Mr. John Reinhart was named Chief Executive Officer, Maersk Line, Limited on August 1, 2000 and President in April, 2004. In 1991, John Reinhart joined Maersk Inc. in Human Resources. In 1992, he began his career in Universal Maritime Services (UMS), holding such positions as General Manager Maintenance and Repair, General Manager of Operations and, finally, President of UMS. In 1996, John returned to Maersk Inc. as a Regional Director and then as Senior Vice President. During this period, he was responsible for the commercial activities of the company, including sales, customer service and marketing for North America and served on a number of boards. John has been a member of Maersk Line, Limited's Board of Directors since 1998. In 2000, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and relocated to Virginia. John is a member of the Association of the United States Army, National Defense Industrial Association, United States Naval Institute Foundation, National Defense Transportation Association, Navy League, United Seamen's Service, Inc. and is a member and Conference Chairman of the 2006 Propeller Club of the United States. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Coast Guard Foundation and the American Bureau of Shipping Council and serves as a member of Maersk's North American Container Business Council. As President and Chief Operating Officer of Farrell Lines, he also is a member of the Board of Directors for Farrell Lines. Mr. Reinhart is also a member of the Board of Directors for Maersk Fluid Technology, Inc. Mr. Reinhart is a member of the Board of Directors for The Standard Steamship Owners' Protection and Indemnity Association (Bermuda) Limited. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Norfolk Corporation, the Hampton Roads Economic Development Alliance. He is also a member of the Board of Visitors for Texas A&M University and the Board of Governors for the Town Point Club in Norfolk. John has been honored with the Boy Scouts of America Maritime Good Scout Award, and received the Diocese of Newark's Archbishop's Labor and Business Recognition Award in 2002. John received his B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University and completed the Executive MBA Program at the University of Michigan in 1997.

Mr. Steve Hadder is Senior Director, Finance and Acting Chief Financial Officer at Maersk Line, Limited in Norfolk, VA. He is responsible for the financial business processes and accounting practices of the company. He also oversees the company's Information Technology Department. Mr. Hadder joined Maersk Line, Limited on May 27, 2003. Steve's background includes thirteen years of experience in the transportation industry with American President Lines and C.P. Ships, where he held various financial management positions. He has also worked for the management consulting practice of Ernst & Young. His last position prior to joining Maersk Line, Limited was at C.P. Ships, where he was Controller, Management Accounting. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Steve holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He is a graduate of the Executive Business Program at the University of Michigan.

Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Maersk Line, Limited. William Kenwell was named Vice President, Market Development at Maersk Line, Limited, on January 6, 2006. Mr. Kenwell joined Maersk, Inc. in February 2004 as the Director of Integrated Marketing and has extensive sales, marketing and general management background in the transportation and logistics industry. For 29 years, from 1971-1999, he was with Sea-Land Service in the United States and Asia. During his career at Sea-Land, he was in charge of Global Sales, Corporate Marketing, Pacific Rim Sales and Marketing, the Hawaii-Guam Service, Buyers Consolidators and Sea-Land Logistics. He also served with CSX Transportation, where he was Vice President of Sales for North America from 2001-2003, and where he managed CSX's international offices in Europe, Mexico and Latin America, as well as the logistics services company Transflo. Prior to this, Mr. Kenwell was Vice President of Partner Relations for GT Nexus, a leading logistics software solutions provider. Mr. Kenwell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University, and completed the Executive Marketing Program at the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He is a life member of the National Defense Transportation Association, and was recently elected to the Board of Directors of SAMA, the Strategic Account Management Association, based in Chicago.

Greg Moore was appointed Vice President, Business Development for Maersk Line, Limited (MLL), in February 2006. He previously served as Senior Director and Head of Sales, Center Line Commercial, based in Copenhagen. He led the Maersk Sealand/Maersk Logistics global sales force integration and global area sales alignment initiatives since November 2003. Prior to his Copenhagen posting, Mr. Moore served as Vice President of Commercial Operations for Maersk Sealand, based in Houston. In 1998, he led the start up and development of the North American Customer Resource Centers in Houston, Charleston and Miami. In 2000, he directed the successful integration of the Sealand customer service and documentation functions. In 2001, Mr. Moore's responsibility expanded off shore as he directed the planning and establishment of the Global Shared Service Center in San Jose, Costa Rica. Mr. Moore joined Maersk Inc. as an account executive in Houston, Texas in 1982. Promoted to Agency Manager in 1985, Mr. Moore managed the Dallas district office for three years. In 1988, he moved to Madison managing the New Jersey Sales district and subsequently the Northeast Region. In 1990, he was promoted to Agency Director. In 1995, Mr. Moore moved to Los Angeles to serve as Director of the Pacific Southwest Region and subsequently expanded his role to include all U.S. West Coast regions. Mr. Moore is a native Texan and also lived in Asia for ten years. He is a 1981 graduate of Baylor University and a 2001 graduate of the Columbia University Senior Executive Program.

Vice President, U.S. Flag Liner Services , Maersk Line, Limited. Mr. Rick Boyle was named Vice President, U.S. Flag Liner Services at Maersk Line, Limited (MLL) in November, 2005. Mr. Boyle has been with Maersk Line, Limited since August 2004. He joined MLL as Director, US Flag Liner Services. Mr. Boyle joined Maersk Inc. in 1990 when he was hired as Account Executive in New York Sales. In 1993, Rick moved to the Line Department where he held various Management positions in Transpacific and Latin Americas Services, including Pricing, Corporate Sales, Traffic and Administration, and Trade Management. In 1998, Rick was appointed General Manager, Dominican Republic. In 2001, Mr. Boyle was promoted to General Manager, Peru, where he served until Maersk Line, Limited appointment. Mr. Boyle is a member of various industry associations, including the National Defense Transportation Association and the National Defense Industrial Association. Rick also serves as a Director of the Propeller Club of the United States. He also served as Director of the Dominican Republic Maritime Association, and as Vice President of the Maritime Association of Peru. Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Rider College, Trenton NJ.

Senior Vice President and Director, Maersk Line, Limited. Mr. Gaulden has been with Maersk Line, Limited since 1999. Prior to joining Maersk Line, Limited, Ken worked for Sea-Land Services, Inc. for 30 years, until the company's acquisition by Maersk, Inc. in 1999. While with Sea-Land Services, Ken held General Management positions in the US, Asia, and Europe. From 1987 to 1989, Ken served as Director of Government Sales in Washington, DC. In 1990, Ken returned to the New Jersey headquarters and was promoted to Vice President. While there, Ken served as Vice President, Conferences/Preference Cargo, and Vice President, North American Sales. In 1993, Ken returned to the Washington, DC area to serve as Vice President of Government Marketing. In 2002, Ken was promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing and Government Relations, and led the company's government relations initiatives. In November of 2003, Ken was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Maersk Line, Limited, where he is responsible for all commercial operations of the company. Ken is a member of the Navy League, The National Defense Transportation Association, The Association of the United States Army, The Surface Navy Association and the National Defense Industrial Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of the National Capital Council of the Navy League and The Propeller Club of the United States.
