Richard Bruno is Chief Financial Officer for Lucas Group, an executive search firm and one of the nation's largest non-franchise recruitment firms. Bruno manages planning and acquisition strategy, finance, accounting, tax, information systems, legal matters and administrative functions for the executive search firm. Founded in 1970, Lucas Group is retained by Fortune 1000 corporations, as well as regional and entrepreneurial companies to recruit professionals for a wide variety of management positions. Trends toward outsourcing, diversity recruitment, and three decades of successful corporate relationships have contributed to the recruitment firm's focus on specialty niches, continued growth and success. Prior to joining Lucas Group, Bruno was Chief Financial Officer for Metrotrans Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer and distributor of small and mid-sized buses. He was also Treasurer for Mohawk Industries, Inc. and Engraph, Inc. and began his career with the Audit Division of Arthur Andersen & Co. He received his bachelor's degree in Economics from Rhodes College and his Masters of Business Administration from Emory University. He is a certified public accountant and a former president of the Atlanta Chapter of Financial Executives Institute.

Bryan Zawikowski came to Lucas Group 12 years ago as a recruiter. As general manager, Zawikowski has built the Military Transition division to the most successful military transition recruiting firms in the nation. His operational leadership includes five branch offices and over 70 associates. Since 1970, Lucas Group Military Transition has facilitated more than 25,000 successful transitions from active duty military service to civilian careers. The Military Transition division also runs 35 hiring conferences nationwide each year.

Alexandra ?Alix? Miller is the Managing Partner of Lucas Group?s Chicago Legal Search Division. Alix initially became part of the Lucas Group team in the Denver office where she was brought on to grow their legal presence in the Rocky Mountain market. Prior to joining Lucas Group, Alix most recently was the Director of Attorney Recruitment at a boutique legal recruiting firm. Her career in the recruiting industry began while working for a Sports & Entertainment agency in Philadelphia during and upon completion of law school. Having identified an exciting niche outside of the traditional practice of law, she then combined the experience she was gaining in recruiting with her legal education to establish herself in the field of legal recruiting. Alix attributes her success in legal recruiting to having a thorough understanding of the internal dynamics of the legal arena; paying close attention to the needs and wants of clients and candidates alike to facilitate the best fit for all parties in transition; and to truly enjoying what she does every day! Alix holds a B.A. in Sociology, with honors, from the University of Maryland, and received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.

Charles Chareunsy, Managing Partner with Lucas Group in Las Vegas, specializes in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals. Charles' background includes over eleven years of successful management, sales and recruitment experience. He attributes his success to fully understanding the needs of both his clients and candidates alike. Before joining Lucas Group, Charles successfully achieved various incentive trips and awards for personal and team growth consistently through the years. Charles is a graduate of Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing/Finance.

Kelly Blouin is the Managing Partner of Lucas Group's Legal Division in Washington, DC. Kelly focuses on recruiting and placing partner and group placements. Kelly comes to Lucas with nearly 20 years of law firm experience working as a Practice Group Administrator in the Intellectual Property department at four international law firms, as well as managing the firmwide Lateral Recruiting Department at Howrey. Her experience in the IP field has made her a leader in recruiting IP attorneys for large and mid sized law firms.

Peter Yund is the Director of IT & Telecom and has been with Lucas Group for eight years. Peter oversees planning and operations for the company's information systems and telecommunications platform. His department helps recruiters leverage technology so they can service their clients and candidates in a 24x7 world. He implemented the Citrix remote access platform that extends recruiting software tools to any Internet connection around the world. Prior to joining Lucas Group, Peter co-founded Atlanta Technical Support, a technical staffing firm, where he was instrumental in establishing desktop technology solutions for recruiters. He has a Bachelors degree in Physics/Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree from Georgia Tech.

Michele Keehner is Corporate Services Manager for Lucas Group. She works closely with Art Lucas, CEO, on daily company operations, as well as oversees coordination and project management of corporate incentives and corporate real estate. Michele joined Lucas Group in 2003, providing support for the company's growth initiatives. Prior to joining Lucas Group, she worked for CMSS Architects as Administration Manager, where she contributed to the development of commercial projects, managed ten project administrators and coordinated office events. Michele received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.

David Balke is Controller for Lucas Group. Balke manages financial reporting, general ledger accounting, accounting controls and policies and supervision of the accounting department's employees. Balke has more than 18 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Lucas Group, he worked with Triad Packaging, Inc., as Chief Financial Officer, where he managed planning, finance, accounting, operations, quality control and ISO 9000 compliance. He received his BSBA from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C. and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Arianne Tjio is a Consultant at The Lucas Group. Her work has spanned all three of the firm childcare, and health insurance. She also served as an academic advisor for freshmen students.

Helen Kim, Of Counsel, is an experienced corporate and trial lawyer, and has practiced in both the private and public sectors. As a corporate lawyer, Helen worked on multi-billion dollar public offerings and private placements of debt, mergers and acquisitions, private financings, and general corporate matters. As a trial lawyer, Helen has focused on labor and employment matters, but has also worked on complex commercial cases, international arbitrations and SEC / corporate investigations. Helen has represented a wide variety of clients, from Fortune 100 companies and investment banks to small start-up companies, non-profit organizations and indigent clients. After graduating cum laude from Emory Law School in 1999, Helen began her legal career as a Corporate Finance Associate at Shearman & Sterling in New York. In 2001, Helen relocated to Houston, Texas and worked at Baker Botts LLP, working first as a corporate associate and then later as a litigation associate. Throughout her law firm career, Helen was dedicated and deeply involved with several non-profit organizations, serving in various capacities including pro bono corporate counsel, board member and volunteer coordinator. In 2005, Helen left Baker Botts to serve in a management position with a non-governmental organization in Costa Rica. After finishing her term and becoming nearly fluent in Spanish, Helen returned to Atlanta and worked as an attorney for a national civil rights organization. Helen currently works as an executive legal recruiter for the Lucas Group, a leading executive recruiting firm. Helen also works on business development for Molden Holley and is involved in select litigation.
