Joseph Richard Azzopardi B.A.(Honours) Accountancy, CPA, FIA, started his relationship with Telemalta Corporation in 1980 at the age of 20. In his career he has held the posts of Chief Accountant (1994-1996), General Manager (1997-2000), Group Chief Operations Officer (2000-2005) and A/Group Chief Executive Officer (2005-2006). In the past he has also served as Chairman of Telepage Ltd and as Director on the Board of a number of Maltacom subsidiary and associated companies. Currently he represents Maltacom on the Board of a number of companies within the Datatrak Group and is also Chairman of its Audit Committee.

Keith Fearne has been involved in the ICT business for the last 17 years. Mr. Fearne was one of the founding Directors of Terranet Ltd, a joint venture company set up in 1995 between Maltacom and a number of private investors, and was appointed as Managing Director of the company, when Maltacom acquired all interests in the company in 1998. In 2005 he was entrusted with leading the merger of Terranet with Datastream Ltd, the broadband wholesale arm of the group, and subsequently led the merged company as its C.E.O.

Dr. Francis Galea Salomone holds a bachelors degree in International Business and a Masters degree in European Studies from the University of Kent (Canterbury). He read law at the University of Malta, and graduated as a lawyer in 2002. Dr. Galea Salomone is in private practice and acts for a number of local and international clients in the banking, insurance and financial services sectors. He lectures financial services regulation at the Institute of Financial Services Providers and sits on the Board of Directors of various companies. Prior to his appointment as Company Secretary to Maltacom plc he served as Director of Technical and Management Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Maltacom plc. Sonny Portelli started his career in the Malta Civil Service. He left the service in the late 70's to join the tourism industry, and has since successfully held a number of senior management appointments in various areas of this field.

Dr. Mahjoub is currently the CEO of Tunisia Telecom. He holds a PhD in computer science and networks from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He was a member of the Government of Tunisia and held the post of Secretary for Informatics and Internet.

Deepak Padmanabhan is an Honours Engineering graduate in Electronics and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Communications and Networks. He has over twenty (20) years' experience in the telecom industry. Mr. Padmanabhan is responsible for the strategy planning and new business development for TECOM. He heads the international telecommunications initiative promoted by TECOM and Dubai Investment Group. He was responsible for the development of the various knowledge clusters in Dubai, namely, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Knowledge Village and DuBiotech. He was instrumental in the setting-up of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) and was responsible for the acquisition of stakes in Tunisia Telecom and Maltacom by the TECOM-DIG consortium. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Interoute, the leading pan-European IP network and service provider.

Mr. John Sevasta, DipM ACIM, has been employed with Telemalta Corporation and subsequently Maltacom p.l.c. for the past 25 years. He is currently employed as Head Customer Service Unit with Maltacom's Commercial Department. Throughout the years he has occupied various Administrative posts such as Operations Officer, Assistant Head Customer Service, Deputy Conference Executive and Brand Manager.
