Mr. Golden was appointed President and CEO of MAAX Corp. in December 2006. Prior to this, he acted as Managing Director at J.W. Childs. Previously, he led FMG Capital Partners which was engaged in identifying manufacturing investment opportunities and transforming business through the implementation of Lean practices. Prior to FMG Capital, Mr. Golden was President of Wabtec Corporation's Freight Group, which consisted of six operating businesses and total revenues in excess of $350 million. While at Wabtec, Mr. Golden successfully led efforts to reinvigorate product development, extensively implement Lean and execute entry into international markets. Prior to Wabtec, Mr. Golden held various positions with Danaher Corporation, Federal-Mogul, and Westinghouse Electric, primarily engaged in manufacturing and general management roles. He received a B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
