Mr. Giuliano has served as the Corporate Controller of Manaris Corporation since August 2006. Tony spent the first nine years of his career with Deloitte & Touche Canada in Montreal where he gained expertise with Canadian public companies operating in both the manufacturing and financial services sectors. In 2000, he was appointed Corporate Controller of the Tirex Corporation, a public company in the U.S. where he was involved in commercializing a new product; raising capital; and ensuring SEC compliance.
