She is currently a research associate at the Harvard School of Public Health and a visiting lecturer at the Tufts University School of Nutrition. Her research focuses on the role of nutrition and infectious diseases in reproductive health.

is a clinical editor for DynaMed. She is board-certified in pediatrics. Dr. Bellet holds a medical degree from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree in biology from Princeton University. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC.

is a registered dietitian with a master's degree in nutrition science and a master's degree in education. She has written on a variety of medical and nutrition topics for both print and online. She is alsoA a nutrition educator at the Fallon Clinic.

February 2004, Berwyn, IL MacNeal Medical Assistant, Nora Arceo is no Eskimo, but bundling up like one during a January freeze to deliver medications to a disabled patient landed her the MacNificent Employee Award from MacNeal Hospital. An employee at the MacNeal Forest Place Health Care Center, Nora knew a patient was going to be at another doctor's office in the area and needed medication. The patient is blind and takes public transportation and Nora made the personal sacrifice to deliver it to him to ensure his safety and good health. Kim Caufield, her new supervisor was so impressed she nominated Nora. She said, "One look at this selfless act and I knew this more than met the criteria for quality, respect, excellence and teamwork!" Arceo is a resident of Berwyn and has worked at MacNeal for two years. Each month employees are nominated for superior performance epitomizing Respect, Excellence, Innovation, Teamwork and Resource Utilization. Runners-up, John Chanas, Information Systems and Linda Simioni, Genesis Lab, were also nominated for going the extra mile. Chanas is known for facilitating computerized reports from home even while on vacation and Simioni worked for a sick colleague over the Christmas holiday even when out-of- town family was visiting. Chanas is a graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology and lives in Oak Park. Simioni, is a graduate of Dominican University and resides in Elmwood Park.
