Mr. Schwenner has been a Vice President of Magnetek since 2003 and was the Company’s Controller from 2002 until 2006, when he was named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Schwenner served as Vice President of Finance for Magnetek’s Power Electronics Group from 1998 until 2002, and as Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s European Operations from 1992 to 1998. He was Magnetek’s Internal Audit Manager from 1991 until 1992, having joined the Company as an Internal Auditor in 1989. Before coming to Magnetek, Mr. Schwenner was a Financial Analyst with Nortek, Inc. since 1985. He holds a Managerial Accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Internal Auditor.

Mr. McCormick became President and CEO of Magnetek on October 31, 2008. Pete served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2006-October, 2008. He was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Magnetek’s Power Controls Group from 2002 to 2006, overseeing the Company’s motion control systems for cranes and hoists, elevator drive systems, mining equipment drives and alternative energy power conversion systems. Mr. McCormick joined Magnetek in 1993 from Square-D Corporation. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, with minors in Computer Science and Power and Control Systems.

Mr. Cross has been a director of the Company since 1994. He joined Cooper Industries, Inc. in 1966 as Manager of Taxation and subsequently served as Director, Accounting and Taxation, Assistant Controller, and Treasurer. He was appointed Vice President, Finance of Cooper Industries in 1972 and was named Senior Vice President, Finance in 1980. Mr. Cross retired from Cooper Industries in 1995. He served for several years as a member of the Financial Council II of the Manufacturers' Alliance for Productivity and Innovation, and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Cross chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Nominating & Governance and Compensation Committees.

Ms. Jorden has served in financial management positions of increasing responsibility, ranging from Internal Audit Director to Executive Vice President & CFO, with NASDAQ- and NYSE-listed high-technology, energy and healthcare companies, including Western Digital Corporation, Informix, Aera Energy LLC, Wellpoint Health Networks, Oxford Health Plans and AdvancePCS. In her executive capacities, she has specialized in complex financial transactions, including corporate turnarounds, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions. An honors graduate of California State University (Los Angeles), Ms. Jorden was a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen & Company from 1979 to 1984, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Texas (Dallas) Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance. Ms. Jorden chairs the Compensation, and serves on the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees
