Amber started on her yogic path early, as a young girl growing up in a spiritual home. But she would feel there was a missing piece for many years, as she
first pursued a variety of other forms of body movement.
Her journey began with eight years of ballet training. Kickboxing, running, and weight training would all become regular pursuits, along with snowboarding in
the winter and wakeboarding in the summer.
Amber eventually sought out yoga to stretch out her overworked muscles, but soon began to discover an understanding of balance she had long been searching
for. She began to realize her yoga practice was influencing almost every other part of her life. A magical byproduct of those muscle-stretching sessions was
a calmer mind, a healthier body and an open heart. Yoga had helped her to develop a larger purpose and a deeper meaning in her life, and she was hooked.
Before long she was eager to spread this message to others. Amber began studying to become a yoga teacher in Septempter 2006 at the Upward Dog Yoga Centre,
under the guidance of Yogi Vishvketu and Chetana Panwar. She
currently teaches at Soma Health & Fitness.

Catherine discovered yoga while hiking in the Canadian Rockies in 1999 and then embarked on a path leading her to a deeper understanding and appreciation of
yoga and yoga for children. She is fascinated by human movement and she believes that providing children with the opportunity to explore their world through
play and movement will help them become more physically, intellectually and emotionally intelligent. The body is a wonderful machine as well as a great tool
to understand yourself and the world around you. Once she discovered yoga, she realized that it brought another dimension to human movement and her teaching
of physical education: teaching the body, the mind, and the soul.
She is a proud mom of 2 beautiful daughters who are little yoginis themselves. She is also a lawyer, a teacher, a Physical Education specialist, a Radiant
Child Yoga Program teacher, a Certified YogaKids Teacher. She has taught different subjects in the schools for 6 years, from pre-k to grade 8. She was

passions - movement and children - through yoga and started Littlefeet Yoga. Children get to play yoga and learn through play and movement in a bilingual and
safe environment. She also offers adult workshops on children’s and teens’ yoga as well as training for school teachers on how to integrate yoga in the
school based on the multiple intelligence model of Howard Garner.

Pilates and overall mental and physical fitness is more than a passion, it is a lifestyle that Cristin both embodies and shares with her loyal clients. It is her fiery enthusiasm for an overall better way of life that has enabled her to improve the bodies and minds of many people, and also helped her spread her wings into a variety of mediums, including modeling, writing and acting. Cristin's love of dance & movement began as a toddler, and continued to grow over her life as she rigorously trained in tap, ballet, jazz and hip hop. Cristin's passion and commitment paid off as she danced competitively for 10 years and was featured on ESPN's National Dance Competition, where she finished in the top five for two consecutive years. In addition to dance, Cristin is an accomplished athlete having competed in soccer, gymnastics and cheerleading. Excelling in athletics throughout her life, Cristin ultimately became a member of the University of California, Santa Barbara's triathlon team. Cristin graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2003, earning her bachelors degree in Sociology. Following college, Cristin sought a way to blend her love of the athletics and dance. When introduced to Pilates, she found her answer and completely embraced the Method lifestyle. Leaving behind a lucrative corporate job, Cristin realized it was her professional calling to motivate and guide her clients to achieve mental and physical fitness through Pilates. She completed an intense year-long program at the Pilates Institute of Southern California to achieve her Pilates Certification where she was classically trained on all apparatus, and taught the disciplines and philosophies of Joseph H. Pilates, founder of the Pilates Method. Cristin remains current in all areas of the industry through her affiliation with the Pilates Method Alliance. In addition to her classic training and teachings, Cristin peppers her clients' workouts with progressive, creative ways of doing Pilates, including her signature high-energy "Cardio Pilates." Cristin never tires of finding new ways to inspire and motivate her clients to help them remain committed to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Despite her full time career as a well respected Pilates Instructor in Manhattan Beach, California, Cristin is taking her talents into the worlds of modeling, writing and acting. Most recently, she appeared in Pilates Magazine twice. In 2007 she modeled for Brooke Siler's article, Pump up your Practice." In 2008 she graced the January Special Edition Cover, and penned an article for the magazine, "Gonna Make You Sweat." In 2006, Cristin was the face of fashion accessory line Cameron Nicole Designs, having appeared in print and on-line magazines such as: Quick & Simple, Item, GlossyAddict.com; Fashionwiredaily.com and E!Online. Cristin is also slated to be the face and spokesperson for rising organic skincare line, Noah's Naturals. Cristin was also featured in the movie "Greenflash", which was filmed in the summer of 2007. On top of all this, Cristin is a brand ambassador for Lululemon Athletica. With each new path Cristin takes, she sees it as an opportunity to share with, and inspire others, to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle, making sure that it is, above all, FUN every step of the way.

Justine started down her yogic path about 2.5 years ago and has never looked back. The shutdown of her employer's design centre in the Kanata Technology Park
turned out to be a great blessing, as it forced her to reassess her life goals. Her love for sports and working with people naturally gravitated her towards
the health and fitness industry. With encouragement from close friends, she decided to include yoga in the list of potential career opportunities.
She fell in love with yoga upon taking her first studio led class, in Ashtanga yoga. She immediately immersed herself full-force into the practice, taking
daily classes at both Mountaingoat Yoga and Santosha studios, and developing an intensive home practice. The more she progressed, the more she realized that
she had finally discovered her niche; by the end of that summer, she had already enrolled in a teacher training certification program at Upward Dog yoga
studio, whereupon she graduated in June 2006. Since then, she has expanded her training repertoire to include workshops/teacher training programs with
Richard Freeman, Sianna Sherman, David Swenson, Eoin Finn, Gary Kraftsow, Wade Imre Morissette and Sri Dharma Mittra.
Justine currently teaches at Mountaingoat Yoga (Kanata and Nepean) and Santosha-Westboro studios. She also leads classes at her workplace (DND), and at MXI
Technologies. In addition, Justine has participated in several Lululemon community events, including: Wake-Up Mall Yoga, Guerilla Yoga, the Global Mala
initiative, and in-store power flow classes. On teaching, her motto is: " Anytime, anywhere, anyone who is open to trying yoga..."
In constructing classes, Justine strives to cover off as many aspects of the discipline as possible, experimenting with sequencing of yoga asanas to reflect
a particular theme. Drawing from her dance, martial arts and music background, she aims to create challenging and fluid power flow classes that awaken and
stimulate the entire body, mind and spirit.
Justine attributes all her success to the amazing and constant support from her husband and children, her family and friends. She is inspired by her teachers
and students and is grateful to them for all they have taught her. Justine is excited to be part of the ambassador team, as it provides her the opportunity
to give back to the community, through raising awareness about the deep benefits of yoga and through promoting lululemon's manifesto: "If you read it
closely, you'll realise just how well it illustrates the yamas (restraints) and niyamas (observances), as taught by Patanjali..."

Mark Laham was introduced to yoga and bodywork on his journey towards better understanding himself and his relationships with others. Through the knowledge and wisdom passed down to him by many great teachers, he has drawn from different yoga traditions and spiritual teachings such as Classical Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Iyengar Yoga. He continues improving his skills by taking part in teacher training programs and workshops to ensure he can bring his class a comprehensive and balanced yoga teaching. Mark also studied Computer Math at Carleton University and worked for many years as a Software developer for both public and private industries. It is through these experiences that he has recognized the connection between the Mind and Body, and how knowledge of this connection can teach us to deal with all of life's little Dramas. Mark believes that yoga has something to offer each and every one of us regardless of your lifestyle, fitness level or background. In his classes, he places his emphasis on the fact that yoga is more then a physical workout, or a series of postures done in order on a yoga mat. Yoga, In Mark's opinion, is what ever brings you to a better understanding of your entire being. Recognizing that most of us are faced with stresses and anxieties in our day to day lives; Mark teaches his participants to practice a form of yoga that is right for the lifestyle they are living. To borrow tools from yoga, to learn how to live in the moment while developing awareness of our Mind, Body, Breathe, and all that go on around us."

Tim Thompson has been working with varying levels of the criminal justice system for 22 years. In this capacity he has faced the challenge of balancing his
work and personal life. Beginning in the role of a Child and Youth Worker specializing in violent offenders, to a Guard at Kingston Penitentiary and a Parole
Officer in Toronto, he now works at National Headquarters for the Correctional Services Canada in Ottawa. Along with continuing his involvement with Youth in
crisis and teaching the occasional course at Algonquin College, Tim has strived to maintain a level of fitness that not only aids him in the physical and
mental demands of his work, but helps provide a healthy balance in his personal life as well.
As well as being a long time member of GoodLife Fitness, Tim also manages approximately 250 GoodLife memberships as part of his employer’s corporate wellness
program. Along with weight training and spin classes, Tim’s primary activities are running and cycling. He currently participates in a variety of organized
events throughout the season. He is a member of a relay team which competes annually in the Cabot Trail relay race, in Nova Scotia. He is a member of a
mountain biking team which participates in various 24 hour and assorted events throughout eastern and southern Ontario. He was also one of the athletes who
represented the Correctional Services of Canada at the World Police and Fire games in Quebec City last year. After taking this year off he also plans to
return to participating in Duathlons next spring.
Though he is involved in competitive sports he is the first to admit it is more for the personal challenge and the camaraderie these types of events provide.
To him winning is not the objective, but rather knowing that you succeeded at a personal goal. Tim also associates his current level of activity with his
partner. Colleen is an avid athlete as well and whenever possible they combine their activities to support and encourage each other. One of the biggest
challenges Tim feels he has had to face with his family’s commitments is learning to balance his time around conflicting priorities and learning to be able
to take time for himself.
A personal goal Tim realized this spring was to open a small business. He runs a mobile cycle repair shop. Along with providing on site repairs to all makes
and models of bicycles, he also provides mountain bike lessons for beginners as well as guidance in selecting the right bike for your needs as well as
properly equipping yourself to ride safely and to be prepared to handle minor problems that could occur during a recreational ride. Tim brings a level of
enthusiasm and energy to lululemon that he hopes can influence others to reach both their physical and personal goals.

Wade Imre Morissette was born in Ottawa, Canada, just minutes before his twin sister Alanis. The twins took to music at an early age; Wade studied piano as a child and took on guitar and djembe in his teens, but their paths diverged when Wade began to study yoga. From the time he was a small child, Wade was in search of a practice that would help him connect to his spirit, trying everything from karate to tai chi. It wasn't until Wade's college roommate handed him a book by the name of The Mystic Path To Cosmic Powers that he decided to dedicate the next decade of his life to learning and teaching yoga, but his musical background would soon resurface. During one of Wade's many visits to India, he began to travel on the path of Devotional Yoga and started chanting, a process that stills the mind, dissolves worries, and opens the heart. "It's a natural way to tune into the frequency of love," says Wade. He realized he could combine his two passions--yoga and music--to create his own original blend of indie rock/pop music with Sanskrit and English chants. "My first concerts were in India, and people would come up to me and say that my music touched their hearts. I decided to take my music to different yoga studios across the world," Wade explains. In 2004, Wade was asked to be an ambassador for Lululemon, the popular yoga-inspired athletic apparel company. At the same time, he had self-released his debut album, Sargam Scales of Music. Wade quickly developed an idea for a world tour to promote both his album and the clothing line; Lululemon immediately signed on as a sponsor. The Lululemon Yoga Pilgrimage kicked off in 2005 and took Wade to Tokyo, Hong Kong and 32 cities in North America and continued on through early 2006 with stops in Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico. At each stop, Wade spread his message of optimism, well-being, consciousness, and community through Vinyasa Flow workshops, chanting, kirtan (call-and-response singing), and bliss dance.
