Robert W. Grose joined Managed Objects in 1998 as chief financial officer. In this role he is responsible for all financial and administrative activities of the company. He has held various management positions throughout his career. For fourteen years, he worked at Waverly, Inc., a $100,000,000 printing and medical publishing company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. At Waverly he served as Corporate Controller, President-Book Publishing Division, President-Printing Division, and Chief Operating Officer. Subsequent to Waverly, Inc., he served as Head of Administration at Alex Brown & Sons, Inc. for three years. Bob also has worked as a financial analyst for Exxon Corporation and as a consultant for Ernst & Young. Bob earned a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and an MSC (Economics) from the London School of Economics.

In 1999, Ross Judson joined Managed Objects as one of the company's original developers. He became chief scientist in September 2002 helping to lead the development and implementation of Managed Objects' long-term technical strategy, ensuring that it continues to lead the market. Ross' fifteen-year career has focused on integrating disparate computer science disciplines into practical business solutions. His current research interests include classification, rule-based emergent behavior and distributed knowledge spaces. Prior to Managed Objects, Ross worked in development settings ranging from early PC to Unix connectivity systems, document management, image analysis, high-speed film-scan production and interfaces to network management software. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Carleton University.

John Borghard joined Managed Objects in June of 2002. In addition to overseeing sales efforts in North America, he develops strategic relationships with the company's customers. Before joining Managed Objects, John served as COO and president of Marketswitch Corporation, a provider of decisioning software. He was responsible for the operations of sales, marketing, business development, IT, pre-sales and services. An eightfold increase in end-user sales marked his tenure. Prior to Marketswitch, John spent 13 years at Computer Associates, where he established an exceptional track record of sales achievement. He joined the company as a sales executive and most recently served as general manager, sales. In that role, he headed a staff of over 1,000 employees and held responsibility for $550 million in revenue. John holds an MBA from Fordham University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Charlie Roth joined Managed Objects in 1999. As Vice-president of sales support he not only manages a team of technical experts but also has had a direct role in promoting sales in many significant implementations throughout North America, South America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Previously, Mr. Roth served as Director, Product Management for Managed Objects, and oversaw the development and release of the Managed Objects v2 product in early 2001. Before joining Managed Objects, Mr. Roth was director, product management at BMC Software where he was responsible for the integration and convergence of software products from BMC Software-acquired companies. Mr. Roth has also previously held management positions with Boole & Babbage, and MAXM Systems Corporation. VP of Professional Services, Greg Hribar joined Managed Objects in July 2000. He has an extensive background in sales, services and operations. Greg is responsible for launching Managed Objects' services division in addition to managing technical support, client services and training. Greg spent three years as Director of Professional Services at BMC (formerly Boole & Babbage) where he directed service operations for Command Post and a suite of Enterprise Management software products. While there, Greg greatly improved BMC's service department by creating packaged service offerings and focusing his efforts on superior customer service. He also succeeded in creating the infrastructure for the Professional Services organization while generating significant profit throughout it's development. Prior to BMC, Greg co-founded MAXM Systems Corporation. During his eight years with MAXM Systems, Greg served in several significant roles throughout the company's growth and development including VP of Human Resources, VP of Finance, VP of Operations and VP of Sales, Western Region. As VP of Operations Greg contributed the most profit in MAXM's history and later, during his tenure as VP of Sales, Western Region he grew the regions account base from one to 26 customers. Greg has an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD and a bachelor's degree in Business from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Chua Tock-ling joined Managed Objects in December of 2005 as General Manager of Asia Pacific operations. Before joining Managed Objects, Tock-ling held a number of executive management positions during his six year tenure at BMC - most recently, he was the Vice-President and General Manager for Asia Pacific. Prior to BMC, he served for fourteen years at Computer Associates -his last position being that of Senior Vice-President of CA Asia. Over his twenty-year career in the IT industry, he served in consulting, sales, marketing and executive roles for both companies. During Tock-ling's tenure at CA and BMC, he was instrumental in the expansion of both companies' business in terms of revenue and geographical presence. Most notably, Tock-ling made significant inroads in establishing a lasting presence to the emerging markets of China, India, Korea and SE Asia. Tock-ling earned his B.Sc from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Previously, Mr. Greenfield served as CEO of Peregrine Systems, Inc. where he managed the restructuring of that company’s business. He has also served as president and CEO of MERANT and CEO of INTERSOLV, which merged with Micro Focus to form MERANT. He has experience growing businesses both organically and through acquisition, managing development, marketing and operations, and serving diverse customers from small businesses to the Fortune 500.
