Avikam Perry joined Magic Software in 1992. Avikam oversees the company’s products strategy, development and delivery, addressing Magic Software's product lifecycle. Before joining Magic Software, Avikam held positions at Motorola and Parametric Technology. Avikam holds a B.S. in computer science and mathematics from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Amit Ben-Zvi is responsible for Magic Software's European operations, and for general leadership of Hermes Logistic Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Magic Software. He joined Magic Software in 2005 as vice president of the company’s iBOLT division and vice president of marketing. Previously, Amit served as chief executive officer of several companies, including WizCom Technologies, ISYS Operational Management Systems and Top Imaging Systems. Amit holds a B.S. degree in finance and an L.L.B. law degree from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Amit Birk has served as Magic Software’s general counsel and corporate secretary since 1999. In that capacity, he leads the company’s legal team providing services in a number of business areas. Prior to joining Magic Software, Amit worked as an associate in Avital Dromi & Co., a leading Tel Aviv law firm. Amit holds an L.L.B. degree from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from Bar Ilan University in Israel.

Arita Mattsoff is responsible for defining and executing the company’s worldwide marketing strategy and programs, as well as directing channel marketing, marketing communications, and public relations. Previously, Arita served as vice president marketing at Finjan and Paradigm Geophysical, and has held executive marketing positions with other global high-technology firms, including Scitex and RadGuard. Arita holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Avigdor Luttinger leads Magic Software’s industry analyst relations program. He is one of the founders of the company. Avigdor headed software development during Magic Software’s initial creation and then launched the company’s international distribution. He has worked as a consultant to several enterprise software vendors, including iXOS, Open Market, and Vignette. Avigdor holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and an M.S. in computer sciences from the University of Lyon.

As president and chief executive officer for Magic Software Enterprises, Inc., Regev Yativ is responsible for the company’s business operations in the Americas (North America, Canada and Latin America). Prior to his appointment in January 2008, Regev served as Senior Vice President of international sales for Magic Software. In this position, Regev was responsible for Magic offices and operations in Europe and Japan, and managed the Distribution Network team in charge of Asia Pacific, Latin America and South Africa, guiding Magic Software’s significant growth in those regions. Prior to joining Magic Software, Regev was chief operating officer of Agro Marches International S.A Group in Paris, a company specializing in Oracle based software and eBusiness platforms, managing all its branches worldwide. Regev also was the chief executive officer of G.E.D B.V. in Amsterdam, an investments and business development group dealing in software and eBusiness solutions throughout Europe, and vice president of sales at the Nasdaq traded Edusoft, specialized in Educational Software and Web based eLearning and assessment platforms. Regev holds a B.A. from Israel’s Tel Aviv University.

DAVID ASSIA, a co-founder of our company, has served as a director since our inception in 1983 and assumed the position of chairman of our board of directors in January 2002, and he has served as our acting chief executive officer since August 2005. Mr. Assia served as chairman of our board of directors from 1986 until October 2000 and served as vice chairman of our board of directors from October 2000 until reassuming the position of chairman of our board of directors in January 2002. From 1986 until September 1997, Mr. Assia served as our chief executive officer. Mr. Assia was managing director of Mashov Computers Ltd. between 1980 and 1986 and has served as the chairman of its board of directors since 1989. Mr. Assia also serves as a director of Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd., Enformia Ltd., Radview Software, The Weitzman Institute of Sciences, RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd. and The Israel Association of Software Houses. Mr. Assia holds a B.A. degree in economics and statistics and M.B.A. degree, both from Tel Aviv University.

Guy Bernstein has served as a director of the Company since January 1, 2007. Mr. Bernstein joined the Emblaze Group as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors in April 2004 and was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in December 2006. Prior to joining Emblaze, Mr. Bernstein served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer of Magic Software Enterprises ( Magic ) (NASDAQ: MGIC), a position he held since 1999. He also acted as the Interim CEO for Magic s subsidiaries: MSE Israel Ltd. and Coretech Consulting Group. Mr. Bernstein joined Magic from Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global, where he acted as senior manager from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Bernstein also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Formula, Chairman of the Board of Magic and Chairman of the Board of Matrix IT Ltd. Mr. Bernstein is a Certified Licensed Public Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Gad Goldstein has served as a Magic Software director since December 1998. He has been president of Formula Systems, Ltd. since April 1995. Previously, Mr. Goldstein served as vice president of finance for Formula Systems Ltd. He received his B.A. (Economics) and MBA degrees from Tel Aviv University.

Hadas Gazit Kaiser has been Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director of Emblaze since December 11, 2006. From August 2005 until she became Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Gazit Kaiser served as the Vice President-Finance of Emblaze and Chief Financial Officer of Emblaze Mobile. From August 2003 to August 2005, Ms. Gazit Kaiser served as the Budget Control Manager of TTI. From August 2000 to August 2003, Ms. Gazit Kaiser acted as a manager at Kost, Forer Gabbay & Kasierer.

Mr. Efrat is a founder and co-managing director of ERB Ltd., a leading financial consulting firm. Mr. Efrat is also the founder and a member of the board of directors of ESOP-Excellence Trust Company. Mr. Efrat is a certified licensed public accountant and holds a B.A. in accounting and economics from Tel-Aviv College of Management.

Elan Penn has served as an Outside Director of Magic Software since December 2005. Mr. Penn has served as chief executive officer and chairman of Penn Publishing Ltd., a private company based in Tel Aviv, Israel since 2001. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Penn served as vice president of finance & administration of A.I. Research & Development Ltd. Mr. Penn was chief executive officer of Sivan Computer Training Company Ltd. between 1998 and 2000. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Penn served as vice president of finance & administration of Mashov Computers Ltd. and from 1987 to 1991 and again from 1992 to 1997, Mr. Penn served as Magic Software’s vice president of finance and administration. Mr. Penn also serves as a director of Telkoor Telecom Ltd, and Nexgen Biofuels, Inc. Mr. Penn holds a Ph.D. in management science from the University of London and a B.A. degree in economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Yehezkel Zeira has served as an independent director of Magic Software since December 2005. Since 2001 he has been an independent information technologies consultant and from 2000 to 2001 Mr. Zeira served as executive vice president international of Ness Technologies Inc. Between 1970 and 2000 Mr. Zeira served in various positions at Advanced Technology Ltd., or ATL, and in 1982 he assumed the position of chief executive officer of ATL. Mr. Zeira also serves as a director of Tim Computers and Systems Ltd., Kalanit Carmon Software Services Ltd. and Dafron Ltd. Mr. Zeira is a lecturer at Ben Gurion University’s Faculty of Engineering, and holds a B.S. degree in industrial engineering and an M.S. degree in operations research, both from the Technion in Israel. Mr. Zeira has also participated in the Harvard Business School program for management development.
