Richard R. Current (age 64) was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2008. Since November 1999, Mr. Current has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Neogen Corporation. In 2007, he was given the

Kenneth V. Kodilla, age 50, joined the Company in November 2003 as Vice President of Manufacturing. He has responsibility for all manufacturing, inventory management, shipping and quality system operations for the Company s Food Safety Division in Lansing, Michigan. Prior to Neogen, Mr. Kodilla served as plant manager for Facet Technologies in Atlanta, Georgia from 2001, as Manufacturing Manager for Becton Dickinson and Difco Laboratories from 1988, and as Quality Manager for Lee Laboratories from 1984. Mr. Kodilla s manufacturing and regulatory experience includes FDA/ISO regulated Class II and III diagnostic reagents and devices, high volume automated assembly and packaging, materials management and plant operations.

Dr. Mark A. Mozola, age 52, became Neogen s Vice President of Research and Development in 2001 following the Company s acquisition of GENE-TRAK Systems. He served in various technical and managerial positions at GENE-TRAK Systems for 16 years, most recently as General Manager. He has also served as a Laboratory Director for Silliker Laboratories. Dr. Mozola s particular technical expertise is in the area of development of modern, rapid methods for the detection of foodborne pathogens.

LeAnn is employed by Neogen Corporation as a Human Resource Generalist. Prior to joining Neogen, LeAnn was employed at Lexmark International. She obtained her PHR certification in 2006 and graduated from Midway College with a BA in Organizational Management and is currently attending class to obtain her BA in Human Resource Management. When not working or attending class, LeAnn enjoys spending time with her husband Dennis and kitten Abby.

Thomas Reed is Group Vice President of Cattle Procurement and Producer Relations, Packerland Packing, DeWitt, Michigan. Mr. Reed received his BS at Michigan State University, and completed graduate studies in Business Management at Michigan State. From 1980 to 1992 Mr. Reed served on the MSU Board of Trustees in various positions, including Chairperson of the Board in 1991. Mr. Reed presently serves on the Board of Directors for Neogen Co., Ann Arbor, and is a member of the Canadian Bilateral Trade Team and the U.S. Asean Center for Technology Exchange, Inc. Mr. Reed has participated extensively in U.S. and International programs that promote the development of food production.

A. Charles Fischer was President and CEO of Dow AgroSciences and a member of Dow Chemical Company s Executive Management Team until his retirement in 2004. He was elected to the Board of Directors in October 2006. Mr. Fischer s career with Dow Chemical spanned 37 years and included assignments in South America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He served as president of CropLife International and CropLife America, is past chairman of the National FFA Foundation and was associated in various capacities with the Central Indiana Life Sciences Initiative and the Biotechnology Industry Organization.

Jack C. Parnell was elected to the Board of Directors in October 1993 and as Chairman of the Board in October, 2001. In 2006 Mr. Parnell resigned as Chairman, but remained a Director. Since 1991, he has held the position of Governmental Relations Advisor with the law firm of Kahn, Soares and Conway. In 1989, Mr. Parnell was appointed by President George H. W. Bush to serve as Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. From 1983 to 1989, he served in three different senior governmental positions for the State of California, including Secretary of the California Department of Food and Agriculture from 1987 to 1989. Robert M. Book was elected to the Board of Directors in November 1990. Since January 1993, Mr. Book has served as President of AgriVista, Inc., a company that provides agricultural consulting and marketing services. He served as President of the Indiana Institute of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition from 1983 through 1992. He was formerly Group Vice President of Agriculture Marketing for Elanco Products Company, a division of Eli Lilly & Co.
