Ms. Fletcher, 60, is a former Executive Vice President, Finance of Vulcan Inc., an investment and project company, a position she held from 2005 to 2008. From 2004 to 2005, she served as Chief Financial Officer of DaVita, Inc., an independent provider of dialysis services in the United States. From 2000 to 2003, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MasterCard International, an international payment solutions company. She has served as a Director of Unisys since 2001 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Mr. McGrath, 56, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Unisys. He has been with Unisys since 1999, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2004 through December 2004; Executive Vice President and President of the Company s Enterprise Transformation Services business from 2000 to 2004; and Senior Vice President of Major Accounts Sales and Chief Marketing Officer from 1999 to 2000. He is a Director of McCormick & Company, Inc. He has served as a Director of Unisys since 2005.

Olivier Houri serves as president, Global Transportation at Unisys Corporation. He is responsible for seeking growth opportunities in travel and transportation solutions and all services that Unisys provides for many prominent travel and transportation companies, airlines and airports around the world. Before joining Unisys, Mr. Houri held several positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He served as both consulting director of International Air Transport Sector and director of e-Business development, France. In these positions, he directed the global launch of the firm's Travel & Transport Center of Excellence, as well the launch and growth of two international "business to business" e-marketplaces. As consulting director his group achieved more than 100 percent growth. As director of e-Business he focused on e-strategy, e-creation, "business to business" e-marketplaces and e-procurement. Mr. Houri also participated in the effective launch of two e-marketplaces and achieved strategic and marketing consulting with several other business to business and business to customer projects. From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Houri was employed by Unisys in France as a consulting managing principal, after serving as general manager of OPL Spain Consultants and division manager of OPL France Consultants. Over the past decade, he has consulted with several major European and North American carriers, airports and civil aviation authorities, as well as a number of leading organizations in the travel industry. Mr. Houri is experienced in implementing business strategies for a number of other industries including utilities, space and aeronautics, telecommunications and chemicals. Furthermore, he is a known expert in organization and business process redesign, change management, strategic marketing and information systems design. Mr. Houri is conversant in five languages.

Brian Ott is Global Banking Executive and Chief Technology Officer for Unisys Global Financial Services organization. He is responsible for leading Unisys Global Banking team and working with Unisys retail banking clients worldwide to deliver strategy and assessment engagements focused on process redesign and architectural transformation. Additionally, Brian provides thought leadership for new programs and strategies and oversees management operations for Unisys retail banking solutions. He is also responsible for leading the implementation of the 3D Blueprinting program globally. His areas of expertise are business development, practice management, project management, architecture development, and technology implementation management. Experience includes consulting and solution implementations with an emphasis on multi-channel customer strategies, sales, service, marketing, process improvement, IT transformation, Open Architecture, and business case development.

Mr. Huston, 69, is a retired Vice Chairman of Ryder System, Inc., an international logistics and transportation solutions company. He has also served as Senior Executive Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of that company. He is a Director of The Hackett Group, Inc., Kaman Corporation and Tennenbaum Opportunities Fund V, LLC. He has served as a Director of Unisys since 1993 and is chairman of the Audit Committee.

Nancy McCarthy is a managing partner and chief operating officer in the Global Financial Services group. In this role, she is helping to drive the development and execution of the company's go-to-market strategy in financial services. She has also been named Theatre Leader for North America. She joined Unisys from CSC where she was leading the Capital Markets sector for the Financial Services Group. Ms. McCarthy also led multiple Business Process Outsourcing relationships in the insurance sector for CSC. Ms. McCarthy has over 20 years of experience in both sales and delivery of technology services and solutions. She brings to Unisys a track record of success in building and running a global consulting, outsourcing and systems integration practice.

Venkatapathi (PV) Puvvada is vice president and chief technology officer (CTO) for Unisys Federal Systems. In this role, PV and his executive team are responsible for Unisys strategy, new solution offerings, research and development, strategic program execution and technology alliance partnerships. He is also the senior executive responsible for Unisys transformation consulting services and leads its global service delivery teams for various client programs. In addition, PV is a lead partner for the Unisys Global Technology Executive Council, which develops and implements global technology strategy and best practices. PV has more than 20 years experience in several businesses and IT disciplines and is a recognized thought leader in business transformation, e-government, enterprise security, performance measurement, technology innovation, solution development methodologies and enterprise architecture. He and his team work with all major agencies in the development of strategy and the execution of mission programs. During his career, PV has served in various leadership roles starting from technical management and progressing to senior management ranks. PV has been actively involved with various organizations including IAC, Object Management Group (OMG), ITAA, National Association of State CIOs, AFCEA, NDIA and IIT Alumni association. PV currently serves on several non profit boards including TIE-DC (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Penn State University, National Defense University and The President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee’s (NSTAC) Industry Executive Subcommittee. PV is an author and frequently speaks at various conferences and forums.

Peter Blackmore has served as our Chief Executive Officer and President and as a director since July 2008, and served as our President and Chief Operating Officer from July 2007 to June 2008. From 2005 until he joined the Company, Mr. Blackmore served as Executive Vice President in charge of world-wide sales, marketing and technology at Unisys Corporation. Prior to joining Unisys in 2005, he served as Executive Vice President of the Customer Solutions Group at Hewlett-Packard Company from 2004 and as Executive Vice President of the Enterprise Systems Group from 2002 through 2004. From 1991 until its acquisition by Hewlett-Packard in 2002, Mr. Blackmore served in a number of senior management positions with Compaq Computer Corporation, most recently as its Executive Vice President of worldwide sales and services from 2000 through 2002. Mr. Blackmore holds an M.A. in Economics from Trinity College, Cambridge, U.K.

Tony Doye was elected a senior vice president by the Board of Directors in January 2008. He currently serves as president of Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services and is responsible for driving growth in the company’s outsourcing and infrastructure services businesses. Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services provides a broad range of services to clients around the world, including: * Business process outsourcing which covers services in check and remittance processing, insurance, mortgage, and health care administration. * Information technology outsourcing which focuses on desktop and end user support, network management, mobile solutions, and data center operations. * Technology support and maintenance which is IT infrastructure maintenance and related support services for Unisys and multi-vendor technologies in distributed computing environments, and private label maintenance services on behalf of technology companies such as Dell, EMC, and Lexmark. These practices deliver services and technology-based solutions that enable clients to provide improved service, reduce costs and deliver innovation to their customers. Before joining Unisys, Tony was group president of Strategic Programs and the Technology Management Group at Computer Sciences Corporation. During his tenure at CSC he held numerous global leadership roles in IT services, IT outsourcing, application outsourcing and consulting services. Prior to joining CSC, Tony held several global businesses management roles at IBM and British Telecom.

Dominick Cavuoto is president, Global Industries and Worldwide Strategic Services reporting to the CEO. He was elected a senior vice president by the Board of Directors in February 2009. In his Global Industries and Worldwide Strategic Services role, Dominick drives the development of technology-based solutions that meet industry-specific client requirements for financial services, public sector, communications, transportation and commercial markets around the world. Leading the company's transformation efforts, he also has responsibility for the following strategic areas: Change Management Office, Corporate Strategy and Development, Worldwide Marketing and Communications, Worldwide Alliances, Strategic Program Office, and Chief Technology Office. Rejoining Unisys from his most recent position as chief executive officer of Collabera, Inc., Dominick achieved a 30%-plus growth in IT Services, helping Collabera to finish their most successful year to date. Prior to joining Collabera in January, 2007, Dominick was corporate vice president of Unisys Worldwide Services Operations (WSO), an organization created through Dominick's transformational leadership. With more than 30 years of consulting and management experience, Dominick's extensive leadership skills have enabled the company to create a structure better able to develop and leverage our service delivery resources. Previously, Dominick served as president of Unisys Global Financial Services. In that role he led the team that provides enterprise transformation and strategic technology solutions to top-tier financial institutions around the world, helping companies better align business and IT goals. He advised senior executives on mergers and acquisitions integration, enterprise security concerns, effective globalization strategies, outsourcing decisions and other critical business issues confronting financial institutions. During this time, Dominick was elected a corporate vice president by the Unisys Board of Directors. Dominick also has increased Unisys market penetration in business process outsourcing (BPO) engagements for mission critical operations, while continuing to design, build and implement robust applications and systems integration solutions. He has deep experience in transformational outsourcing including off-shoring as demonstrated in Unisys insurance outsourcing subsidiary, and served on the board of directors of Unisys banking outsourcing subsidiary. Dominick initially joined Unisys in 2001 from KPMG Consulting Inc. (now Bearing Point), where he was senior vice president and managing director of the firm's $500 million financial services solutions practice, which he helped develop. Prior to this, he served as a managing director for J.D. Carreker, a boutique consulting firm specializing in electronic payment and settlement systems, and as senior vice president, of Bankers Trust, where he led global technology and operations teams. Dominick holds a bachelor of the arts in Government and a master's in Government & Public Administration from, St. John's University in New York.

Mr. Davies was elected Senior Vice President in February 2009 and has been President, Federal Systems since October 2008. Prior to this position, Mr. Davies had served as the managing partner for Federal Systems Civilian Agencies since joining Unisys in 2003. Prior to joining Unisys, Mr. Davies was with Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. from 1985 until 2002, where he most recently served as a partner. Mr. Davies has been an officer since February 2009.

Rich Marcello is a senior vice president of the corporation and serves as president of Systems and Technology. He was elected an officer by the Board of Directors in July 2007. As president of Systems and Technology, he leads a team of experts who design and develop technologies, enterprise servers and related solutions that operate in mission-critical, transaction-intensive environments. In this role he is responsible for all aspects of the business including product development and technology, product marketing, supply chain operations and worldwide sales and services. Prior to joining Unisys, Rich had many years of experience in building and leading world-class technology organizations with Hewlett Packard (HP), where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Business Critical Servers product line within the Enterprise Storage and Servers global business unit. In this multi-billion dollar business, Rich was responsible for developing, manufacturing, selling and servicing Unix and high-end server technology systems, while successfully driving key account sales, leading advanced engineering groups and building a new business culture. Rich began his career as a systems engineer and, prior to HP, held leadership roles in the technology business within Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation. Throughout his career, Rich has maintained a high level of contact, communication and coordination with customers and a commitment to developing mutually beneficial relationships. Holding customer relations as one of his highest priorities, Rich has been recognized both by U.S. News & World Report and USA Today for "creating a new kind of dialogue with customers, industry observers, and employees" through his executive blogging. He holds a Master of Science in computer sciences from Boston University in Boston, and bachelors' degrees in business administration and electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana.

Anthony (Tony) Pease serves as vice president and partner, GWAC Center, Unisys Federal Systems. Tony is chartered with responsibility for managing all of Unisys government-wide acquisition contracts (GWAC), schedules and multiple award contracts within Unisys Federal Systems. He provides executive leadership for the business development, execution and management of these contract vehicles, which currently account for more than one-third of our Federal revenue. Tony is based in Reston, Va. Tony brings to Unisys more than 30 years of technology and management consulting experience, applying information technology solutions for strategic advantage in a variety of management, business and government environments. Prior to his position with Global Public Sector, Tony served as vice president of Robbins, Gioia, Inc., where he led their Strategic Solutions Group delivering strategic planning, capital planning and investment management services. Before joining Robbins, Gioia, he led an independent consulting practice, focused on delivering IT-enabled solutions, for CHP Technology International, Inc. While at CHP Technology, Tony also served as CIO for Children's National Medical Center, Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he spent fifteen years with Booz, Allen & Hamilton Inc., where he successfully led their IT and systems integration practices by providing consulting and delivery services to customers in public and private sectors, domestically and internationally.

Prior to this role, Arthur was vice president and managing partner of Unisys Global Transportation, where he re-engineered the division from providing clients with legacy system support to becoming a provider of strategic services. He led the division's sales and delivery organization, which won projects with major airlines in the North American and Latin American regions. He worked with major airlines, logistics, and travel and transportation companies to build and execute their strategies for next generation information systems to support their changing businesses. Arthur also led the construction and growth of field delivery capabilities for Unisys AirCore, Supply Chain Visibility, Customer Relationship Management, Open Source, System Integration and Application Management Services lines of business. He joined Unisys in 2004 from IBM Global Services, where as a practice leader he founded the IT Services on Demand practice, serving travel, transportation, retail, consumer package and pharmaceutical companies. This practice became a leading alternative to outsourcing for clients seeking transformation and the establishment of global IT capabilities. As a client partner he grew one of IBM's most successful airline services relationships, building one of the first 24/7 Global Support Center infrastructures in the U.S., Canada, Brazil and India, and transforming the way the airline performed IT services projects in application development and systems integration. Prior to joining IBM, he was a consultant and sales manager for Comport Consulting Corporation. Arthur began his career in a management training program with Digital Equipment Corporation, where he progressed to sales and consulting positions, serving rotational assignments in pharmaceuticals, biotech, molecular modeling and Alpha silicon computing R&D.

Brett comes to Unisys from Abercrombie and Kent, Inc. where he was chief information officer. Abercrombie and Kent is a leading provider of luxury adventure travel with offices in over 40 countries. He was responsible for the strategy, investment, prioritization and execution of all information technology and communication systems. Prior to Abercrombie and Kent, Brett served as vice president for Airline Solutions at Sabre, Inc., a global airline computer reservation systems company. He led a group of 250 professionals responsible for generating annual revenue of $100 million in support of Sabre's Sales, Marketing and Distribution Systems product development group. Leading to this position, he gained increasing recognition for the company's strategy and implementation of multi-host, sales, marketing, pricing and customer loyalty solutions as well as consulting. He spent more than 10 years at Sabre in a variety of increasingly responsible roles such as manager of SABRE Decision Technologies. Brett began his career with McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company where he led several departments responsible for audit and control of U.S.A.F. air carrier projects and process and quality reporting programs for the company's commercial Aircraft Production Planning Division.

Christopher Shawdon was appointed vice president of Logistics Solutions in the Global Transportation Division of Unisys in January 2001. In this position he is responsible for program management and development, which includes overseeing cargo management systems for airlines, ground handlers, forwarders and truckers, both individually and as part of collaborative logistics management groupings. Also, he is responsible for providing the core systems on which global airlines carrying 40 percent of international air freight run their businesses. In addition, Christopher helped Unisys play a leading role in the development of the Cargo 2000 Master Operating Plan for integrated processes within and between air transportation companies. Prior to joining Unisys, Christopher was the general manager of Air Cargo Community Systems for Syntegra. He led and had profit/loss responsibility for Syntegra's e-commerce supply chain services that served most of the world's top airlines and many global freight forwarders and shippers. He also built up Syntegra's global e-commerce community services and led their work with Cargo 2000. Before working for Syntegra, Christopher spent 12 years at IBM where he held various sales positions and led IBM's transportation marketing in the United Kingdom. In that position he was responsible for developing and delivering IBM UK's distribution and logistics marketing strategy to drive annual revenues of $108 million. Christopher raised the division's revenues by 31 percent during a two year period. Christopher worked for Hoskyns (now Cap Gemini) and Whitbread prior to his tenure with IBM and Syntegra.

Clayton (Clay) M. Jones was appointed Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockwell Collins in June 2002. He had been president and chief executive officer of Rockwell Collins since 2001. Jones previously served as president of Rockwell Collins and was a corporate officer and senior vice president of Rockwell International, positions he was appointed to in December 1998. Prior to that, he held positions as vice president and general manager of the Collins Air Transport Division and as corporate senior vice president of Government Operations and International in Washington, D.C., where he represented all Rockwell businesses to international and domestic customers. From 1988 to 1995, Jones was responsible for the space and aircraft systems business areas as vice president of Aerospace Government Affairs and Marketing at Rockwell's Government Operations office in Washington. In 1982, he was sponsored by Rockwell to serve a fellowship in a White House Executive Exchange program. A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Jones joined Rockwell International in 1979 after serving in the U.S. Air Force as a fighter pilot. Jones holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and a master's degree in business administration from George Washington University. Jones serves on the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and is on the Board of Directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum (NASM). In addition, he is a member of The Business Council and the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC). Jones is an Honorary Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and a director of the Unisys Corporation and of Deere & Company. Locally, Jones serves on the Board of Directors of Priority One, the economic development arm of the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Tippie College of Business Board of Visitors at The University of Iowa, the Board of Trustees for the United Way of East Central Iowa (UWECI), and is a member of the Iowa Business Council.

As vice president and general manager for GOIS Latin America, Debbie is responsible for sales and integrated delivery of the full Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services (GOIS) portfolio in this region. Debbie will also continue in her role as GOIS Country Manager for Brazil, responsible for all GOIS sales, service delivery, account management, customer satisfaction and overall profitability in that country. She has been in that position since 2004. Previously, Debbie was a principal in the GOIS Federal Systems group, located in Virginia. Prior to joining Unisys in 2002, she was vice president of marketing at Knowledge Planet, Inc. and Inacom, and a manager at Price Waterhouse LLP.

Gerry Wethington is vice president, Homeland Security and Justice & Public Safety Programs, Unisys Global Public Sector, responsible for leveraging the entire portfolio of services, solutions and technology products to take Unisys to a leadership position in these markets. Gerry is based in Reston, Va., and has an office in Jefferson City, Mo. Prior to joining Unisys, Gerry served as Missouri's chief information officer (CIO) and as a member of Gov. Bob Holden's cabinet, where he led Missouri's e-government efforts to improve the delivery of government service to its citizens. He also led the development of Missouri's Adaptable Enterprise Architecture Program. Considered one of the best in the nation, this program resulted in significant savings and improved efficiency in the state's business and IT programs. Gerry is recognized nationally as a leader in the areas of government process reform, enterprise architecture, justice integration and interoperability, and project management. Gerry served two consecutive terms as the president of NASCIO, the National Association of State Chief Information Officers. Gerry is the only state CIO to serve consecutive terms as president in the association's 35-year history. He also served as chair of NASCIO's Enterprise Architecture Committee and as a member of its Executive Committee. Gerry was Missouri's SEARCH representative, serving as chairman and member of the Board of Directors. SEARCH is the National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics, with representatives from all states, responsible for formulating recommendations on criminal justice policy. He served as vice chair of the membership group and chaired the Planning Committee and the Systems and Technology Program Advisory Committee. Former Attorney General Janet Reno appointed Gerry to the Global Justice Information Sharing Advisory Commission, an advisory body to the U.S. Attorney General created to support broad-scale exchange of pertinent justice information. Gerry served as the vice chair of the commission and served on the Executive Steering Committee. Gerry is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on topics related to government process improvement, enterprise architecture, technology infrastructure centralization and consolidation, homeland security, criminal justice integration and interoperability, progress and performance metrics implementation and software engineering. Some of the programs where Gerry has spoken include: CIO magazine's Strategic Initiatives Conference, the Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs Integration Workshops, the National Governors Association (NGA) Justice Integration Workshops and Chiefs of Staff Retreat, NASCIO annual and mid-year conferences, SEARCH's Integration Symposium, FSI's State of the State's Address, technology symposiums in the states of Texas, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee and Connecticut, the Japanese Prefecture Government CIO Forum in Tokyo, Japan, the Missouri Police Chiefs Association Legislative Seminars and the Missouri Office of Prosecution Services Training Seminars.

Guillermo was appointed to the position of managing partner, Commercial Industry, Latin America. He reports functionally to Tom Elliott and geographically to Luis Dominguez and is based in Boca Raton, FL. He has more than 20 years of experience in consumer and packaged goods, retailing, wholesaling and automotive in Latin America. He joins Unisys from BearingPoint, where he was managing director, Services Industry, Latin America. During his career there, he won and delivered engagements in the areas specified earlier, as well as telecommunications, utilities and financial services, with the lead responsibility for identification, qualification and deal formation on systems integration and business process outsourcing opportunities. Prior to joining BearingPoint, Guillermo had a successful career with Anderson Consulting in the areas of supply chain management, enterprise resource management and back-office implementations. He has worked in Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil and the United States.

Holli I. Ploog is vice president and managing partner, UK, Middle East and Africa (UKMEA) for Unisys Global Public Sector. In this capacity, Holli is collaborating with industry and business unit leaders to capitalize on alignment and growth opportunities and further growth areas. Holli joined Unisys as vice president and managing partner, Marketing and Programs for Global Public Sector. In that role, she was responsible for creating demand for the Unisys brand by developing and executing marketing plans for federal, state, provincial and local governments across all geographies. In addition, she oversaw the development of marketing plans to "incubate" the education and healthcare market segments. Holli was also recently responsible for creating the Strategic Program Office and leveraging the entire portfolio of technology products, services and solutions to take Unisys to a position of market leadership in its key program areas. Under Unisys new go-to-market model, these programs include Outsourcing, Enterprise Security, Open Source, Real-Time Infrastructure, and Microsoft Solutions. Holli brings to Unisys a strong knowledge of technology innovation and marketplace trends and drivers. Previously, Holli was president of DynCorp's state and local business practice. She was responsible for leadership and business development of the practice. While at DynCorp, she created a series of repeatable solutions focused on discrete niche vertical markets: health and human services, criminal justice/public safety, seat management and transportation. Within two years, there was a business backlog of $200 million. She became senior vice president, corporate development, when DynCorp merged with TekInsight.com in 2001. Before joining DynCorp, Holli spent 11 years with Lockheed Martin, where she was the founder of that company's IMS Children and Family Services, and Welfare & Workforce Services divisions. Eventually, she served as senior vice president and managing director for the Information Resources Management business units. During her tenure with Lockheed Martin IMS, she was responsible for building and managing a business base of projects in more than 40 states and dozens of local governments worth in excess of $1 billion.

Howard F. Lee became vice president and general manager, Product Development & Technology effective January 18, 2005. He will have direct responsibility for all Unisys enterprise server and associated software product engineering, development and advanced technology. Howard brings to this position more than 25 years of experience in the technology business. Most recently, he has been a management consultant and investor. He was co-founder, interim chief executive officer (CEO) and then chief operating officer of NanoOpto. He was interim CEO for Equator Technologies, Inc. and president of Rise Technology Inc. Prior to that, he held the positions of senior vice president/general manager of the Server & Alternate Platform Division and senior vice president of the Macintosh Product Division of Apple, Inc. He served in several positions of increasing responsibility at both Sun Microsystems Inc. and Hewlett Packard, including vice president of Engineering, SPARC and Technology Center for Sun Microsystems Inc.

Ira D. Kirsch is vice president, Worldwide Sales, Unisys Global Public Sector (GPS). Based in Reston, Va., he is responsible for driving top line growth and strengthening the sales pipeline. During his 35-year tenure with Unisys, Ira has served in various leadership positions of increased responsibility. During the first half of 2006, he was responsible for the sales organizations for both GPS and Federal Systems. Prior to that, he was president of Unisys U.S. Federal Government Group, where he was responsible for developing the strategy and tactics employed to increase market share and customer satisfaction, and achieve profitable revenue growth. Under his leadership, the Unisys Federal business grew significantly and the customer loyalty index exceeded 90 percent. Previously, Ira was vice president and general manager, Unisys Global Industries, responsible for the strategy and deployment of e-Business solutions for North America, with the largest business segment focused on the Public Sector marketplace. In this role, Ira was accountable for the profitability of the business including sales, marketing, systems and technology integration, implementation and ongoing support. Prior to that, Ira led the Unisys Public Sector North Region, the largest region in the United States. He was responsible for sales and delivery of the total consulting and systems integration business, including $1.2 billion in revenue, with full profit and loss accountability. Ira also served as vice president and general manager of the Unisys Systems and Technology United States Northern Region. In this position, he led the sales and delivery of services and technology-based solutions with a focus on growing new business in the Public Sector and Financial marketplaces. He had significant involvement in Public Sector business in large states like New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Michigan. In the state of New York, he led an agency-wide modernization procurement project in the Health and Human Services Agency that resulted in a $100 million award to Unisys. During his tenure, he significantly improved client satisfaction to world-class levels and increased revenue by 45 percent over three years. In 1999, Ira received the Pinnacle of Excellence in Management Award, the highest recognition Unisys confers for outstanding contributions to the company. Jack McHale was elected a corporate vice president by the Unisys Board of Directors in 1986. He currently serves as Unisys Investor Relations Officer (IRO) with worldwide responsibility for designing and implementing all programs for Wall Street analysts, money managers and shareholders. The primary purpose of a publicly held company is to create and enhance shareholder value. As the IRO, Jack interprets for senior management and the board of directors what drives value in the company and how that can be communicated to the investment community in order to maximize shareholder value. In 1982, following three years as a certified public accountant with Peat Marwick, Mitchell, and five years in computer sales and marketing positions at Burroughs Corporation, Jack was named director, Investor Relations, for Burroughs. He was responsible for formulating and implementing the company's public and investor relations strategy when Burroughs acquired Sperry Corporation in 1986 to form Unisys. He was named vice president, Investor and Customer Relations, for the new company in June 1986. In 1989 Jack was named vice president of Corporate Communications with responsibility for overseeing the corporation's activities in the areas of public and media relations, consultant relations, advertising, employee communications, corporate identity, and public affairs. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and NIRI Senior Roundtable Steering Committee, The Conference Board, the Investor Relations Association (IRA), and Unisys Pension Investment Review Committee. Jack, a native of Ohio, received bachelors and master's degrees in business administration from Cleveland State University.

John Souder serves as vice president and global solutions lead for Identification and Credentialing Solutions, as part of Unisys Enterprise Security Initiatives. In his position, he is responsible for providing sales, solution and delivery support in the areas of national identification, registered traveler, ePassport, worker identification, border control, and physical and logical access management. Prior to rejoining Unisys in 2006, John was vice president of the federal sector for NEC Solutions America, where he had responsibility for launching and building NEC's information technology services business in the U.S. federal government market sector. Before joining NEC, John spent eight years with Unisys, where he held positions of increasing responsibility. His last assignment was as the global practice executive for Unisys Registry and Personal Identifications Solutions program, which included Driver & Vehicle Services, Election Services and Identification & Registry Services. In this capacity, he advised governments worldwide on the evaluation, development and successful deployment of large-scale civil identification solutions. John previously served as program manager of the Pacific Asia Americas Group based in Boca Raton, Fla. There he oversaw strategy, business development and marketing of large-scale civil identification-based solutions in the Caribbean, Latin American, African and Asian regions. During his tenure, sales grew from $17 million in 1997 to over $173 million in 1999. John began his Unisys career as a services manager in Corporate Marketing and later as a marketing manager. He was originally involved with the design and development of an automated fingerprint identification system (AFIS) solution. Over the years, John has been involved with various high profile and innovative projects. Beginning with the world's first successful implementation of an automated fingerprint identification system designed and built exclusively for civil identification to the world's largest public sector project combining biometrics, smart card and interactive multimedia technologies.

Larry Srader serves as the vice president Strategic Marketing for the Unisys Global Industry Business Unit. His role includes developing global market programs for 4 industries and related solution portfolios. Industries include Public Sector, Finance, Transportation and Communication. Larry also leads more detailed efforts around the Communication Industry given his background in global communication marketing. Marketing activities include strategic planning, market image development, and marketing campaign development for target industries and decision makers. Larry adds extensive experience and accomplishments in the global telecommunications market to Unisys. He most recently served as vice president of the Global Marketing organization at France Telecom’s international business division. In this capacity, he led efforts including global research and analysis, global marketing communications, and development of market-based programs and pricing. He also served as a catalyst for moving Global One from the connectivity environment to the hosting and application environment. His background also includes strategic program development with Sprint Long Distance and deployment of international expansion for Sprint International.

Michael McNamara was appointed vice president and partner for Passenger Services in 2002. He is responsible for the Development, Marketing, Sales and Delivery for Unisys premiere passenger services portfolio, Unisys Airline Core Systems Solutions (AirCore) and Unisys Customer Loyalty Solution. In addition, his responsibilities extend to developing and bringing to market solutions based on in-depth knowledge of customer and market requirements in the passenger services sector. Prior to this position, Michael was vice president, Transportation for the UK and Europe. In this position he was responsible for Unisys Global Transportation sales and delivery organizations in more than 20 countries. He has accrued 25 years of experience in all phases of airline information management and solution development. Since 1981, Michael has filled many roles for Unisys airline systems consultant, project manager, customer support and program sales and has assisted Unisys to provide and implement solutions for clients around the world, including Lufthansa, Qantas, Air France, Cathay Pacific and Air India, among others. Over the years, he has gained a thorough understanding of the industry and its needs. Under his leadership, the customer-centric business model and Unisys Customer Loyalty Solutions business architecture took shape. He led a task force to investigate the potential of a customer-centric airline solution, which eventually became the Unisys Customer Management Strategy. Later, he led the sales of the initial solution in this portfolio to Air Miles UK (British Airways), Alitalia, Aeroflot, LOT Polish Airlines and Aer Lingus. Michael and his team have assisted Unisys airline clients develop and implement complete customer plans, providing guidance in all project phases from defining customer-specific requirements to final acceptance.

Naren Patel is vice president of sales, North America Public Sector, and client relationship executive for the State of New York, where is responsible for building client relationships and working internally with three business units. Naren is based in Albany, N.Y. Naren joined Unisys in 1978 and has held increasingly responsible sales and management positions focusing on the State of New York government clients for the past 22 years. He was also the Unisys business development manager for the SUN Microsystems alliance, and prior to that he was a sales manager. Naren began his sales career working with healthcare and commercial accounts. Following his initial success, he became zone manager, leading a team that rocused on local government and the healthcare line of business.

Patricia Davis-Muffett is currently Vice President of Federal Marketing at Unisys, based in their Federal headquarters in Reston, Virginia. She previously served as Vice President of Marketing at Robbins-Gioia, a leading program management consulting firm serving the federal government and Fortune 1000 clients. Her team received the American Marketing Association - DC "M" Award for Marketer of the Year in 2003 and PR Sourcecode's "Shoestring Award," as well as several design awards for her brand elements. She holds the AMA Professional Certified Marketer designation, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Executive Education Certificate Program in Strategic Marketing Management. She is an active member of the GovMark Council, American Marketing Association, Council for Excellence in Government Women Executives Program, IAC and Women in Technology. She holds a Master's Degree in Creative and Professional Writing from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown University.

Peter Mullins is the vice president and general manager of Unisys Insurance Services Limited (UISL), responsible for providing outsourced Life and Pensions administration services to a full range of UK clients. Peter brings 25 years of management experience in customer service and information technology (IT). Most recently, Peter was Director of Customer Services at HHG Life Services Limited, formerly AMP UK Financial Services Ltd. Previously, he held multiple positions with various AMP companies including Director of IT, Chief Information Officer (CIO) and General Manager of IT. Peter was selected for transfer from Australia to the AMP UK Financial Services Limited organization as part of the company's global talent management program.

Andy Hoskinson is the vice president for Federal Systems Technology Strategy & Consulting. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading Federal CIO consulting engagements in the areas of IT strategic planning, enterprise architecture, and IT portfolio management. He also works with the company's executive team to formulate the strategic roadmap for the Federal IT market segment, and oversees the creation of new solution offerings and intellectual capital. Andy has extensive information technology experience, with more than 22 years of public and private sector experience. He has held numerous leadership positions in the IT industry including senior manager for a "Big Five" consulting firm, vice president of engineering for a software product company, and senior technical director for an Internet professional services firm. Since joining Unisys in 2002, Andy has supported numerous public sector organizations at the federal, state and local levels, including the Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security, General Services Administration, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Department of Defense, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the White House Office of Management and Budget. Andy is active in the Industry Advisory Council Enterprise Architecture Shared Interest Group (IAC EA SIG), and served as the IAC EA SIG representative on the Categorization of Government Information (CGI) Working Group, U.S. Federal Interagency Committee on Government Information (ICGI). In this role, he assisted this group in implementing section 207 of the E-Government Act of 2002. Andy is a prolific inventor, having most recently developed an innovative, patent-pending enterprise architecture visualization technology. He has co-authored three software development books and numerous articles for software industry trade journals, and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Andy is a decorated combat veteran of the U.S. Army and served as a field artillery officer in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a master's degree from Mississippi State University. His areas of expertise include enterprise architecture, IT portfolio management, IT strategic planning, E-Government, Federal CIO consulting, web development, data mining, business intelligence, and intellectual property portfolio management.

Rajiv Prasad currently serves as vice president of operations for the Global Communications and Media industries at Unisys. In this capacity, he manages the daily operations of the vertical lines of business including the review and approval of customer proposals, monitoring of sales, project, and financial performance, and human resources deployment. He has also led the development of a three-year strategy to ignite non-linear growth such as investments in new areas and alliances while capitalizing on Unisys large roster of telecommunications and publishing clients around the world. An experienced professional with extensive experience in areas such as sales operations, service delivery, financial management, and information technology, Rajiv first joined Unisys in 1988. Since then, he has held a number of increasingly responsible positions including MIS project manager, accounting manager, director of corporate financial planning & analysis and operations director of the Communications industry. In these roles, Rajiv has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets and achieved significant business growth for the company. Prior to joining Unisys, Rajiv served as a project leader in systems analysis for Apex Supply Company in Atlanta and a software engineer for Tata Burroughs Limited in Bombay, India.

Scott A. Battersby was elected corporate vice president and corporate treasurer by the Board of Directors in October 2000. Scott provides overall treasury leadership with worldwide responsibility for cash management, risk management, capital markets, as well as investment banking and rating agency relationships. Scott joined Unisys in 1984 and held a number of key positions within the finance, corporate strategy and treasury organizations. Prior to this appointment, he served as vice president of corporate strategy and development, a position he held since January 1998. Prior to that, he was the company's assistant treasurer and director of corporate finance. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Drexel University.

Mr. Hurley has been Vice President and Corporate Controller since February 2008. Prior to joining Unisys in 2008, he was Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at VIASYS Healthcare Inc. (2004-2007); Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer at Incyte Corp. (2003-2004); and Corporate Controller at Arrow International, Inc. (1998-2003). Mr. Hurley has been an officer since 2008.

Stephen Olyha leads the global Enterprise Solutions practice as VP and Managing Partner. The Enterprise Solutions practice includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS), and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Steve, who was previously the leader of our global CRM practice, will now assume global leadership of the SCM and EBS practices, as well. Prior to assuming this new position, Steve was vice president of the Worldwide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice where he was responsible for expanding the strategic direction of the practice and delivering high-quality CRM technology solutions on a global basis. Before joining Unisys, Steve was a partner and managing director at Computer Sciences Corporation, where led the North American CRM Practice and was the chairman of the international committee developing a global operating model on CRM. Prior to CSC, he served as vice president of sales at The Estee Corporation and held executive sales and marketing positions at Cadbury Schweppes, Mott's USA, and Kraft General Foods.

Steve Trehern is vice president and Managing Business Partner of Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services Human Resources. Steve is responsible for attracting, deploying, developing, motivating and retaining the employees required to make Unisys outsourcing and infrastructure services business continue to succeed and grow. Steve has nearly 30 years of progressively increasing responsibility as a business leader and human resources professional. Prior to his current role, Steve was vice president and managing business partner of Global Competencies Human Resources. He also served as vice president of Global Recruiting and Staffing, the corporate talent acquisition organization for Unisys, and vice president of Unisys University, the corporate training and development organization. During his 20-year career with Unisys, Steve's responsibilities have steadily expanded in areas such as training, career development and resource management. Prior to Unisys, Steve was at the Southeast Regional Training Center for the U. S. Office of Personnel Management for 10 years as director, Management and Communications Training Institute, and Employee Development Specialist in Personnel Management, Labor Relations and Supervisory Institute. He has also held positions as a Federal Investigator, Staffing Specialist, and U.S. Naval officer.

Steve Vinsik is vice president, Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), with responsibility for strategic leadership, practice development, and service delivery. Steve has more than 15 years' experience leading field operations teams that conduct research and development, application development, integration and information security programs spanning biometric and surveillance technology integration, security architecture, physical and logical security convergence and information systems domains. The CIP practice supports numerous clients in the Government, Transportation, and Financial Services sectors globally. Prior to his current assignment, Steve served as Chief Architect for Integrated Security Programs where he directed the engineering of surveillance systems and biometrics on the SBInet program and served as Chief Engineer on airport security projects where he deployed biometric, video surveillance, credentialing, carge security, and access control systems at more than 20 airports through a series of TSA funded technology test and evaluation programs. Before joining Unisys, Steve was Director, Technical Operations, for BioNextrix Corporation, where he was responsible for all professional services, external customer support, pre- and post-sales engineers, program management, proposal management, training, and professional development. While at BioNextrix, he led the engineering effort to complete a custom solution for a 10,000 user biometric system. He also served as the chief architect for enterprise-wide biometric security applications and developed security implementation plans for public and private sector organizations. Prior to his tenure with BioNextrix, Steve worked for Davis Selected Advisors, where he managed network security for the organization and was responsible for all security and network infrastructure development and design for a mutual fund company. Steve is a member of several prestigious organizations in the field of biometrics. He serves as the Unisys representative for INCITS M1 Committee on Biometrics, Secretary for BioAPI and a U.S. delegate to the ISO SC37 group on Biometrics.

Terry Hartmann is the Identity and Credentialing Global Practice Lead, and a Vice President, for Unisys Corporation. Terry has overall responsibility for developing and implementing the Unisys homeland security strategy. Particular emphasis is placed on people identity management, including passports, visas, ID cards, driver licenses, employee identification, and other identity centric solutions. Terry's team directs and coordinates Unisys ID strategy, presales, and solutions worldwide. Mr. Hartmann has built a vibrant enterprise security practice in Asia Pacific over the last four years, leading to recognition of Unisys as the solutions leader in the identity field. He was appointed to a broader role at Unisys in September 2007 to manage the company's global identity portfolio. In June 2008, Terry was promoted to Vice President. Prior to joining Unisys, Mr. Hartmann was responsible for leading-edge research and development, strategic planning, and implementation of business process transformation as IT Manager for the Australian Passport Office. He played a key role in establishing the Australian public sector as a world leader in biometrics technologies. Terry has over 25 years experience in the IT industry. He is an internationally-recognized authority on all aspects of homeland security and positive-identification technology, including the briefing of foreign governments and the media. He regularly speaks on identity matters at international conferences and is a globally-recognized leader in the biometrics industry.

Tim Kelleher is partner and vice president, Enterprise Security Services, Unisys Federal Systems, where he is responsible for developing the security portfolio that will meet the needs of federal agencies today and in the future. His team provides the full spectrum of security services, from consulting to fully outsourced managed security services. Tim started his career with AT&T in 1979 and held various management positions during his 21-year career there, including six years with Bell Labs. While in the AT&T government markets business unit, he developed AT&T's operational solution for the original FTS2000 contract, and subsequently held a number of other positions in support of that contract until ultimately assuming the responsibility for $350 million annual P&L. Tim then became one of the founding executives and a vice president and general manager of AT&T Solutions, where he helped launch the IT Outsourcing and Managed Services business unit. While in this position, he assumed the leadership role for the $1.1 billion managed services contract with Textron Inc. Tim left AT&T in 2000 to become the chief operating officer of FastTide, Inc., an Internet content delivery networking start-up firm \ in McLean Va. He joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 2003, where he led the development of an IT managed services practice in the Communications Services business unit. Tim joined Unisys in 2004 as partner, vice president and general manager of the Global Infrastructure Services business unit in support of the U.S. federal government civilian agencies where he successfully led the capture of more than $200M of infrastructure managed services.

Tony Henshaw is managing partner, Unisys Global Public Sector, Asia Pacific. Based in Canberra, Tony has overall responsibility for developing and leading the Unisys Public Sector practice in Australia and New Zealand. Unisys Global Public Sector offers clients solutions for secure business operations by working in partnership with government agencies to provide technology solutions and services to help them better serve their constituents. Unisys is a recognised leader in consulting, applications management, outsourcing, system integration, biometrics integration and server options. Tony joined Unisys in June 2006 with a wealth of public sector experience, particularly in senior leadership positions in the information technology and telecommunications sectors. He came to Unisys from one of Australia's leading telecommunications and information services companies, Telstra, where he was managing director, Government and State Sales. Before joining Telstra, Tony held a range of leadership positions with business and technology consulting firm EDS, including industry sales leadership, market relationships and planning. From 1995, he established the EDS public sector and energy business unit in Australia building it to a substantial operation over five years. In 2000 he established the EDS E.solutions line of business in the Asia Pacific, in one year going from startup to a business with significant turnover. Tony has considerable experience as an appointee to various government appointed boards and committees, particularly those seeking to promote improved national research and development outcomes. His early career includes management, systems analysis and design at a range of mid-tier information technology companies and government agencies.

Urs von Euw is currently the Acting Vice President, Airport Solutions for Unisys Global Transportation. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating and leveraging the company's various capabilities and solutions in airport security, airport operations and passenger facilitation. He works with all segments of the company to bring Unisys services and solutions to airports and airline ground handling units worldwide. He is currently working on the development and patent of a Mobile Boarding Pass system for use in airports. Urs joined Unisys in the beginning of 2003 and practice director of Airports for Continental Europe, bringing more than 25 years of valuable airline and airport experience to the company. Prior to his current position, he served as vice president and chief information officer at Swissport International in Zurich. In that capacity, he directed the global ground handler's information system and data processing technology for all entities worldwide including IT strategy development, server integration and IT procurement. Urs has also held various management positions in marketing & sales and airline operations. He started his career at the airport of Zurich, where he served for nine years in all aspects of an airline ground handling department. Following this, he transitioned into marketing and sales in both the consumer and the airline industry. In 1989 he built a consultant team in one of the first large scale deployment projects of PCs in Switzerland. He also directed development teams in IT and large groups in the airline/GDS sector. For two years, Urs worked as an independent consultant for the International Air Transport Association (IATA), integrating a tariff publication in an existing business and re-engineering the core processes in this company.

Bart Steukers is managing partner for Continental Europe, Unisys Global Public Sector, based in Brussels. In this capacity, he is responsible for selling and delivering solutions and services to the European public sector market. As head of our public sector business in Continental Europe, he is accountable for leveraging the entire Unisys portfolio to take the organization to a position of leadership in the European public sector market. Bart joins Unisys from IBM, where he led the Business Consulting Services Government Sector for Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA). In this position, he was responsible for the professional services business dedicated to government, which combined former PWC and IBM Business Innovation Services organizations, with accountability for $1 billion in revenue. Bart spent more than 18 years with IBM, where he held positions of increased responsibility and gained experience in virtually every facet of the business. Prior to his last assignment, Bart was director, Business Innovation Services, EMEA, where he was responsible for both the consulting and systems integration businesses. In an earlier assignment, Bart was Global Solutions Executive, e-Government. His charter included responsibility for e-business strategy, solutions and marketing for government worldwide.

Chris Turner, a partner with the Federal Systems organization, is responsible for managing the U.S. Customs and Border Protection practice. Chris leads a team of more than 150 software developers, architects and management consultants supporting critical homeland security programs at U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Chris joined Unisys in 2002 as the director of the Information Technology Managed Services program office for the Transportation Security Administration. His organization was responsible for delivering functional expertise in performance management, project management, configuration management, requirements management and quality management. Prior to joining Unisys, Chris spent four years with BearingPoint, Inc., where he held management positions of increasing responsibility. His last position was director, Global Customs Solutions, where he led the IT capital planning activities for the U.S. Customs Service Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and International Trade Data System (ITDS) programs. Chris was responsible for managing a team of consultants who developed life cycle cost and benefit estimates used to maintain funding commitments for programs in excess of $2 billion total acquisition cost. This included liaison with the Government Accountability Office, Office of Management and Budget and other Congressional oversight bodies. Earlier, he was the director, eOutsourcing, where he directed solution development and consulting services for BearingPoint's application delivery and management infrastructure (ADMI) platform, and served as the chief financial officer for a practice with revenues in excess of $30 million annually. Before his tenure with BearingPoint, Chris was a senior program manager with Litton-Denro, Inc., managing the production of three voice communication switch product lines marketed to the Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. military and air traffic control organizations of several foreign countries.

Chuck Adelman is a partner in Unisys Global Public Sector where he is responsible for leading the revenue, tax and labor, motor vehicle and election practices. He brings to Unisys more than 16 years of experience in the development, execution and sales of integrated tax administration systems. Chuck, a former associate partner with Accenture, was responsible for the global revenue practice and a key driver in winning major opportunities at the Arizona Department of Revenue, Connecticut Department of Revenue Services and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. He has public speaking experience and is listed as an author for the Federation of Tax Administrators.

Dimitrios Angelou is a partner with the Unisys Belgian Public Sector practice, based in Brussels, Belgium. He is responsible for large projects within Belgian federal ministries and regional entities. He has more than 14 years' experience in the public sector business management team, leading commercial, delivery and management activities. Before his current position, Dimitrios served as the area sales director for the Belgian Public Sector Global Industries practice, and prior to that he was client business director for the Belgian federal government. Prior to joining Unisys, Dimitrios was the international project director within the

Dwight Chamberlain is a partner with Unisys Federal Systems civilian agencies, based in Reston, Va. In this capacity, he leads the sales and delivery efforts in the Health and Human Services Department and the Social Security Administration. Dwight joined Unisys in 2002 from BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting, Inc.), where he was managing director responsible for government business in the northeastern United States. Before joining BearingPoint, Dwight spent more than 19 years with IBM Corporation with varying roles in sales and services delivery to the financial services and public sector industries. He was responsible for more than $50 million dollars in annual business with some of the most prestigious clients in the region. In addition, he led one of the largest, most complex systems integration projects to be undertaken in an industry, spanning 800 locations across 10 states.

Gene Zapfel is a partner with Unisys Federal Systems, based in Reston, Va., where he is responsible for the U.S. Department of Agriculture account and leads the federal enterprise content management capability. Gene brings to Unisys more than 20 years of experience in delivering management and technology consulting services to government, commercial and institutional clients. Prior to joining Unisys, Gene was a principal at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., where he was responsible for the Agriculture account and led numerous teams in delivering e-business and e-government solutions to Agriculture and other federal civilian and defense clients. Gene developed and delivered solutions in grants management, asset management, acquisition management and business process management (enterprise content management). He was a leader in the development of multiple communities of interest within the firm. Previously, Gene was a senior consultant at Ferraro Cecil Inc., where he was the lead analyst in support of the Hoffman LaRoche Pharmaceutical account. Gene also served as a senior consultant at Management Analysis Inc., delivering management and technology consulting to federal civilian and defense clients. Gene serves as the vice chair of the Industry Advisory Council’s E-government Shared Interest Group and is on the board of directors for the American Society for Public Administration, National Capital Area Chapter. He is certified as a project management professional (PMP) and is a certified management consultant (CMC).

John Geiger is a partner with Unisys Federal Systems, responsible for IRS Modernization Programs and Federal Financial Institutions. In this capacity, he assists clients with business strategies and related systems development for delivering internet based products and services to the Internal Revenue Service, Federal Regulatory Agencies and their clients. Prior to his current role, John led the Global Public Sector Administration and Finance Programs, helping clients move from strategy through implementation with solutions that enable them to manage mission-critical processes, including registration and personal identification, and tax administration. From 1995-1998, John was the partner leading Integrated Information Systems with the Justice and Public Safety practice, where he was responsible for delivering systems to support law enforcement. Major programs focused on state level message switches; legacy system migration to open system architecture and mobile data computer integration with law enforcement records and communications systems. John has also been director of strategic planning with Unisys Government Services Group. In that role, he directed business-planning processes in support of federal clients including the Department of Defense. He assisted in the evaluation of the division's business segment strategies and coordinated market research among group business units to support investment strategies. John has been with Unisys for 30 years.

John O'Neill serves as full portfolio partner, Government Transformation Center (GTC), for Unisys Federal Systems. The GTC is a combination of facilities, solutions and services strategically designed to address the complexities of technology services in the government marketplace and provide government clients easy access to full life cycle managed services. Based in Reston, Va., John leads all GTC activity, including the development of a shared services structure and related processes, and the formation of new business and financial structures. Prior to joining Unisys, John spent over 21 years with KPMG Consulting, Inc. In his most recent position with KPMG, he was a managing director, where he was responsible for the company's New Haven office, serving the southern New England area for higher education, healthcare and other not-for-profit clientele. He also served as managing director on many key accounts including Yale University, University Hospitals Health System, Harvard University, Massachusetts General Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.

Linda Howard, a partner with the Unisys Federal Systems, is responsible for Unisys programs with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Federal Emergency Management Agency. Linda is based in Arlington, Va. She joined Unisys in 2004 and prior to her current assignment had responsibility for overall coordination of Unisys Global Outsourcing & Infrastructure Services into the Department of Homeland Security. Linda joined Unisys from Identix Inc., where she held a dual responsibility as the president, Identix Public Sector, Inc. & Legislative Demographics Services, Inc. and the executive vice president, Global Services Group, Identix Corporation. She provided strategic direction, sales leadership and operational delivery to the federal government and selected commercial organizations. The solutions offerings delivered by her organization included biometric solutions, program management, logistics support, acquisition management and legislative analysis. Additionally, she was responsible for the company's Federal Biometric practice. This included the operational delivery, government compliance, government contracting, federal sales management and federal marketing oversight. She led the development of in-depth relationships with existing clients to grow existing business and improve customer satisfaction, as well as leverage those relationships to identify new prospects. While in this position, she also positioned and executed the sale of the subsidiary company, Identix Public Sector. Earlier, Linda spent thirteen years with Electronic Data Systems. Her last position was as vice president and general manager, where she focused on systems applications and solutions development for the financial and personnel markets in the Department of Defense.

Martin Mackes is a partner with the Federal Systems organization, where he is the program executive for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Information Technology Managed Services program. In this role, manages the strategic and day-to-day operations of the program to deliver IT services to the DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer, Undersecretary for Management, Preparedness, Intelligence & Analysis, Science and Technology Directorates, and State and Local Government Coordination & Preparedness. Before joining Unisys in 2004, Martin spent eight years with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, culminating as a senior associate responsible for business development, staff management and project execution. He led the managed operations business, focusing on strategy, consulting and program management related to outsourced services. He was also responsible for the delivery of a range of services from business office operations and financial management to IT related functions for the Department of Homeland Security Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection Directorate. Earlier, Martin successfully managed the proposal effort to capture the GSA Connections IDIQ contract, subsequently serving as deputy program manager on this program. He also served as deputy program manager for the Social Security Administration (SSA) Electronic Disability program, providing functional expertise for the development and analysis of an electronic disability program to replace SSA's paper process. Martin also spent four years with Standard Technology, Inc., where he provided leadership and technical expertise to the U.S. Customs Service in the areas of application design, development and support. He successfully provided the Customs Service with the design, development and delivery of a network information system.

Venkatapathi (PV) Puvvada is vice president and chief technology officer (CTO) for Unisys Federal Systems. In this role, PV and his executive team are responsible for Unisys strategy, new solution offerings, research and development, strategic program execution and technology alliance partnerships. He is also the senior executive responsible for Unisys transformation consulting services and leads its global service delivery teams for various client programs. In addition, PV is a lead partner for the Unisys Global Technology Executive Council, which develops and implements global technology strategy and best practices. PV has more than 20 years experience in several businesses and IT disciplines and is a recognized thought leader in business transformation, e-government, enterprise security, performance measurement, technology innovation, solution development methodologies and enterprise architecture. He and his team work with all major agencies in the development of strategy and the execution of mission programs. During his career, PV has served in various leadership roles starting from technical management and progressing to senior management ranks. PV has been actively involved with various organizations including IAC, Object Management Group (OMG), ITAA, National Association of State CIOs, AFCEA, NDIA and IIT Alumni association. PV currently serves on several non profit boards including TIE-DC (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Penn State University, National Defense University and The President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee’s (NSTAC) Industry Executive Subcommittee. PV is an author and frequently speaks at various conferences and forums.

Patricia (Patty) Obermaier, a partner with the Federal Systems organization, leads the Health and Human Services (HHS) and Veteran Affairs practices at Unisys. In this role she is responsible for strategic leadership, practice development and service delivery. Prior to her role in the HHS practice, Patty served as chief strategist and field readiness leader for Unisys security solutions. In this role, she was responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy as well as deploying the global sales and services delivery models for Unisys security solutions. Prior to this position, Patty served as the practice director for the Unisys CRM practice. Her primary focus was to ensure that the CRM practice produced high-quality deliverables that met and exceeded the client's expectations. In addition to practice delivery, she was also responsible for business development and staff management. Patty has more than 15 years' experience helping executives at federal government agencies and Fortune 500 companies improve business operations. A specialist in business strategy and customer relationship management, she has worked in a variety of industries such as health care, insurance, financial services, manufacturing and the federal government. Prior to Unisys, Patty served as vice president of Collaborative Relationship Services at Collaborex, Inc., where she was responsible for the strategic direction, practice development and services management for Collaborex's customer relationship management practice group. In addition to her practice development responsibilities, she was responsible for business development, and her efforts resulted in obtaining the company's largest client, DuPont. Before her tenure at Collaborex, Patty was president and co-founder of The Alleris Group, a leading customer relationship management consulting firm. Working with Fortune 500 and leading national and international firms such as Bausch & Lomb, Bell Atlantic, CIGNA, IMS Health and Market Measures, she helped increase their profitability by as much as 20 percent by developing and implementing customer loyalty strategies.

Peter Kenedi is a partner in Global Public Sector, based in Budapest, Hungary. He leads business and delivery management of public sector projects in the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region. Previously, he served as information services director managing the Unisys Hungary information services organization. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of project management, from implementation to resource management for pre- and post-sales support staff. Before that, Peter was business development manager responsible for all public sector activity including sales of major domestic projects. From 1984 to 1996, Peter held senior positions at GEA/EGI Contracting/Engineering Co. Ltd. in Budapest. In 1993, he was sales manager supervising an engineering team working on proposals in the field of power plant cooling systems, plus he was responsible for the sales of major international projects. He served in the liaison office general manager for Seoul, Republic of Korea, where he established and headed a liaison office of GEA AG thermal and energy division. His other experience included serving as deputy site manager in Luleburgaz, Turkey, where he was responsible for completion of commissioning, performance test and guaranteed operation of the power plant's cooling operation.

Pierre Franck is a partner with Unisys Global Public Sector in Belgium. He is responsible for management of delivery efforts for public sector business. Before joining Unisys, Pierre was managing director, Sema Group, where he was responsible for development of the Sema enterprise products suite, including accounting, order entry and inventory management, as well as providing consulting services around these products. While in this position, he increased the number of clients from 300 to 650 in more than 15 countries. Earlier, Pierre spend ten years with Control Data in Brussels, where was responsible for development of the worldwide steel industry model for McKinsey, a 30 man-years project. This model is used for preparing major restructuring of companies and design of the European steel policies.

Reuben Khoo is the Managing Partner for Unisys Financial Services Industry, Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Mr. Khoo has overall responsibility for developing, leading and profitably growing the Unisys Financial Services industry business in Asia Pacific. At Unisys, Mr. Khoo assist our clients in solutions for secure business operations by providing consulting, applications management, outsourcing and system integration in banking, insurance and high volume, transaction-based businesses. Prior to joining Unisys, Mr. Khoo worked for Hewlett Packard (HP), where he was Managing Principal and Director of the Financial Services industry for Asia Pacific and Japan. While running HP's financial services consulting and integration business, he was responsible for the overall regional strategy to build HP's presence across the Asia Pacific market, from India, South Pacific, Asia South and Greater China to Japan. As a practitioner in HP, he assisted clients transform to be agile and adaptive in a changing and competitive environment. During his career, Mr. Khoo was also the Managing Partner for the Financial Service Industry and also the Partner in-charge of the cross-industry Enterprise Technology Solutions practice for Andersen Business Consulting (Arthur Andersen). He was also a member of the firm's regional management committee and the Asia Pacific competency leader for Straight-Thru Processing. Mr. Khoo started his consulting career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1984 whereby he spent almost 10 years of his career. Other than his consulting career, he had led an international retail banking software company after Andersen Consulting. As the Vice President and Director of Operations for FIServ Asia Pacific, he was responsible for the pre-sales, services and operations of the company. Mr. Khoo had also headed IBM Consulting Group in Singapore, first to start-up and lead the Financial Service industry consulting practice in Singapore and then as the practice leader for the overall consulting business in ASEAN two years later. In addition to his leadership and management responsibilities, Mr. Khoo is also a practitioner in management and technology consulting. His 22+ years of experience ranges from issue-based management consulting to systems integration specifically in Business and IT Transformation, Strategic Information Planning, Application Package Implementation and Application Development. He has helped many companies across the different industries transform to be more competitive. With his cross-industry experience, he has the advantage of introducing fresh insights into each consulting engagement for his clients around the world. His industry expertise has mainly been in the areas of consumer and commercial banking, treasury activities and securities. Prior to his graduate studies, Mr. Khoo was also a financial futures trader dealing in the Chicago Board of Trades.

Robert (Bob) Bratt, a partner with Unisys Federal System and is responsible for Unisys programs with the U.S. Departments of Justice and Homeland Security, citizen and immigration services division. Bob is based in Reston, Va., and brings to Unisys more than 24 years of experience with the Department of Justice. Prior to joining Unisys, Bob was corporate vice president/executive program manager at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where he was responsible for the government telecommunications solutions organization. He led the capture and delivery of a variety of federal and commercial telecommunications projects related to call centers, voice over IP (VoIP), optical network design and engineering and managed services. Previously, Bob was responsible for managing SAIC subsidiary Telcordia Technologies' Southwestern Bell Corporation program management office, which oversaw a portfolio of initiatives with a value of over $800 million. Before joining SAIC, Bob served as executive officer with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Criminal Division, where he managed and oversaw all administrative functions for this litigation division of more than 400 attorneys. In this position, Bob helped reduce operating non-personnel expenditures by more than 30 percent and eliminated structural deficit in the division's budget. Prior to that, Bob was acting director with DOJ's Justice Management Division (JMD), Wireless Management Office (WMO), responsible for developing the long-term strategies related to technical, financial, budget and operational issues associated with a consolidated wireless network. Under Bob's leadership, the WMO initiated and implemented pilot programs to test and evaluate operational, management and technical solutions for a shared wireless resource environment. He represented the department before Congress, OMB and other federal, state and local public safety organizations. This initiative has since been expanded to include the Departments of Homeland Security and Treasury and is now commonly referred to as the integrated wireless network (IWN) program.

Roberto Tavano is a partner with Unisys Global Public Sector based in Italy. He is responsible for developing and leading the practice in Italy while coordinating and executing the rollout of Unisys Business Blueprinting-enabled programs and solutions throughout Continental Europe, the United Kingdom and Nordic countries. Roberto joins Unisys from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Italia SpA, where he entertained high-level relationships with selected large accounts, such as Kuwait Petroleum. In addition to serving as vice president of the public administration and e-government practice, Roberto also provided services as vice president, e-business & supply chain, southern Europe, and was responsible for regional strategic decisions regarding platforms, investments and technology. He previously was a partner at Ernst & Young Consultants SpA, until the company was sold to Cap Gemini in 2000. Here, prior to taking the lead of the e-business & supply chain group, he was account executive responsible for large projects at such clients as Fiat Auto and Ferrari, the sport carmaker. In 1995, he founded and was CEO of The T-Bear Co. Ltd., a company that provided advice on business strategy to help re-define business models. He also founded and was CEO of two other companies that provided various strategic business consulting services and software applications. Roberto continues to lecture at the Instituto Superiore "Mario Boella" in Torino, Italy, where he speaks on e-strategy. He speaks regularly at conferences and has published several articles.

Steven Kousen is a partner and program executive with the Federal Systems organization, where he leads the managed services delivery of IT, engineering and operations support for the Department of Homeland Security Headquarters. He manages the on-site client relationship and is responsible for the day-to-day management of engineering and operations, infrastructure stability, operations execution, architecture expansion, new technology design, and change and quality assurance in managed services solutions. Before joining Unisys in 2003, Steve spent four years with BearingPoint, where he was a director in Integration Services, leading IT strategy and systems integration to clients within the telecommunications, technology, financial and consumer industries. He specialized in developing and delivering large-scale, multi-million dollar strategy, process and transformation solutions, and was responsible for management of the consulting workforce, preparing and presenting executive client proposals and delivery execution excellence of solution deployment teams. He is fully certified in advanced network technologies. Steve also spent two years with General Electric Medical Systems, where he was a chief technology leader and director, Global Systems, Operations and Architecture, where he managed the global IT organization of more than 100 employees with a budget of $24 million. While at GE, Steve became certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to that, Steve was a senior manager of Internet Services, Global Messaging Services and Network Applications, with Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc. He directed three teams who designed and delivered mission critical technologies and systems to support the 24 x 365 coverage of global e-mail, directory services, network applications, internet/ intranet architectures and other IT services. Steve joined Booz Allen after spending more than nine years with Electronic Data Systems, where he held positions of increasing responsibility.

Tom Osborne is vice president and partner, DoD International Programs, with responsibility for DoD delivery in the European theater, as well as MNIS and NATO all of which have the bulk of their delivery activity performed overseas. Tom worked in theater for a number of years with Unisys, and his tenure with the company has been marked by delivery of large-scale, complex programs. Tom has been with Unisys for 27 years. Previously, he was the deputy program director for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Information Technology Managed Services (ITMS) program within Unisys Federal Systems. In this capacity, he led all service activities for TSA ITMS. Prior to joining the TSA team, Tom was a director for Unisys Systems & Technology programs, where he was responsible for the managed services center in Montgomery, Ala. and the Niceville, Fla. Software Development Center. In addition, he was responsible for the Social Security Administration (SSA) and NASA SEWP I & II contracts. Earlier, Tom served as director, Social Security Programs, with responsibility for managing the successful completion of one of the largest IT roll-outs of its time. He managed the integration, implementation and installation of 2,100 LANs, 400 servers and 80,000 workstations to 1,800 nationwide locations for the SSA IT modernization program. This major installation was completed on-time with minimal disruption to the SSA mission.

Thomas M. Conaway is managing partner, homeland security, Unisys Federal Systems. In this capacity, he spearheads efforts to position Unisys as an end-to-end services provider and plays a lead role in Unisys homeland security strategy. Tom has responsibility for managing the Unisys engagement with the Transportation Security Administration, an unprecedented, multi-year task order to build an advanced information technology infrastructure. The initiative will help to secure the safe transport of passengers and cargo throughout the United States. Tom joined Unisys from BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting, Inc.), where he was managing director leading a practice focused on key civilian agencies in the U.S. federal government, including the Departments of Justice, State and Energy and the U.S. Congress, the judiciary, the Executive Office of the President, and the Office of Homeland Security. As head of the government sector, he had authority over a practice generating $36 million in revenue annually. Previously, Tom had been a principal with KPMG LLP and transferred to BearingPoint when it was spun off in an initial public offering. While with KPMG, he served as enterprise resource planning (ERP) coordinator for the federal market, developing and implementing the successful go-to-market strategy for sale and delivery of ERP services.

Tony Andraos, a partner with the Federal Systems organization, is responsible for selling and delivering the full Unisys portfolio of services and solutions to the General Services Administration (GSA). This comprises delivering projects in the areas of enterprise architecture, strategy and IT consulting, application development, COTS implementation, managed services and hosting services. Tony also leads the Federal 3D Blueprinting High Performance Center, where he is responsible for leveraging Unisys functional and consulting competencies across the Federal business portfolio to deliver service excellence to Unisys clients. Prior to this position, Tony served as the practice director for the Unisys GSA practice, where his primary focus was delivering enterprise solutions to GSA and other Federal agencies. Before joining Unisys in 2001, Tony spent six years with Dynamic Research Corporation, where he held positions of increasing responsibility. He led a professional services organization that delivered enterprise solutions to federal and commercial clients and, prior to that, he was a program manager with accountability for multiple programs in support of the Internal Revenue Service.

Based in Sydney, Mr. Koehn has overall responsibility for developing and leading the Unisys Public Sector practices in Asia-Pacific with specific focus on Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, and Singapore. Unisys Public Sector eliminates business and IT complexity, by working in partnership with government agencies to provide technology solutions and services to help them better serve their constituents. Mr. Koehn has more than 25 years of experience specializing in large scale systems integration and business process improvement consulting. He rejoined the Australia New Zealand practice in 2005 from Unisys US Federal Government practice based in Reston, Virginia in the US, where he managed the company's engagements with the federal departments of Justice and Courts. In prior positions at Unisys, Mr. Koehn was vice president and general manager responsible for all Unisys public sector business in Australia and New Zealand from 2000 through July 2002. He also served as Unisys vice president, client business, State of California with responsibility for the client relationship and growing profitable revenue in California state agencies. In addition, he was responsible for key relationships with the legislature and the Governor's office. Earlier in his career, Mr. Koehn was a consultant with Deloitte Consulting and served in varying management roles, with responsibility for eight US state governments, the U.S. Air Force and several large counties. He specialized in systems integration and health and human services programs such as welfare, child support, employment and cross program integration. He is a frequent conference speaker and has spoken at Australia government security conferences and several US conferences focused on health and human services. He has also published several articles relating to a government security ecosystem.

Srikanth joined Unisys in June 2004 to head the software development organization at Unisys Global Services India. Srikanth has over 20 years of international experience most of it in the banking and financial services segment. Prior to joining Unisys he has worked with companies like Citicorp, Deutsche Software, i-Flex Solutions and Silverline Technologies. Srikanth, who has done his post graduation in both Mathematics and Business Administration, is certified by the Project Management Institute, PA, USA, as a Project Management Professional (PMP). At Unisys Global Services India, Srikanth manages the software organizations for Systems & Technology, BETT, Global Industries and GOIS that service Unisys internal and external customers. Additionally he is a member of the Unisys India board of directors.

Terry Mansfield is director of Net-Centric Operations for Unisys Federal Systems, where he is responsible for directing Unisys program activities such as the DoD Net-Centric Data Strategy Implementation effort at U.S. Joint Forces Command in Norfolk, Va. This pioneering project supports USJFCOM-led Community of Interest pilot efforts such as Time Sensitive Targeting and Blue Force Tracking to make warfighters' data visible, accessible and understandable, and is being done in partnership with the Military Services, other Combatant Commands and agencies such as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Terry has more than 25 years of success planning and directing activities to provide innovative information technology, telecommunications and customer service solutions to include directing the conversion of telephone switch systems from analog to digital in 1992 at all U.S. Army facilities in Japan; providing guidance and leadership in planning and implementing real-world and training exercise information capabilities to successfully support five major U.S.-Japan bilateral military training events held during 1992 and 1993; and directing two successful information technology demonstrations during the 1996 Joint Warrior Interoperability Demonstration (JWID) that led to groundbreaking progress in the areas of enterprise-wide network management and Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) switching technology use in support of a deployed Joint Task Force (JTF). Terry was recognized by DISA for leading the 1997 Outstanding Technical Project of the Year, which resulted in an enterprise-wide automated network management system that provided crucially needed capabilities for the Department of Defense, and saved the government $60 million over an alternate solution. He received formal recognition by the Department of Defense on six separate occasions for exceptionally meritorious service and performance. Terry is a recognized subject matter expert within the Department of Defense on the Global Information Grid (GIG) and net-centricity. He is the principal author of an overarching, far-reaching Department of Defense document published in 2001, which describes a set of globally interconnected, end-to-end information capabilities comprising a Global Information Grid (GIG). This document (lauded by a top DoD official as "one of the best documents of its kind that I have seen in 27+ years of commissioned service" and as "a great roadmap for the future") guides all future information technology investment across the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community--an investment currently valued in excess of $200 billion. He is also the author of a Multinational Information Sharing (MNIS) International Cooperation white paper, commissioned by the DISA MNIS Joint Program Office and published in May 2006.

Alan Schechter is a manager with the tax, revenue and labor program, Global Public Sector, and is responsible for developing and marketing solutions for state and local tax and revenue agencies. Alan is based in Bedford, N.H. Prior to that position, he was the solutions director responsible for marketing and delivery of the Unisys suite of imaging and workflow products. Before joining Unisys, Alan served as program director at Eastman Software where he developed the long-term vision and strategy for a family of imaging and COLD products. Alan's previous experience includes serving as manager, product planning at Wang Laboratories. Here, he developed and maintained the marketing and development product roadmap for all of Wang Software's work management products. Prior positions at Wang Laboratories included software development manager, product specialist and software engineer.

Dan Hill is a senior manager for identification (ID) management solutions, based in Steamboat Springs, Colo. His responsibilities include business development and delivery of ID Management solutions. Dan has extensive knowledge in registration and identification solutions (driver license, vehicle registration, voter registration, national ID and passport systems). Dan is a subject matter expert in Registry and Positive Identification Solutions (RAPIDS) and 3D Blueprinting. Dan joined Unisys after a 15-year career in federal and state government in Australia where he held senior positions in program development and implementation, as well as executive level information technology roles. From 2002-2004, he served as project manager for the Singapore Ministry of Manpower Employment Pass Workflow System. Prior to that position, Dan served as lead consultant on a feasibility study for the Hong Kong Registration and Electoral Office for redevelopment of the voter registration system and introduction of automated vote counting. He also led the requirements analysis for voter registration and identification system for the Philippines Commission on elections. And in 2000, Dan developed system architecture for the machine-readable passports and visas systems for the Philippines Department of Foreign Affairs. Previously, Dan served as a member of a special task force for the Queensland Department of the Premier and Cabinet, where he was responsible for developing a system architecture and implementation strategy for integrating government service delivery across all agencies.

Paul Falkenberg is a program manager with the Unisys Justice and Public Safety Practice, based in Norcross, Ga. In this capacity, Paul is responsible for business development and delivery of integrated justice solutions. He has extensive consulting experience in requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of large-scale information technology systems. He also has experience working with criminal justice systems integration, including courts, law enforcement, prosecution and corrections. In addition, his experience includes strategic planning and implementation of integrated justice information sharing (IJIS), and he has participated in and managed numerous inter-agency and statewide criminal justice strategic planning efforts. Prior to joining Unisys, Paul was a project manager in the public safety and justice practice at BearingPoint, where he created a program management office for a large SAP implementation consisting of more than 100,000 consulting and 50,000 client hours. Also, Paul was project manager for the implementation of statewide court case management system for the South Carolina Judicial Department that included requirements definition, COTS software customization, data conversion, testing and training. He developed a strategic technology plan for the modernization of the South Carolina Judicial Branch and analyzed the existing business process and information technology resources at all levels of court within the State. Before that position, Paul served as client/project manager at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). While at CSC, he developed a statewide Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) strategic plan for Louisiana, while analyzing the existing business process and information technology infrastructure to allow Louisiana to integrate all the major criminal justice agencies.

Tom Frederick is senior manager for interoperability solutions in Unisys Federal Systems, based in Reston, Va. In this role, Tom has responsibility for business development and delivery of voice and data communication interoperability solutions. He brings to Unisys more than 15 years experience focused on revenue acquisition, customer retention and market channel development. Since 2002, Tom has served as engagement manager for the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) IT Managed Services (ITMS) contract where he focused on the design, deployment and delivery of cutting edge information technology, communications and managed services solutions. ITMS is the contract vehicle established and managed by Unisys to support TSA's CIO organization and the Department of Homeland Security. Tom joins Unisys from Iconixx TSG, a Thayer Capital holding, where he was general manager with responsibility for developing regional and marketing sales plans, establishing target client sales prospects for the region and creating market awareness initiatives. Prior to that position, Tom was president of Telemerge, Inc. (formerly Interfax, Ltd.), where he led the overall management and tactical launch of Telemerge and managed overall U.S. based sales and marketing initiatives.

Anthony currently has responsibility for Unisys Enterprise Solutions Business, comprising the enterprise server line of computers as well as the Real-Time Infrastructure (RTI) solutions business. The ES7000 program is the growth engine for Unisys and has driven unparalleled levels of performance, scalability, and reliability into the enterprise computing space. The RTI Solutions are integrated business solutions (hardware, software, services, and storage) to solve the most compelling business problems. Prior to this role, he had responsibility for the architecture, design, and development of all Unisys hardware platforms for the ES7000 and ClearPath product lines. Over the past twenty years with Unisys, he has held various engineering and management roles in product development for Unisys. Anthony also serves on the board of a non-profit arts organization in Chester County, PA.

As Principal of the Unisys Microsoft Solutions Practice (MSP) for North America, Tony is responsible for developing Microsoft-based infrastructure services and methodologies and transitioning associated knowledge throughout North America. The Unisys MSP partners with Microsoft on numerous development initiatives and provides service readiness, solution development and pre-sales/delivery support throughout the Unisys Global Infrastructure Services organization. Previously, Tony served as Managing Consultant with the Microsoft Desktop Management Group, and subsequently the Windows 2000 Group. Prior to joining Unisys in 1998, Tony worked in the public sector as an IT Director and Enterprise Systems Manager. Tony’s certifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).

Bryan Ichikawa is a solutions architect with the Federal Systems organization, based in Reston, Va. As a globally recognized expert in smart card and security technologies, Bryan provides tactical assistance to qualify, win and deliver new business opportunities that utilize these technologies. Bryan is also responsible for representing Unisys in worldwide industry and standards organizations for smart cards. Before joining Unisys, Bryan was senior director, Thomson Media, where he directed their Cardtech/SecurTech (CTST) conference and exposition business. He was responsible for marketing, sales, program development, operations and development and delivery of CTST products. He also led new product development and retooling of current business models to adapt to industry changes. Prior to Thomson Media, Bryan was executive director, SPYRUS, where he had overall responsibility for management of the vertical markets and program management practices to include market development, partner development, corporate marketing support, sales support and customer management. During his tenure at SPYRUS, Bryan developed the vertical markets business practice for the law enforcement, energy, government, healthcare and financial services industries. He led the effort to bring reference accounts to revenue producing status by deploying and growing SPYRUS PKI solutions. Bryan is a contributing author to, "Smart Cards Seizing Strategic Business Opportunities," published by McGraw-Hill. He also holds two patents in network and data communications.

Dale has been organist/pianist at PAUMC for more than 26 years. He has been lead pianist for 3 or 4 local community theater productions a year for more than a decade. He and his wife Carol have two daughters, Laura and Amy. Dale is a software developer for Unisys.

David Adams is responsible for delivering all customer-facing systems and networks. Before joining Sterling Commerce, Adams worked in the technology and customer delivery industry for 22 years in a variety of technology management positions.

Duncan is the Vice President and General Manager for the UK, Middle East and Africa at Unisys and is responsible for the overall management of operations throughout these regions. A seasoned professional, Duncan has worked at the company since 2006, when he was appointed as head of the Unisys UKMEA Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services business. He was promoted to UKMEA Managing Director in 2007 and also leads the Global Industries business for the United Kingdom

Emery Kohut was raised and still lives in the great state of Pennsylvania. He earned his college degree in Computer Information Systems Management with a strong background in agriculture and sciences. He began his information technology career while still a college student, focusing on programming and system administration. His interest in people, technology, business and security led him into starting a managed security service business for his current employer and providing security services for financial, government, and private corporations. He earned his certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in 2003, with over 15 years experience in this specialized field. Emery has been working for Unisys Corporation for twenty-one years and has taught undergraduate courses for the past 10 years in the information technology field. During this time, Emery has developed and taught courses in information security management, web design and network design. He has written several white papers on web design, log file retention, and intrusion detection and prevention systems. Emery has enjoyed doing web design and has created several award winning sites, is the webmaster for four of the sites, and continues to assist others in this area. Emery lives in one of the oldest towns in Pennsylvania with his wife Donna, Director of Information Technology at Delaware Valley College, and two children, Joshua and Marissa, and their three dogs. His hobbies include woodworking, digital photography, model railroading, and cooking.

Eric Merten is a senior program manager with the Global Public Sector organization, based in Reston, Va. Eric is responsible for Unisys security solutions program management, with lead responsibility for communications interoperability deployments. He has more than 13 years of domestic and international experience in consulting, internet, wireless and software organizations. Before joining Unisys, Eric was a director of new product development for AT&T Broadband, (acquired by Comcast Corporation) where he was responsible for the development of strategic vision and implementation plans for multiple high-speed data products, including desktop service management and support software, home networking, streaming audio and video, video conferencing, virtual private networking and IP service provisioning tools. In that role, he successfully managed the deployment of one of the nation’s first cable broadband Internet open-access products. Eric has extensive business consulting experience, developing business strategies, plans and sales tools for major telecommunications software and services companies. He has also served as an advisor on product and service mix, marketing materials, partner opportunities, and market development techniques. Finally, he has advised start-up cellular and internet access firms on strategy and business process engineering efforts.

Gary Wolfe is director of court programs for the justice and public safety practice for Global Public Sector. In this capacity, he is responsible for services to assist courts worldwide to improve the efficiencies of processing daily business and providing guidance in technological solutions. In addition, he is charged with managing re-engineering, strategic planning and integrated solutions projects for the justice community. Gary is an expert in developing and overseeing global court and justice strategies, and he co-developed and coordinated the European justice program. He is based in Blue Bell, Pa. Prior to joining Unisys, Gary was the justice solutions director at CBIZ, Trilinc Consulting, Inc., where he developed and managed the national justice system practice business, developed and designed project proposals, and he provided guidance and advice on all criminal justice projects. Before that, Gary was a manager in the public safety and justice practice at KPMG, LLP, where he consulted with courts and justice agencies nationwide on business process reengineering, organization and information technology strategic planning, and defining functional specifications required to meet automation needs.

Judith Ahern is a project manager in the Unisys Global Education program, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Judith is responsible for directing all activities associated with the development, distribution, implementation and support of the Unisys Delta K-12 student administration software package. She brings to Unisys more than 20 years of experience in the information systems and management industry and is a Unisys trained 3D Blueprinting methodology business architect. Prior to joining Unisys, Judith was the user support and operations manager for Jordan School District located in Sandy, Utah. While in that position, she was responsible for all user support and daily operational tasks related to the administrative functions of a 75,000 student school district, plus she maintained a distributed student system that included attendance, grading, scheduling, enrollment functions and all financial applications. Prior to that, Judith served as a data processing manager with the Board of Education in New Haven, Conn. where her responsibilities included training and user support in the controller’s office. Judith owned and operated a PC-based consulting service where she developed customized software solutions for customers.

Originally from North Carolina, Lou graduated from Asbury College and the University of Kentucky. After working in the IT industry for Unisys, Honeywell and his own company for 35 years, he has been in real estate since 2001. Lou and the former Karen Hinerman have been married since 1966 and have three sons: Matt, Rocky and Jim, and four grandchildren. Lou has worked with the Foundation for United Methodists since 1983.

Nancy Gomez is the Treasurer of Team America Technologies Inc. Nancy has been the Executive Assistant to some of the top leaders of Unisys Corporation for many years and brings extensive business and organizational skills to Team America Technologies Inc.

Robert Kiel serves as partner, North America Public Sector, Global Public Sector, based in Columbus, Ohio. He is responsible for managing sales and delivery for the global public sector central region. Robert brings more than 27 years of systems integration experience with domain expertise in supply chain, bureau of motor vehicles, and health and human services. Robert is a former principal with the Worldwide Information Services Division of Unisys, where he was responsible for creating the start-up commercial practice in Ohio, supporting all pre- and post-sales activities. He also led more than 120 managers and consultants in a 25 state area, supporting all public sector initiatives for pre- and post-sales activities. Prior to this role, Robert was director, Principal Services, where he was responsible for 80 technical consultants in four states for the fulfillment of professional services contracts and provided pre-sales technical support to eight marketing districts.

As director of marketing for Global Service Programs, Tim is responsible for the marketing strategy and execution of service offerings in the areas of Enterprise Network Services, Managed Network Services, and Infrastructure Support Services. Andrew Gordon is director, Open Source Solutions with Unisys Federal Systems, based in Reston, Va. He is responsible for leading the open source business vision for Federal Systems, shaping the Federal strategic open source solutions portfolio and helping federal government clients harness the power of open source as a flexible, reliable and cost effective option for business critical software. Before joining Unisys, Andrew served as vice president, Engineering, at FiveRuns, a professional open source software company whose products are completely developed with open source and serve the open source software market. He was responsible for architecture, design and implementation of JMX Java and J2EE-based client side adapters for Tomcat, JBoss, MySQL and Apache on Linux and Windows platforms. Previously, Andrew was director of Product Development at Butterfly.net, a leading provider of highly scalable grid computing architectures for the online video game market. He drove the definition and execution of strategic and tactical product plans for Butterfly's online game managed service, e-commerce website and game development IDE. Andrew has 25 years of enterprise software experience and acumen for identifying technology trends and delivering cutting edge products.

Mr. McQuade, 67, retired in 2002 from the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Securities Industry Automation Corp. (SIAC) (now wholly owned by NYSE Euronext) after more than 20 years of service as Chief Executive Officer. He was a Director of Greenpoint Financial from 1992 until its acquisition by North Fork Bank in 2002, and a Director of Gartner, Inc. from 1999 through 2000. He has served on numerous industry and educational advisory boards. Mr. McQuade has served as a Director of Unisys since May 2008.

Charles Kneip is director of the Unisys Global Public Sector motor vehicle solutions practice, based in Sioux Falls, S.D. In this position, Charles has responsibility for directing the staff of motor vehicle domain consultants and providing both motor vehicle consulting and management for the motor vehicle marketing efforts. Prior to joining Unisys, Charles was the associate director of vehicle services for the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles. In this position, he was responsible for evaluating the technology needs of agencies and analyzing new processes for benefits. Charles also worked with the states of South Dakota and North Dakota to implement a statewide library information system that provided electronic access to information. In addition, he provided domain consulting for reengineering the North Dakota Motor Vehicle Division, with the resulting system being the Vehicle Registration and Title System (VRTS). Charles also provided consulting for the implementation of the new Indiana BMV STARS application. He currently serves as chairman of the Industry Advisory Board for the American Association of Motor Vehicles Administrators (AAMVA), and represents Unisys at conferences and symposiums.

Mr. Lifflander, 46, is President of Millbrook Capital Management, Inc. and MMI Investments, L.P. Previously, he served as President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation under then Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and as Managing Director in the M&A Group at Smith Barney. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Key Components LLC from 1995 to 2004 and currently serves on the Board of the Hudson River Museum. He is a former Director of Dendrite International, Inc., Key Components and the United Nations Development Corporation. He has served as a Director of Unisys since May 2008.

Mr. Conway, 53, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise application software company, from 1999 until 2004. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of One Touch Systems, Inc. from 1996 to 1999. He is a Director of salesforce.com, inc. He has served as a Director of Unisys since August 2007 and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Dhimant Desai is a solutions director for the registry and positive identification (RAPIDS) program of Global Public Sector. He is responsible for the design, architecture, development, customization and integration of digitized drivers licenses, large scale national ID, digitized passports, biometrics, automated fingerprint identification systems (AFIS), voter registration and electronic voting solutions. Dhimant brings to Unisys more than 20 years experience in the information technology industry in a variety of technical and management positions, and is based in Plymouth, Mich. Prior to that position, Dhimant was development manager charged with the design, development and implementation of digitized drivers license products. Before that position, he was an imaging consultant responsible for systems architecture, design guidelines, hardware and software configurations, requirements analysis, business process re-engineering and transformation of customer requirements to detail design for Unisys InfoImage Folder RFPs. Dhimant helped provide domain knowledge expertise to Unisys Public Sector groups and subsidiaries worldwide for pre-sales efforts in registry, identification and election practice. His responsibilities here included customer presentations, subsidiary training, influencing customer specifications, RFI and RFP consultancy, RFI and RFP responses, vendor selections, configurations, and sizing and proposal costing. He managed numerous imaging and large-scale identification projects for development and integration, including project and mobilization planning, customer liaison, requirements study, costing and pricing, implementation, system integration, testing, training and project coordination.

Dr. Duderstadt, 65, is President Emeritus and University Professor of Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan. He has served as a Director of Unisys since 1990 and is chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.

Leslie F. Kenne, Lieutenant General USAF (Ret.), 60, retired in September 2003 from the U.S. Air Force, where she had most recently been Deputy Chief of Staff for Warfighting Integration at Air Force headquarters in Washington, D.C. Previously, she commanded the Electronic Systems Center at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts. She also directed a number of major procurement programs, including the F-16 and Joint Strike Fighter programs. Following her retirement from the U.S. Air Force, Ms. Kenne became President of The Kenne Group, a private independent consulting firm for various defense companies and/or agencies. Ms. Kenne has been a member of our Board since April 2004 and is Chairperson of the Business Conduct and Corporate Responsibility Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Kenne is also a director of Unisys Corporation.

Matthew J. Espe joined IKON Office Solutions in August 2002 as President and Chief Executive Officer, and was elected to the additional position of Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2003. He has more than 25 years’ experience in distribution, sales and marketing, with a proven track record for building and leading businesses on a global scale. Since joining IKON, Espe developed and executed a successful and comprehensive strategy with three key priorities – growth, operational leverage and capital strategy – which positioned IKON as the world’s largest and strongest independent distributor of document management systems and services. Under his leadership, IKON has focused on operational excellence, strengthening efficiencies and enhancing its document management service offerings. In addition, Espe successfully led IKON through its merger with Ricoh Company, Ltd. in 2008. IKON now leverages the manufacturing and engineering expertise of a global technology innovator, with the experience and reach of its locally based sales and services teams, to provide end-to-end solutions and one of the industry’s broadest portfolios of document management services. Prior to joining IKON Office Solutions, Espe served in various positions at General Electric Corporation, including President and CEO of GE Lighting, until 2002. After positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing management, he was appointed a Company Officer of GE in 1998 and appointed President, GE Plastics Asia. In 1999 he was appointed President, GE Plastics Europe. Espe returned to the U.S. in 2000 and was named President and CEO of GE Lighting and Senior Vice President of General Electric. In addition to his duties at IKON, Espe serves on various boards and outside advisory councils, including the Board of Directors for Unisys Corporation and the Advisory Board of the University of Idaho. Espe is an active volunteer with the United Way, and currently serves on the board for the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and was the Campaign Chair for the 2007 United Way Campaign for Southeastern Pennsylvania. Espe earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Idaho and his master’s degree in business administration from Whittier College.

Mr. Martin is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Barnes Group Inc., a manufacturer of precision springs and custom metal components. He joined Barnes Group in 1990 as a group vice president and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 until his retirement in 1998. Mr. Martin is also a director of Ingersoll-Rand Company and Unisys Corporation.
