Alan G. Harris has 20 years of experience working in clinical drug development in the pharmaceutical industry. He was recently Corporate Head of the Worldwide Medical Endocrine Care group at Pfizer Inc, New York. Before that, while at Schering-Plough, he served in a number of capacities in Medical Affairs and recently as Vice President Global Healthcare Research & Outcomes. During his tenure at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (Novartis) he was the Clinical Project Leader for the development of Sandostatin Dr. Harris is currently Adjunct Professor of Medicine at NYU Medical School and Visiting Professor of Medicine in the Department of Endocrinology at Liege University Medical School, Belgium. Dr. Harris received his M.D. from the Louis Pasteur Faculty of Medicine, University of Strasbourg, France and his Ph.D. in Endocrinology from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He was a practicing internist for seven years and an attending physician in the department of Gastroenterology at Nice University Hospital, France. He was Associate Professor of Medicine and, Director, Division of Clinical Pharmacology, Department of Medicine and Medical Director of the Department of Technology Development and Transfer and Clinical Trials at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center/UCLA School of Medicine, Los Angeles. Dr. Harris is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and the Royal Society of Medicine. He has authored over 200 publications including 100 peer reviewed scientific papers. He is currently a Trustee of the Hospital for Joint Diseases-New York University Medical Center.

Mr. Kazam, a co-founder of Tigris, currently serves as the Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Kazam co-founded Two River Group Holdings, LLC in September 2004. Prior to that, from September 1999, Mr. Kazam served as a Managing Director of Paramount BioCapital, Inc. He also served as Managing Director of Paramount BioCapital Investments, LLC, where he was responsible for ongoing operations of venture investments. In addition, Mr. Kazam served as the Director of Investment for the Orion Biomedical Fund, a New York based private equity fund focused on biotechnology investments. Mr. Kazam also currently serves as a director of Manhattan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX:MHA), a publicly traded biotechnology company, as well as several privately held companies, including Cortiva Therapy and Velcera Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a privately held veterinary company. Mr. Kazam graduated with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in management. Mr. Kazam will devote only a portion of his business time to the Company's business.

Louis Aronne, M.D. is the Director of the Comprehensive Weight Control Program and Clinical Associate Professor at the Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Aronne is also Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and Attending Physician at the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Aronne is a Phi Beta Kappa Graduate of Trinity College, where he received a B.S. in Biochemistry in 1977. He was awarded the M.D. degree from Johns Hopkins University Medical School in 1981. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1984. Dr. Aronne has had a long and distinguished career of obesity research and treatment; his research focuses on the nervous system's response to weight changes. Dr. Aronne has lectured extensively on obesity, and is widely published in numerous respected scientific and medical journals. He is the author or co-author of 8 leading textbook chapters on obesity, as well as the best selling book Weigh Less, Live Longer. As a clinical investigator for both sibutramine and orlistat, Dr. Aronne has been directly involved in the clinical development of the two major, currently-available pharmaceutical treatments for obesity. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Alpha Omega Alpha, the American Diabetes Association, and the North American Association for the Study of Obesity, where, as Chairman of the Development Committee, he developed the Practical Guide to the Identification, Evaluation and Treatment of Overweight and Obesity in Adults, in conjunction with the National institutes of Health and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. He is currently a Council Member and Chairman of the Public Affairs Committee of the North American Association for the Study of Obesity.
In June 1986, Malcolm Hoenlein was elected Executive Vice Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, the coordinating body on international Jewish concerns for 50 national Jewish organizations. Previously, he served as the founding Executive Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater New York , the central coordinating agency for Jewish organizations in the metropolitan New York area. Prior to that, he was the founding Executive Director of the Greater New York Conference on Soviet Jewry. Malcolm Hoenlein received his B.A. in Political Science from Temple University and his Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania?s Department of International Relations, where he completed his doctoral course work. A National Defense Fellow in the University?s Near East Center , Mr. Hoenlein taught International Relations in the Political Science Department and served as a Middle East specialist at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. In addition, he served on the editorial staff of ORBIS, the Journal of International Affairs. Mr. Hoenlein has traveled throughout the world meeting with world leaders and Jewish communities. He has written and lectured across the US and abroad on international relations, Israel and Middle East affairs, Soviet and World Jewry, terrorism, the American Jewish community, and intergroup relations. Mr. Hoenlein serves as an advisor to many public officials and is frequently consulted on public policy issues. He appears regularly in the media. Mr. Hoenlein has been the recipient of many awards and tributes. Among recent honors, he was conferred a Doctorate of Humane Letters (Honoris Causa) by Yeshiva University and a Doctorate of Laws (Honoris Causa) from Touro College and was honored by, among others, State of Israel Bonds for his ?valiant and extraordinary service to Israel and the Jewish people,? the Private Sector Initiative Award from President Ronald Reagan, American ORT honored him with a special ?Man of the Millennium? Tribute, the first Quittman Award for Jewish Professional Excellence, the Defender of Jerusalem Award, Millender Fellow at Brandeis University, Fellow of the Jerusalem College of Technology, the Jack D. Weiler Award for Jewish Communal Service, and the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations National Service Award. Mr. Hoenlein played a key role in organizing the massive National Solidarity Rally for Israel in Washington, DC in 2002. The Forward listed him as the most influential Jewish leader.

Richard I. Steinhart has been a director of our company since July 2004. Since April 2006, Mr. Steinhart has served as Chief Financial Officer of Electro-Optical Sciences, Inc., a publicly-held medical device company. From May 1992 to April 2006, Mr. Steinhart was principal of Forest Street Capital, a boutique investment banking, venture capital, and management consulting firm. Prior to Forest Street Capital, from May 1991 to May 1992, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Emisphere Technologies, Inc., a publicly held biopharmaceutical company that is working to develop and commercialize a proprietary oral drug delivery system. Prior to joining Emisphere Technologies, Mr. Steinhart spent seven years at CW Group, Inc., a venture capital firm focused on medical and healthcare investments, where he was a General Partner and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Steinhart has previously served as a director of a number of privately-held companies, including ARRIS Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biotechnology company involved with rational drug design; Membrex, Inc., a laboratory equipment manufacturing company; and Photest, Inc., a diagnostics company. He began his career working as a certified public accountant and continues to be a New York State Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Steinhart holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration from Pace University.
Stanley Heshka, Ph.D. is Associate Research Scientist at the Institute of Human Nutrition of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and a Research Associate of the Obesity Research Center at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. Doctor Heshka is a leading obesity basic researcher, and has conducted extensive research into risk factors, mechanisms, and treatment of obesity. He has been involved in clinical studies for multiple anti-obesity products, and authored of numerous relevant publications and abstracts, as well as several textbook chapters. Dr. Heshka received his B.A. from the University of Toronto in 1969, a M.Sc. London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London in 1970, and his Ph.D. from Columbia University in 1973.
