Magnus International Resources Inc. is incorporated in Nevada, with offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, Vancouver, British Columbia, Kunming, China and London, England. The Company's primary focus is to acquire, explore and develop low-risk, high-grade precious metal deposits in geologically fertile, under-explored or unexploited regions of China, the world's fourth largest gold producer. Magnus' strategy is to establish alliances with local and international organizations that have proven expertise in the exploration and mining of precious metals. The Company's joint venture partner in China is one of the country's most successful geological exploration teams, Brigade 209 of the Nuclear Industry of Yunnan Province, known simply as Team 209. Magnus has also formed a co-operative relationship with AMEC, an international engineering services company highly regarded worldwide for its mining expertise. The knowledge, skill and resources of such partners compliments the Magnus team in advancing projects towards successful production. Magnus also seeks to minimize dilution and retain a substantial interest in each property, which enables shareholders to achieve maximum exposure to future profits while minimizing investment risk.

Dr. Kai Yang became Magnus' chief geologist for Chinese joint ventures in December of 2005. Dr. Yang has an extremely impressive educational and professional background in minerals exploration, and brings specific experience and knowledge in Chinese exploration strategy that Magnus believes will give us a competitive advantage. In 1993, Dr. Yang obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Department of Geology) from the University of Newcastle, Australia. His field of study was ophiolites and orogenic belt geology, as well as Platinum Group Elements (PGE) and massive sulfide mineralisation. In 1982 and 1985, respectively, Dr. Yang obtained his Master of Science and Bachelor of Engineering from Changchun College of Earth Sciences, China. While there, his fields of study were hydrothermal ore deposits, geological mapping and mineral exploration. Over the last 12 years, Dr Yang has acted as Senior Research Scientist (1999-present), Research Scientist (1996-1999), and Postdoctoral Fellow (1994-1996) to the Mineral Mapping Technology Group, CSIRO Division of Exploration & Mining in Australia. During this period Dr Yang conducted research: mapping and evaluation of hydrothermal alteration and mineralisation systems with field and airborne hyperspectral data. In 2002-2003, Dr. Yang led a project funded jointly by AusIndustry and China Geological Survey (CGS), carrying out mineral mapping in Xinjiang, China. Dr Yang has acted as an advisor on several CGS mineral alteration mapping projects in China, and he has developed strong personal and working relationships with key people in CGS and several provincial Departments of various Chinese Bureaus of Land and Resources. Dr. Yang currently holds the position of Guest Research Scientist in the Nanjing Institute of Mineral Resources, and has authored over 50 publicized geological articles and reports for various mining industry related publications and periodicals.

STEPHEN TAN has been a director of the company since February 8, 2005. Mr. Tan is a professional engineer who received his mechanical engineering certification from Loughborough University (Midlands, United Kingdom) in 1960 and a D.I.C. degree from the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London in 1961. In 1964, Mr. Tan founded Setron, a company that he would turn into the largest television and electronic equipment manufacturer in South East Asia, and which listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Mr. Tan eventually sold Setron to Haw Par International in 1980. Also in 1980, the Republic of Singapore acknowledged Mr. Tan's contributions to his country by presenting him with a lifetime contribution Public Service Medal (P.B.M.). Mr. Tan has extensive experience serving on the Boards of both public and private companies, but has not served on the Board of a public company in the last 5 years.
