Richard P. Nespola is the founder, Chairman and CEO of The Management Network Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMNG), the leading provider of strategy, management, operational, and technology consulting services to the global telecommunications, media and entertainment industries. TMNG Global and its operating divisions, Cambridge Strategic Management Group (CSMG) and Cartesian, have performed services for more than 1,200 clients worldwide. With some 600 consultants, the firm is headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, and has offices in Boston, Chicago, London, New Jersey, New York, Shanghai, and Washington, D.C.
During Rich’s diversified career in telecommunications, he has acquired extensive experience in developing strategic and tactical plans across a broad range of areas. He has spearheaded assignments to assist clients with their transformation including new business models, infrastructure, processes and systems required to meet the needs of a dynamic marketplace.
TMNG worked with a partner to develop the advanced Wireless Technology Lab, in San Diego, California—the first of its kind in the nation, providing a vendor- and technology-neutral environment for the testing and showcasing of emerging wireless technology infrastructure, applications, and operations.Prior to founding The Management Network Group in 1990, Rich held executive positions with MCI and Sprint.
Rich serves on several corporate boards, is a member of the Executive Council of the International Engineering Consortium, and was named by Phone + magazine in 1997 and in 1998 as one of the industry’s 25 most influential people. He received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Master Award for the Western Region making him a national finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year® program in 2000. Rich previously served as a director and chairman of the Association of Telecommunications Financial Managers. In addition, he was part of the adjunct faculty in the College of Management, having earned his BA and MBA from C.W. Post College of Long Island University.
Rich has been published in various industry journals, has made presentations at numerous industry forums, and is often quoted by the press on industry trends.
Micky has over 25 years of communications industry and management experience. His diverse background includes information systems, billing, credit and collections, A/R, systems support, access cost management and performance reporting and analysis. Prior to TMNG, he held a number of high-level management and staff positions at Price Waterhouse, MCI, Sprint and Telesphere. Micky received his MA in Accounting and BA in Computer Sciences from the University of Iowa.
Bill brings over 25 years of experience in the cable and telecom sectors. At TMNG Global, Bill leads the Cable and Broadband Practice, guiding cable clients as they enter the new communications marketplace for traditional, broadband, wireless and advanced content service delivery. Prior to joining TMNG, Bill held the role of President of the Cable and Broadband Group for Convergys Corporation, where he was instrumental in growing the division through the nationwide roll-out of cable billing platforms across multiple MSO divisions in support of cable telephony, digital voice and high speed data services. Bill has also held senior executive roles within the global wireless and broadband sectors and within the regional local exchange market with such industry leaders as McCaw Cellular/Lin Broadcasting, PSINet and Commonwealth Telephone Company. Bill holds Masters and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Boston University with honors with a focus in Economics.

With over 25 years of senior level management in the telecom sector in both Fortune 500 companies and early stage ventures -- including MCI, Sprint, Uphonia, FreedomPay, and LifeSafety Solutions -- Bob leads the Capital Markets Practice for TMNG Global. In his practice, Bob will offer insight, guidance, strategy and real world operational support for portfolio management of companies in the communications, media, and entertainment sectors, as well as directly to the financial services firms holding the portfolios. Bob’s experience as CEO of public and private companies, as well as in personally managing financing transactions ranging from $5-$100 million, gives him a unique understanding of what it takes to turn around distressed companies and how to help investors grow the value of their portfolios.
Bob currently sits on the boards of Network-1 (OTC: NSSI.OB) and IPP of America, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rowan University with honors.

A. Reza Jafari has served as a Senior Vice President since January 2006 and as Managing Director, International since March 2005. From August 2002 to March 2005, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Omega Partners, an executive advisory group providing business performance improvement, human capital and financial management advice to senior executives in the telecommunications, broadband and information technology industries. From January 1990 to July 2002, Mr. Jafari held various senior management positions at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), a global information technology services company, including as Managing Director of the Communications and Media Industry Group for Europe, Middle East and Africa (July 1996 July 1999) and, most recently, as President of EDS s Global Communications, Media and Entertainment Industry Group from July 1999 to July 2002. Mr. Jafari was a member of the Senior Leaders Operations Team of EDS. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jafari co-founded, and from April 1982 to January 1990 served as CEO of, Satellite Conference Network and Bankers-TV Network in New York City, a satellite producer delivering video-based interactive programming and industry news to the banking and healthcare industries.
Andrew D. Lipman has been a partner and head of the Telecommunications Group of Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, LLP, a Washington D.C. law firm since 1988. He is currently Vice Chairman of the firm. Frank M. Siskowski has served as a director of the Company since April 2003. Mr. Siskowski has a career of over 30 years in finance, including senior management positions with Visa International, MCI, PepsiCo, and Indus International. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Siskowski was Chief Financial Officer of E-LOAN, Inc., where he helped lead that company's initial public offering. Most recently, Mr. Siskowski served as Chief Financial Officer of ZANTAZ, Inc., a leading provider of Compliance Technology Solutions TM that enable clients to comply with industry regulations, respond to urgent litigation and regulatory audits, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks. In April 2005, Mr. Siskowski joined Reply! Inc. as its Chief Financial Officer.
Roy A. Wilkens has served as a director since June 1999. In 1985, Mr. Wilkens founded WilTel, Inc., a wholesale communications carrier and a subsidiary of The Williams Companies, an oil and gas pipeline company. Mr. Wilkens was the Chief Executive Officer of WilTel Inc. from 1985 to 1995. In 1995, when WilTel was acquired by LDDS Communications, a predecessor company to MCI Worldcom, Mr. Wilkens remained as Chief Executive Officer of WilTel until 1997. Prior to 1985, Mr. Wilkens served as the President of Williams Pipeline Company, a subsidiary of The Williams Companies. In 1992, President George Bush appointed Mr. Wilkens to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Council. He has also served as chairman of both the Competitive Telecommunications Association and the National Telecommunications Network. In November 1999, he was the first recipient of the Telecommunications Competition Award, a designation created jointly by the Telecommunications Resellers Association (TRA) and PHONE+ magazine. Mr. Wilkens is Chairman of Williams Communications Group and is a member of the board of directors of McLeodUSA Inc., a communications service provider; Orillion Corporation, a software provider to the telecommunications industry; and UniDial, Inc., a telecommunications services provider.

William Matthes joined Behrman Capital in April 1996 and has been a Managing Partner of the firm since January 1999. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Holsted Marketing, Inc., a direct marketing company owned by his family. Previously, Mr. Matthes spent seven years at Brentwood Associates, a leveraged buyout and venture capital firm with more than $500 million under management, where he was a General Partner. Prior to that, he was an Analyst with Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. In 1986, Mr. Matthes earned an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was both a Baker Scholar and a Loeb Rhoades Fellow. He has an AB in Economics from Stanford University, where he graduated with honors and distinction. Mr. Matthes currently serves on several boards including The Management Network Group, Inc., Tandem Health Care, Inc., Celerity Group, Inc., ILC Industries, Inc., and Hunter Defense Holdings, Inc., where he serves as chairman. At both Stanford and Harvard, he was active as a Teaching Assistant and Tutor in Finance and Engineering. He continues his interest in education both as a Trustee of the University School in Cleveland, Ohio, and as a guest lecturer at Stanford Business School.
