Mac-Gray Corp.

Stewart G. MacDonald, Jr. serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and has served as a Director of the Company since 1983. Mr. MacDonald has served the Company as Chairman of the Board since 1992, and as Chief Executive Officer since 1996. Mr. MacDonald is the fourth member of the Company's founding families to lead the organization. He received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.

Michael J. Shea has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company since November 1998. In April 1999, Mr. Shea was elected Secretary of the Company. From April 1998 to November 1998, Mr. Shea served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Professional Dental Associates, Inc. From March 1997 through April 1998, Mr. Shea served as Chief Financial Officer of Auto Palace, Inc., currently a division of Auto Zone. Mr. Shea is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.A. from Stonehill College and his M.B.A. from Babson College.

Philip Emma has served as Executive Vice President, Operations since January 2008. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Product Sales from January 2005 to January 2008 and Vice President and General Manager, MicroFridge from August 2002 until January 2005. Prior to joining Mac-Gray, Mr. Emma was Vice President and General Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Each of the executive officers holds his or her respective office until the regular annual meeting of the Board of Directors following the annual meeting of stockholders and until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified or until his or her earlier resignation or removal.

Philip Emma, Executive Vice President of Operations joined the company in August of 2002 as Vice President and General Manager of MicroFridge. From 1995-2001, Mr. Emma served various roles at Coca-Cola Enterprises and was elected Vice President and General Manager in October 1998. Prior to Coca-Cola Enterprise, Mr. Emma was Vice President of Franchise Development for Pepsi-Cola from 1992-1995. Mr. Emma received his under graduate degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Robert J. Tuttle, Executive Vice President Technology and Information Systems joined the Company in May 2001 as Vice President Field Technology and served as Chief Information and Technology Officer from August 2004 to January 2008. Prior to 2001 Mr. Tuttle held various management roles at Arthur Blank, & Co., Oki Electronics and Philips Electronics. He received his M.A. from the University of Oxford and M.Sc. from the Victoria University of Manchester, UK.

Alastair is a world-renowned leadership and strategic change expert and consultant, with 27 years experience both as an executive in the consumer products industry and in consulting. He leads The Leadership Development activities for Stackhouse Garber Associates, specializing in helping senior executives change both the way they do business and the way they behave as leaders, individually and collectively. He has worked extensively with clients on the development of leadership behaviors specifically linked to the building of enhanced performance, tailored to the context of an organization's business strategy. He is a specialist in individual, team and organization leadership assessment and behavior development, building on personal motivational strengths, and is an advisor/coach to many European and USA based executives. His clients include many Fortune 500 companies, across all industry sectors. In addition to consulting and coaching, Alastair conducts research in leadership on an ongoing basis, has published numerous articles in this area, and is a frequent conference speaker. Alastair graduated from the University of Glasgow.

Bruce C. Ginsberg has been a Director of the Company since May 2009. Mr. Ginsberg is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of MooBella LLC, a company that has developed an innovative ice cream dispensing system for foodservice operations. He also founded and is currently President of New England Ice Cream Corporation. Mr. Ginsberg holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. from Boston College.

Mary Ann Tocio has been a director of the Company since November 2006. Ms. Tocio currently is President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Bright Horizons Family Solutions, the world's largest provider of employer-supported childcare, early education and work/life solutions. Ms. Tocio has been employed by Bright Horizons since 1992.
