Prior to joining J.L. Halsey, Biro was founder and managing partner of The Cowper Group, a Boston-based corporate development consulting firm focused on buy-side mergers and acquisitions for small to mid-market technology companies. Working with both venture-backed and public companies, including J.L. Halsey, Biro consulted on the use of mergers and acquisitions as a core part of business strategy and actively assisted clients with transaction sourcing and execution. Before founding The Cowper Group, Biro was responsible for mergers, acquisitions and commercial deals for the managed services business at Web hosting pioneer Exodus Communications. He previously held senior technology posts at First Union (now Wachovia) and Morgan Stanley.

Prior to joining J.L. Halsey, Sean served as COO of BookSurge LLC, a print-on-demand and inventory-free distributor of books, playing a significant role in preparing the company for its eventual sale to Amazon.com. Previously, as one of four founders and CTO for ExactTarget, Sean was responsible for development of the company's email marketing hosted software product. Before ExactTarget he served as Director of Software Development for Digital River where he was responsible for building and managing a centralized commerce platform supporting sites for large clients. He began his career working for a leveraged buy-out company (LBO) followed by seven years at Accenture performing business process consulting and technology implementations for Fortune 500 companies. He received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Sciences from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Dave Dabbah is responsible for developing strategic branding and lead generation initiatives for the J.L. Halsey solutions. Dave brings 12 years of sales and marketing expertise to J.L. Halsey and was previously Vice President of Business Development for Uptilt, a developer of hosted CRM solutions, where he played a key role in product development, branding, and sales strategy for the company's automated sales solution. Dabbah studied communications at Cal State Fullerton.

Jason has more than ten years of experience in software sales. Prior to joining Lyris, he managed Inside Sales teams at Turbolinux and Siebel Systems. Jason holds a bachelors degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Robb Wilson brings more than 12 years of extensive software development, digital hardware expertise, and management experience to J.L. Halsey. Prior to J.L. Halsey and Lyris, Wilson served as Vice President of Software Development for Quris, the high-profile online marketing firm. He has also served in leadership roles in the Association for Interactive Marketing's Council for Responsible Email and the Email Processing Industry Alliance.

Krista has led Hot Banana through sustained growth and consistent quarterly profitability from 1999-2006 and was recently named as a top ten finalist in the Business Development Bank of Canada's Young Entrepreneur Awards. Krista graduated with a BA in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours). She also has a post-graduate diploma in Applied Information Technology. Krista uses her hands-on knowledge in management, technology and entrepreneurship to lead a high-performance team to identify and define strategic business needs and implement process- and technology-related solutions that dramatically improve business results and customers' experiences. Since 1997, Krista has volunteered her time assisting in the management and entrepreneurship program of Shad Valley, a program for gifted high school students. Krista is also a proud and active Rotarian and a member of Women Entrepreneurs of Canada (WEC).

Mr. Urry has been one of the Company's directors since the Company's inception in August 1999. Mr. Urry is a Partner at Court Square Capital. Mr. Urry also serves on the Board of Directors of AMI Semiconductor.

Nicolas De Santis Cuadra has been a director of the Company since January 2003. Mr. De Santis has served since January 2003 as the Chief Executive Officer of London-based Twelve Stars Communications, an international brand business consulting firm, which Mr. De Santis founded in 1994. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Twelve Stars from 1994 until December 1998. From December 2000 until January 2003, Mr. De Santis served as the marketing director of OPODO Ltd., an online travel portal owned by several European based airlines. From January 1999 until December 2000 Mr. De Santis served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Beenz.com, the Internet currency.
