Kristen Armstrong, Ph.D., is an Executive Coach and Psychologist Consulting to Business. With over 18 years experience as a consulting and clinical psychologist, she provides coaching to executives and their teams, leadership mentoring and coaching to family businesses, and helps client companies set up internal management training programs. Her clients span Fortune 500 executives to professional partnerships, 5 star chefs to multi-generational family enterprise, and her work with C-level executives was highlighted in Time Magazine in 2004. She is a Certified Professional Coach through the College of Executive Coaching and has been coaching for 8 years. Kristen is a CoachVille City Director for Sonoma and Napa, California, where she lives with her husband and two sons.

Ben Sanger joined our team in 2005 as an Estimator for San Francisco, Sonoma and Marin Counties. He brings with him over 15 years experience in small business operations and ownership. A recent transplant from Colorado and recently married, Ben enjoys biking, traveling, and spending time with his new family.

Bill Seawell has been with us since 1990. Bill is our Senior Estimator for San Francisco, Sonoma, and Marin counties. Bill has a BA in Economics and Banking with a background in commercial real estate, leasing and property management. In addition to traveling with his wife and spending time with his grandchildren, Bill loves golfing, tennis, and sailing.

Jake Lorenzo is Sonoma's best known private investigator. He specializes in high society murder cases, but since Sonoma doesn't have any high society, and rarely has a murder case, he's had to survive performing seedy divorce work for Sonoma County winery owners. Since many of these winery owners try to beat him out of his hard-earned fees, Jake has often accepted wine in payment for his services. Drinking his way through these payments has made Jake a wine expert. Jake is the resident philosopher for the Wine Patrol. Jake is relentless. He pulls no punches. He shrinks from no truth, and he makes you laugh loud and often. "There can be no revolution without a sense of humor," says Jake. Jake describes our mission. Follow along, and take no prisoners.

Tom Curry joined McDonough Holland & Allen after serving for more than 20 years as the City Attorney for the City of Livermore. He also served as Assistant City Attorney of Walnut Creek and Deputy City Attorney of Hayward. His practice focuses on all aspects of public agency law with an emphasis on complex land use matters. He currently serves as City Attorney for Sonoma and had served as City Attorney for San Ramon. Tom brings to MHA extensive trial experience in CEQA, land use, the Public Records Act, the Brown Act and general municipal issues. He has been involved in promulgating claims administration procedures, Municipal Codes, personnel rules, growth control policies, litigation status reports, sign ordinances and FLSA issues. He is very active in the League of California Cities and is a frequent presenter at conferences for organizations including the California Transit Authority, California Joint Powers Risk Management Authority and the California State Bar. Tom has served as a professor of law at John F. Kennedy University

Leslie is the garden manager of CSHS and coordinates the Garden Apprentice program. She serves on the Board of the Sonoma Co. Herb Association and is the Director of the Sonoma Co. Herb Exchange. Leslie has worked as an herbal practitioner and is a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild.
