"James Budge is the chief financial officer for Macrovision. James Budge has served as chief financial officer of Macrovision since September 2005. Mr. Budge served as chief financial officer of Trados, Inc., an enterprise management software provider, from January 2004 until its merger with SDL International in August 2005. From August 2002 until joining Trados, Mr. Budge served as chief financial officer of Sendmail, Inc., a secure email provider, and from April 1999 until its merger with IBM in January 2002, Mr. Budge served as chief financial officer of CrossWorlds Software, Inc., a provider of business infrastructure software. Mr. Budge holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University."

"Jim Wickett is Macrovision's executive vice president of corporate development. Jim Wickett has serviced as executive vice president of corporate development at Macrovision since February 2004. Before joining Macrovision, Mr. Wickett was a consultant in the entertainment and computer industries, primarily helping independent producers and venture-backed companies. Mr. Wickett also served as a general partner in Bay Partners, an early stage venture fund, and was senior vice president for worldwide business development at PointCast, Inc., an Internet and Intranet news broadcast company. Prior to PointCast, he was COO for Rocket Science Games, Inc., which was acquired by Sega."

As senior vice president of hardware licensing, Eric Free is responsible for leading Macrovision's worldwide hardware licensing activities and expanding the company's relationships with hardware and consumer electronics manufacturing customers. Free joined Macrovision in 2001 in a corporate development role and has been instrumental in developing the company's business and strategic development activities. He has overseen patent development and licensing efforts, led multiple acquisitions and asset purchases, managed relationships with key strategic partners, and championed Macrovision's move towards digital distribution and consumer electronics licensing. Free was promoted to his current position in January 2006. Prior to joining Macrovision, Free headed business development for Electrifier, Inc., a leading streaming media technology company. Additionally, he has worked for several venture capital funds, and has led engineering teams for a multinational professional services firm. Free holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Duke University, a Master's of Science in Engineering degree from Stanford University, a Master's of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and a Master of Arts degree, concentrating in international affairs, from Georgetown University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Rob is an experienced chief executive officer of private and public companies and an accomplished technology investor. He was the CEO of CAMAX Systems (acquired by Electronic Data Systems, NYSE: EDS), Ultradata (acquired by John Harland, NYSE: JH), and Citadon. He is the managing partner and founder of Treehouse Capital, an investment firm that blends value and growth investment disciplines to make active investments in later-stage technology companies. Prior to Rob's experience as an investor, he was a merchant banker with Investment Advisors, Inc., where he worked with many of the Coral Team members, and an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
