Glen E. Tellock, 47, president and chief executive officer of The Manitowoc Company since 2007. Most recently served as senior vice president of the corporation and president of Manitowoc Crane Group. Mr. Tellock also served as Manitowoc’s senior vice president and chief financial officer; vice president of finance and treasurer; corporate controller; and director of accounting. Prior to joining Manitowoc in 1991, Mr. Tellock served as financial planning manager with the Denver Post Corporation and as audit manager for Ernst and Whinney.

Carl J. Laurino, 46, senior vice president and chief financial officer since 2004. Previously served as treasurer and assistant treasurer. Prior to joining Manitowoc in 2000, Mr. Laurino spent 15 years in the commercial banking industry with Firstar Bank Wisconsin, Associated Bank N.A., and Norwest Bank.

Eric Etchart, 51, senior vice president of The Manitowoc Company and president/general manager of Manitowoc Crane Group. Previously served as executive vice president of Manitowoc Crane Group for the Asia/Pacific region since 2002. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Etchart served as managing director in the Asia/Pacific region for Potain S.A.; as managing director in Italy for Potain S.P.A.; and as vice president of international sales and marketing for PPM.

Michael Kachmer, 49, senior vice president of The Manitowoc Company and president/general manager of Manitowoc Foodservice Group. Prior to joining Manitowoc in 2007, Mr. Kachmer served as chief operating officer at Culligan International. In addition, Mr. Kachmer previously held management, operational, and executive positions with Algroup Wheaton, Van Leer Containers, Ball Corporation, and Firestone Tire & Rubber Company.

Thomas G. Musial, 56, senior vice president of human resources and administration since 2000. Previously served as Manitowoc’s vice president of human resources and administration; manager of human resources; and personnel/industrial relations specialist.

Dean E. Nolden, 39, vice president of finance and controller since 2004. Previously served as corporate controller. Prior to joining Manitowoc in 1998, Mr. Nolden served as an audit manager with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP.

Maurice D. Jones, 48, senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary since 2004. Previously, vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Prior to joining Manitowoc in 1999, Mr. Jones was a partner in the law firm of Davis & Kuelthau, S.C., and served as legal counsel for Banta Corporation.

Cynthia M. Egnotovich, age 51, vice president and segment president, nacelles and interior systems, Goodrich Corporation, Charlotte, NC, a leading global supplier of systems and services to the aerospace and defense industry. Ms. Egnotovich joined Goodrich in 1986 and has served in positions of increasing responsibility including segment president – engine systems; segment president – electronic systems; group president – engine and safety systems; vice president and general manager – ice protection systems; director of operations; and controller. A member of Manitowoc’s board since 2008.

Dean H. Anderson, 65, president and owner of Dynamic Specialties, Inc., Houston, TX, a marketer of equipment and systems for factories and the process automation industry. Previously, senior vice president – strategic development of ABB Vetco Gray Inc., former president of Foster Valve Corporation, and past president and chief executive officer of Steego Corporation. A member of Manitowoc’s board since 1992.

Keith D. Nosbusch, 55, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Rockwell Automation, Inc., Milwaukee, WI, a leading global provider of industrial automation power, control, and information solutions. Previously served as president of Control Systems, a business unit of Rockwell Automation, and as senior vice president for Rockwell Automation. A member of Manitowoc’s board since 2003.

Kenneth W. Krueger, 49, Executive vice president, Bucyrus International, Inc., a global leader is surface mining equipment headquartered in South Milwaukee, WI. Previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of A. O. Smith Corporation, Milwaukee, WI; and former vice president financial and planning for the Hydraulics, Semi-conductor equipment and specialty controls group of Eaton Corporation, Cleveland, OH. A member of Manitowoc’s board since 2004.

Robert C. Stift, 64, current director and former chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Strategic Industries, LLC, Hagerstown, MD, a manufacturer of industrial and consumer products. Previously, chairman and chief executive officer of Lighting Corporation of America, Hagerstown, MD. A member of Manitowoc’s board since 1998.

James L. Packard, 63, chairman of Regal-Beloit Corporation, Beloit, WI, a worldwide manufacturer of mechanical power transmission equipment, electric motors, controls, and electric power generators. Formerly served as Regal-Beloit’s president and chief executive officer. Currently a director of Clarcor, Inc., Rockford, IL; and First National Bank and Trust, Beloit, WI. A member of Manitowoc’s board since 2000.
