Stephanie Miles leads the professional services and customer support teams at Management Dynamics. Prior to joining Management Dynamics through the acquisition, Stephanie was vice president, general manager and on the board of directors of a supply chain event management software concern. Stephanie also worked as a systems engineer for GE Aerospace. Stephanie is a frequent speaker at logistics and supply chain industry events and is a member of the National Defense Transportation Association and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Stephanie graduated from Penn State University with a degree in mathematics.

Bill Jackowski, Vice President of Professional Services, manages a team of experienced consultants specializing in the implementation of Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions. Bill brings over 17 years of experience in managing professional services organizations and enterprise-wide software implementations. Prior to joining Management Dynamics, Bill served as Vice President of Global Professional Services for JPMorgan Chase Vastera. During his seven years with the company, he oversaw many strategic software accounts and helped grow its professional services organization across North America, Europe, and South America. Previously, Bill held several management and consulting positions with large consulting organizations such as American Management Systems (AMS) and PeopleSoft. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from James Madison University, and a Master's degree from George Mason University.

A business consultant with a long and distinguished career, Sunil Varma has extensive consulting experience spanning over 30 years with Price Waterhouse Management Consultants and the IBM Consulting Group. As Partner, Price Waterhouse, he was responsible for establishing and developing the Firm's practice in Indonesia, besides heading its operations in Hong Kong and India. He has worked in Australia, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, China and other countries in Africa and the Asia-Pacific region in the areas of organizational strengthening and development, financial management, efficiency reviews, process re-engineering and business systems implementation. The industries to which his expertise extends include Information Technology, Oil and Gas, Fertilizers and Chemicals, Power and Steel. He has conducted several very large assignments for PSUs funded by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and other multi-lateral funding agencies. He has officiated as CFO, HCL-Perot Systems and MD, Asia Online Ltd., Hong Kong, and continues to be associated with Price Waterhouse. He is also the Managing Director of the consulting firm Management Dynamics.

Donald R. Caldwell is founder and chairman of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners. Don oversees the operations of all of Cross Atlantic's offices and focuses a significant amount of his time on the growth of the Cross Atlantic franchise through fund raising, network development, and deal flow. He works closely with several portfolio companies, including: Brainspark, Kanbay, Mobile Cohesion, and Rubicon Technology. Prior to the formation of Cross Atlantic in March 1999, he was president and chief operating officer of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE). Additionally, he served as chairman of Safeguard's investment committee and led the formation of SCP Private Equity Partners (a $265 million late stage venture investment fund) and Pennsylvania Early Stage Partners (a $50 million seed and early stage fund). Don held a number of executive and financial positions, including chief administrative officer of a predecessor company of Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: CATP), a provider of information technology consulting and software development; and partner in the national office of Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor of Ernst & Young, LLP. Prior to joining Safeguard, Don held an executive position of a predecessor company of Cambridge Technology Partners, a provider of information technology consulting and software development; and was a partner in the national office of Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor to Ernst & Young, LLP. Don serves on several boards of publicly and privately held companies and civic organizations, including Diamond Cluster, Inc. (NASDAQ: DTPI), Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE: KWR), Kanbay International (NASDAQ: KBAY), Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (Chairman), Philadelphia Orchestra Association, and the Committee for Economic Development. Don is a CPA in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Harvard University. He is located in the Radnor office.

Raymond Yuen has served as a Board Member since 2006. A leading expert in global trade and logistics management, Mr. Yuen was most recently the Director and Chief Representative for John Swire & Sons Limited based in Beijing, China. Swire & Sons is the privately-owned parent company of the Swire Group which is a diversified multinational company whose core businesses in the Asia Pacific region include aviation, manufacturing, shipping, real estate, and marine services. During his long and distinguished career with Swire & Sons in Asia, Mr. Yuen held many executive leadership roles, including various management positions in the group's Cathay Pacific Airways division. Mr. Yuen currently serves on the boards of John Swire & Sons, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, and Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited (Dragonair). Mr. Yuen is a graduate of Hong Kong University.
