerships, and E&Y Kenneth Leventhal. Formerly he was with Arthur Anderson & Co. and holds his CPA license.

T. Andrew Stokes joined the Company in June 2007 as Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Planning. From December 2006 to June 2007, Mr. Stokes worked for Gudvi, Sussman and Oppenheim as a certified public accountant. From January 2003 through November 2006, Mr. Stokes worked as an individual investor and consultant in real estate and health care. Prior to 2003 Mr. Stokes was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Nationwide Health Properties, Inc. Mr. Stokes is a Director of Southern California Presbyterian Homes and Services, a not-for-profit, charitable provider of skilled nursing, assisted living and affordable senior housing.

Andre C. Dimitriadis founded LTC Properties, Inc. in 1992 and has been our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since inception. In 2000 Mr. Dimitriadis also assumed the position of President. In October 2005, Ms. Simpson was named to the position of President. In March 2007, Mr. Dimitriadis assumed the position of Executive Chairman and Ms. Simpson was named to the position of Chief Executive Officer and President.

Mr. Hendrickson has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since December 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Hendrickson served as our Chief Executive Officer since April 2002 and as a member of our board of directors since August 2003. Previously, Mr. Hendrickson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Evergreen Healthcare, Inc., an operator of long-term healthcare facilities, from January 2000 to April 2002. From 1988 to January 2000, Mr. Hendrickson served in various senior management roles, including President and Chief Operating Officer, of Beverly Enterprises, Inc., one of the nation’s largest long-term healthcare companies, where he also served on the board of directors. Mr. Hendrickson was also co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Care Enterprises, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hallmark Health Services. Mr. Hendrickson also serves on the Board of Directors of LTC Properties, Inc.

EDMUND C. KING has served as our Chief Financial Officer and Director since February 9, 2000. In 2007, Mr. King began serving as our Acting President and Acting COO. Until October 1, 1991, Mr. King was a partner in Ernst & Young, an international accounting and consulting firm. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. King was that firm's Southern California senior healthcare partner and prior to that directed the Southern California healthcare practice for Arthur Young & Company, one of the predecessor firms of Ernst & Young. During his 30 years with Ernst & Young, Mr. King counseled clients in structuring acquisitions and divestitures; advised on the development of strategic plans; directed the preparation of feasibility studies; assisted with operational and financial restructuring; directed and supervised audits of client financial statements; and provided expert witness testimony and technical SEC consultation. Commencing in 1999, Mr. King became a financial consultant to SmartGate, L.C. that we acquired in February 2000. Mr. King has served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of SmartPlug, Inc. since November 2000 and Chief Financial Officer and Director of FlashPoint International, Inc. since October 2001. From January 1992, Mr. King has been a general partner of Trouver, an investment banking and financial consulting partnership. Mr. King is also a member of the Board of Directors of LTC Properties, Inc., an NYSE listed real estate investment trust. Mr. King is a graduate of Brigham Young University, having served on the National Advisory Council of that school's Marriott School of Management, and has completed a Harvard University management course sponsored by Ernst & Young. Mr. King also has served as Chairman of the HFMA's Long-Term Care Committee (Los Angeles Chapter) and is a past member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He holds CPA certificate in the state of California.

Dr. Triche is a seasoned executive who also has over 25 years experience in cancer diagnosis and patient treatment. He is currently the Chief Pathologist at the Children's Hospital, Los Angeles, and Vice Chairman of the Department of Pathology, USC School of Medicine. He has served as senior executive, director, or scientific advisor of a number of medical companies, including Chairman and CEO of Oncormed, and is a recognized expert in the analysis and use of cancer targets and pathways. He has raised more than $70 million in public markets for publicly held companies.
