Charles Stubbs is president and chief executive officer of PRIMEDIA, the #1 print and online publisher and distributor of advertising-supported consumer guides in the U.S. through its Consumer Source Inc operation. Stubbs provides strategic vision and direction to all business lines and operations, including Consumer Source Inc, Apartment Guide, Rentals.com, New Home Guide and DistribuTech. Prior to joining PRIMEDIA, Stubbs served as president and chief executive officer of YELLOWPAGES.com, where he oversaw the formation of the newly formed site and led it to provide more than 100 million monthly consumer business searches. Stubbs earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.

Dean Nelson is chairman of PRIMEDIA Inc. He is also chief executive officer and founder of Capstone Consulting LLC. Prior to founding Capstone Consulting in 2000, Nelson was a senior vice president with The Boston Consulting Group where he ran the Chicago office and was a member of BCG's Management Committee. Nelson served clients in a number of industries, including consumer products and retail, industrial and high-tech. From 1981 to 1983 he was a process control engineer at Shell Oil Company. Nelson has worked with a number of portfolio companies, most significantly PRIMEDIA Inc., Rockwood and Borden Chemical. He also participates in KKR's Investment and Portfolio Committee meetings.

Beverly Chell became a director in March 1992. She currently serves as a consultant to PRIMEDIA Inc. From 1991 through November 2005, Chell was vice chairman, general counsel and secretary. She also served as vice chairman and chief financial officer of the Company from December 2005 through June 2006. Chell is a member of the Compensation Committee.

An entrepreneur with more than 35 years of leadership experience in the fields of education and publishing, Chris conceived and founded Edison Schools in 1992. Edison Schools partners with school districts, charter boards, and states to raise student achievement and educational outcomes through its research-based school design and curriculum, achievement management solutions, professional development, and extended learning programs. Chris is also the author of Crash Course: Imaging a Better Future For Public Education, published in 2005. Prior to founding Edison, Chris was founder and chairman of Whittle Communications, one of America's largest student publishers. In 1989, Whittle converted its print publications to electronic media, launching Channel One, the first national electronic news system, which today serves 12,000 middle and high schools throughout the United States, and provides 8 million students with domestic and international news each morning. Channel One's programming has received a host of awards, including the Peabody Award, one of television journalism's highest accolades. Channel One was sold to K-III Communications (now PRIMEDIA Inc.) in September 1994. From 1979 to 1986, Chris was also chairman and publisher of Esquire magazine. Raised in Tennessee, Chris graduated from the University of Tennessee.

David Bell became director of PRIMEDIA Inc. in May 2001. He is currently an operating advisor at Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P., a private equity fund manager. From March 2006 until March 2007, he was chairman emeritus of the Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. ("IPG"). From January 2005 until March 2006, Bell was co-chairman of IPG. From February 2003 until January 2005, he was the chairman and chief executive officer of IPG. He was the vice chairman of IPG from July 2001 to January 2003 and the chairman of the board and chief executive office of True North Communications Inc. from 1999 through 2001. Bell is also a director of The Warnaco Group, Inc. and DHB Industries Inc. He is chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

H. John Greeniaus became a director in 1998. He has been president of G-Force, Inc., a financial services company, since 1998. He was previously chairman and chief executive officer of Nabisco, Inc. Greeniaus is a member of the Compensation Committee, Audit Committee, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Perry Golkin became a director in November 1991. He is a general partner of KKR Associates and a member of the limited liability company which serves as the general partner of KKR. He is also a director of Bristol West Holdings, Inc., Willis Group Holdings Limited and Rockwood Holdings Inc. Golkin is chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.

homas Uger became a director in September 2005. He is currently a director of KKR. He joined KKR in 1998 and from June 2005 through December 2006 was a principal of KKR. Uger is a member of the Compensation Committee and Executive Committee.
