Main Tape Company Inc.

Joseph Musanti became a member of our board of directors in October 2007. Since 2006, Mr. Musanti has served as President of Main Tape Inc., a designer and manufacturer of adhesive tape and protective film for consumer electronics, automotive, and other uses. He previously served as Vice President Finance and CFO of Main Tape Inc. from 2003 to 2006. Between 1989 and 2003, Mr. Musanti held various positions at Rheometric Scientific, Inc., a world leader in rheological and thermal analytical instrumentation, including Vice President Finance & Materials and CFO from 1997 to 2003.

Mr. Vanore joined Main Tape in 1998 as Controller and has since assumed many of the responsibilities of CFO as Mr. Musanti has taken on the responsibilities of President. Mr. Vanore earned a degree in Business Administration from Rider University.

Mr. Gordon oversees sales and marketing at Main Tape, bringing with him broad experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries. His past assignments include sales and marketing positions in the packing industry. Gordon earned a degree in marketing and has completed advanced studies in sales, marketing, and finance.

Mr. Krupp joined Gem Mac (subsequently acquired by Main Tape) in 1986, and since has continuously assumed increasing responsibilities in the operations of the Company. In his 20 years with the Company, Mr. Krupp has assumed oversight of all manufacturing, including the closing of the Plymouth operation, the seamless transition of business and equipment into the Cranbury facility, and taking the Cranbury operation to the highest productivity levels in Company history.
