Mr. Goldfarb is head of the Fundamental Small Cap Core/Growth team and is responsible for managing the Micro Cap Core, Small Cap Growth, and Small Cap Core strategies. He also serves as an equity analyst for each of these strategies. Prior to joining OFII Institutional in 2006, Dan was a Managing Diector/Portfolio Manager at Babson Capital. Dan previously has held positions at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Smith Barney, and Wilmington Trust. Dan has covered financial institutions during this career as well as several other industries including telecom, electric utilities, and REITS. He holds a B.A. from Hobart College and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University. Dan is a member of the CFA Institute and Treasurer of the Bank Analyst Association of Boston.

MAX DARNELL has served as First Quadrant's chief investment officer since 2002. Max is responsible for overseeing the firm's investment products, particularly with respect to strategic research and development initiatives. He is one of three First Quadrant partners to serve on the firm's executive committee. Max began his career with First Quadrant in 1991, and managed the firm's derivatives research through the latter half of the 1990s. In 2000 he was named director of research, overseeing both equities and derivatives products. Max earned a master's degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1991. Ms. Fay is an executive vice president of AllianceBernstein and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, a group of senior professionals responsible for managing the firm, enacting key strategic initiatives and allocating resources. Ms. Fay was named Head of Bernstein Value Equities in 2009, to oversee the portfolio management and research activities relating to all value investment portfolios, while continuing to chair the Global Value Investment Policy Group as CIO-Global Value Equities.
From 2003 to 2008, Ms. Fay served as CIO-Global Value Equities, overseeing the portfolio management and research activities related to cross-border and non-US value investment portfolios. From 1999 to 2006, she was CIO-European and UK Value Equities, serving as Co-CIO from 2003-2006 after being named CIO-Global Value Equities in 2003. Between 1997 and 1999, Ms. Fay was CIO-Canadian Value Equities. Prior to that, she had been a senior portfolio manager of International Value Equities since 1995. Sharon joined the firm in 1990 as a research analyst, subsequently launching Canadian Value, the firm’s first single-market service focused outside the US. She then went on to launch our UK and European Equity services and build Bernstein’s London office, its first portfolio management and research team based outside of the US. She earned a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a CFA Charter holder. Location: London.
Bill Gross, a founder and Managing Director of PIMCO, has been associated with the firm since 1972. Bill has managed the Managers Fremont Bond Fund since 1994. In managing the Managers Fremont Bond Fund, Bill heads a group of bond experts who set maturity and duration policy for all fixed-income accounts that are managed by PIMCO. The portfolio managers, including Bill Gross, are generalists who structure portfolios. A team of sector specialists support these generalists with individual issue research, selection and management. The Fund is managed using PIMCO?s ?Total Return? style.

David Carlson is a Senior Portfolio Specialist in the Portfolio Analysis and Support group, which is responsible for developing and maintaining expertise in the investment management solutions and components offered by Managers. Prior to joining Managers, David was a senior investment analyst at SEI Investments with responsibility for manager research and selection for Emerging Market Equity and Pacific Basin Equity products. Mr. Berteaux is a Vice President of and Equity Portfolio Manager for Wellington and has been an investment professional with Wellington since 2001. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Berteaux was a Vice President of and a senior equity analyst for John Hancock Funds, LLC.
Kevin Cooper is a Senior Portfolio Specialist in the Portfolio Analysis and Support group, which is responsible for developing and maintaining expertise in the investment management solutions and components offered by Managers. Preetha Rajkumar is an Investment Analyst and a member of the Investment Manager Research and Analysis team. She is also a member of the Investment Committee and leads the Quantitative Analysis team, which is instrumental in monitoring and evaluating the investment process and results. John Streur is Senior Managing Partner and a member of the executive board at Managers Investment Group. He has responsibility for the business development, client service, sales and marketing efforts of the firm. John was a partner of The Burridge Group LLC for 14 years, most recently as President and CEO, before founding Managers Investment Group. He has prior experience as a securities broker at The First Boston Corporation and Lehman Brothers.
Managing Director and Co-founder of Urdang Securities Management, Inc. Todd Briddell, CFA, is the co-founder of the securities group and is a member of the Investment Committee. He has served as senior portfolio manager since 1995, responsible for the Company?s investments in securitized real estate and oversees all business and research activities relating to Urdang Securities Management?s REIT portfolio. He is responsible for the development of Urdang's investment strategy and the proprietary research process successfully implemented for over eight years. Todd has been involved in the real estate industry since 1990 and has structured a variety of real estate financings. Prior to 1995, Todd was an acquisition officer with Urdang and a vice president in the capital markets group of a large pension fund advisor. Todd lectures at industry conferences, including the Institute for International Research, Real Estate Investment for Pension Funds and Strategic Investment Management. He also is a frequent contributor to several industry publications.
CHRISTOPHER LUCK is one of two First Quadrant partners co-heading the firm s portfolio management function. Prior to joining First Quadrant in 1995, Chris spent eight years at BARRA, a provider of risk management solutions. He has published numerous articles in professional journals on topics including socially responsible investing, international diversification, style management, and tax efficient investing. Chris earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. He received an MBA, emphasis in Finance, from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1988. Dori Levanoni is Co-Director of Global Derivatives at First Quadrant and has seven years of research experience. He joined First Quadrant in February 1991 to develop software for the research group while pursuing his degree in Physics at nearby Caltech. He left in 1995 to join the Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology at Washington University in St. Louis. Besides his research background, Dori also has extensive expertise in the systems area, so First Quadrant drew Dori back to First Quadrant in 1996 as Head of Systems. Dori transitioned into research in mid-1998 with his assignment to several currency research issues. His rapid success as a researcher and the significance of his contributions there led to his promotion to Manager of Currency Research at the end of 1999. Dori was promoted to Director and Currency Product Strategist at the end of 2002. In recognition of his continued contributions to the broader set of derivatives products offered by First Quadrant, he was promoted to Co-Director of Global Derivatives at the beginning of 2005.
Mr. Duca is a Director and Portfolio Manager of TimesSquare with over 16 years of experience. He has been a member of the TimesSquare team since 2000. Mr. Duca has served as co-manager of the Fund since 2007.

In July 2003, Mr. Martini was appointed to head the newly created quantitative strategies team within the value-equities unit. The group is responsible for ensuring the most effective use of Bernstein's quantitative research within the portfolio-management process. He continues to work with international and global value clients and as the lead person shaping currency-management tools and strategies. Mr. Martini was named chief international economist with responsibility for currency strategies and senior portfolio manager on the international and global value equities team in 1992. Prior to that, Mr. Martini had served as a senior economist concentrating on US research since joining Bernstein in 1985. Previously, Mr. Martini conducted economic research and taught at the Institute of Employment Policy at Boston University for three years. He earned a BA from the University of Colorado and an MA in political economy from Boston University . Mike Pietronico serves as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Evergreen Investment Management. In his role, Mike helps manage approximately $6.1 billion in tax-free assets. Mike launched his investment career in 1994. Prior to the Managing Director role with Evergreen Investments, he was a manager of settlements with the OFFIT Investment Group. In February, 1993 he changed divisions to become the firm's head municipal bond trader. OFFIT Investment Group became part of Evergreen Investments in 2003. Murray Davey is the senior European, Middle Eastern and African fund manager at Rexiter. Murray joined the Rexiter team upon its inception in mid-1997. Having worked for a commercial bank and stockbroker from 1974, Murray joined Grieveson Grant & Co. in 1982 as a fund manager in the pension fund department. Following the takeover of Grieveson Grant & Co. by Kleinwort Benson in 1986, he took responsibility for institutional funds in the United Kingdom and investing in continental Europe. In 1989, he was appointed director and head of the European section with responsibility for the management of all Kleinwort Benson's investments in continental Europe. Robert Cook is a managing director and a portfolio manager at J.P. Morgan. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2004, he was co-head of the fixed income investment process at 40|86 Advisors where he was responsible for managing high yield total return assets, as well as serving as the Director of Credit Research where he managed the firm?s 16 fixed income research analysts. Before joining 40|86 Advisors in April of 1994, he worked at PNC Bank?s investment banking division in Pittsburgh where he was involved with syndicated loans, M&A, private placements and structured products.
William (Willy) Holzer is a Managing Director of Lazard Asset Management and a Portfolio Manager of the Global Thematic Equity product. He began working in the investment field in 1971. Prior to joining Lazard in 2003, Willy worked at Scudder, where he initiated the Global Thematic Product in 1986. He has been the senior portfolio manager on this product since its inception. Before moving to Scudder, he was a credit analyst at Bankers Trust. Willy received an MBA from New York University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Lancaster.
Dean Frankel, CFA, joined Urdang in 1997. In his role as portfolio manager, he is responsible for management of Urdang's proprietary research process including the Relative Value Model. In addition, Dean analyzes and interprets implications of major events and economic trends while managing the daily operations of the real estate securities portfolio. Dean shares responsibility for covering the REIT universe, and dedicates a significant portion of his time to on-site visits with companies and property tours in order to make real time assessments of a markets health. In addition, he is responsible for analyzing and recommending investments in small public and private companies that are looking for capital infusions. Dean has been involved in real estate for much of his life, because his family owns, operates, and develops real estate in the Northeastern and Southeastern U.S., including hotel, office, apartment, and residential development properties. Dean has his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania?s Wharton School of Business.
Michael J. Millhouse, Michael J. Budd, and Curt A. Mitchell are the senior members of the fixed-income team and are jointly and primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the fixed-income portion of the Fund. Mr. Millhouse serves as Chief Investment Officer - Fixed Income, and Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining CEP in 2004, Mr. Millhouse served as Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager for the Core Bond Group of Loomis, Sayles & Company, L.P. from 1993 to 2004.
