Dr. Dale Burton is sector vice president, Technology and Chief Technology Officer for Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems sector, reporting directly to the sector president. He is responsible for directing the technology focus, reviewing sector technology development, and managing the decision-making process for discretionary resources for technology development and fielding. Having joined Northrop Grumman in July 1987 as a lead engineer, Dr. Burton was promoted to chief systems engineer a year later, heading the preparation of the top-level Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (Joint STARS) Preliminary Design Review summary. He led the engineering flight test system integration and flight test effort to a successful completion, which was capped by the "Early Look" and the European operational field demonstrations in 1990. As technical advisor to the Engineering department and a member of the full-scale development team, Dr. Burton flew 37 combat missions in Desert Storm. Following his return from Desert Storm, he was appointed director of Advanced Systems and, in March 1996, was named deputy program manager for the Joint STARS program. He served as chief engineer and deputy department manager of Engineering, Technology and Integrated Logistics Support beginning in early 1998. The following year he was appointed vice president, Engineering, Logistics, and Technology and in January 2003 was also named vice president, Advanced Architectures for Integrated Systems' Advanced Capabilities Development organization. Dr. Burton was a member of the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board from 1994 through 1998 and, prior to joining Northrop Grumman, held various lead technical positions in corporations such as Raytheon, Hughes Radar Systems Group, United Technologies Research Center, and Sikorsky Aircraft. He earned a Doctor of Science degree in applied mathematics from Florida State University in 1981 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

Mr. Roeder serves as Vice President of Sales, responsible for the Netcom global sales team. He is one of the original Netcom founders and has been with the company since Netcom's conception 28 years ago. Mr. Roeder directly manages some of our key military and aerospace customers in North America, such as Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Rockwell Collins, General Atomics, ITT and Honeywell. Prior to joining Netcom, He held various management positions with Filtech Corporation.

As Vice President, Account Service, Jim supervises all M/C/C account managers and promotes the vitality of all client/agency partnerships. Jim's relationship-based approach to advertising and public relations is built around two principles. He's relentless in his understanding of our clients' businesses, and he builds personal collaboration between clients, agency employees and industry players. Jim came to M/C/C in 1998 as an account manager. Since then, he's moved up quickly, thanks to his drive to take charge and get results. A hardcore believer in strategic brand development, Jim has led integrated marketing programs for clients including CapRock Communications, InterVoice-Brite, Vari-Lite International and Raytheon. Before joining the agency, Jim worked at Temerlin McClain on the GTE account. Previously, he worked for McCann-Erickson and Fogarty, Klein & Partners. Jim graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Marketing.

John Orlando is responsible for market and service strategy, marketing programs and corporate branding for LiveWire Mobile. He is the former Chief Marketing Officer of NMS Communications and, prior to that, head of product marketing for NMS Communications' breakthrough ringback service. John joined NMS Communications in 1997 through the acquisition of ViaDSP, where he worked on voice-over-IP gateways. John is currently Vice Chair of the Mobile Entertainment Forum Americas.

Dr. Spivey has been a director of ADC since September 2004. Dr. Spivey most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Luminent, Inc., a fiber optics transmission products manufacturer, from July 2000 to November 2001. From 1997 to 2000, Dr. Spivey served as Network Products Group President for Lucent Technologies. He also served as Vice President of the Systems & Components Group at AT&T Corporation/Lucent Technologies from 1994 to 1997. Mark E. Russell is vice president of Engineering, Technology and Mission Assurance for Raytheon Company. He assumed the position in July 2008, and was elected a company officer in June 2008. Russell has published 16 peer-reviewed papers on active electronically steered arrays and radar systems, missiles, photonic technology, solid-state transmitters and communications systems. He holds 36 patents in the areas of microwave and millimeter wave components, high-range resolution radar applications and missile seekers. Outside of Raytheon, Russell provides leadership on the Board of Directors of the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering and Valeo Raytheon Systems. He is involved in the University of Massachusetts K-16 Engineering Collaborative and the National Science Foundation’s Engineering Research Center for Collaborative Adaptive Sensing of the Atmosphere (CASA), and he is Raytheon’s campus executive for the University of Massachusetts. Russell graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He joined Raytheon after graduation, and then attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst under the Raytheon Advanced Study scholarship program, earning a master’s degree in electrical engineering. The universities have both honored Russell for his career accomplishments with distinguished alumni recognition. Russell has completed several Raytheon management programs, including the Executive Leadership Summit and Business Leadership Program, and is a qualified Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist. Russell is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).

Greg manages the creative department, mentors the creatives and supervises all creative work. Since joining M/C/C in 1992, Greg has worked on accounts ranging from Sony, Fujitsu, Alcatel and Vari-Lite to CapRock Communications, Nokia, Ericsson and Raytheon. Prior to M/C/C, he worked as Art Director at Gleason Associates on both B2B and consumer accounts including DSC (now Alcatel), State Fair Foods and Dalfort Aviation. He started his career in JCPenney's advertising department. Throughout his career, Greg has won several prestigious awards including numerous TOPS (Dallas Addy) and MarCom awards. Greg holds a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Texas. He has served on the board of the Dallas Ad League and remains an active member.

Before joining Synta in January 2007, Mr. McMahon served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Cabot Corporation, a publicly traded specialty chemical company. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. McMahon was Vice President of Human Resources for Osprey Systems, Inc., a privately owned software and information technology services company. Mr. McMahon’s past experience in the field of human resources also includes positions with Broadway and Seymour, Inc., Wang Laboratories, Inc. and Raytheon Company. Mr. McMahon earned his B.S. from North Carolina State University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.

Lynn A. Dugle is a Raytheon Company vice president and president of Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems (IIS). Dugle is a member of the Raytheon Australia Board of Directors, the Southern Methodist University Graduate Program Board of Knowledge, and the Texans Credit Union Board of Directors. She has held prior board of director positions with the Collin County Red Cross, Collin County March of Dimes, the Dallas metropolitan area United Way, and served as the chairman of the board for the Collin County Rape Crisis Center. Dugle earned two degrees from Purdue University, a Bachelor of Science degree in technical management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. Dugle also earned a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Smith brings to Stratix Corporation more than 25 years of proven management experience in systems engineering, product delivery and customer service. Prior to joining Stratix, Smith was Symbol Technologies' director of engineering for the Eastern Region. In this role, he was responsible for product delivery for the eastern US and across all the verticals that Symbol services, most notably retail and consumer goods manufacturers and distributors. He also served as Eastern area vice president of engineering for Telxon Corporation, a $350 million scanner manufacturer, which was acquired by Symbol in 2000. Prior to his time at Telxon, Smith was the systems engineering director at Memorex Telex with over 360 computer engineers and administrative staff reporting to him. He held various management positions at this company during his 15-year tenure. He also worked at Raytheon and Litton Industries as a systems engineer. A combat veteran, Smith served in the Marine Corp for four years during Viet Nam and has a degree in Computer Technology.

Lee Stratton oversees SI International's human resources (HR) functions, including the recruitment, management, retention and training of employees and administration of employment benefits. Stratton joins SI International with over 20 years of experience in HR leadership positions at GE, TRW, and Raytheon. In his most recent position as HR Leader for the Corporate Finance - Global Business Services organization at GE, he managed the HR function in a growing financial services organization in over 50 countries worldwide. Stratton's focus at GE included key leadership staffing, organizational redesign, and shared services expansion with an emphasis on employee relations and HR initiatives in an environment of significant growth. At GE, Stratton also received a 2005 CEO Award for his leadership on the team supporting the disposition of GE's Capital Information Services business.

Andy serves as a Partner and Co-Founder of SV Investment Partners. He serves on the Management Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Portfolio Review Committee. Andy has been a private equity investor since 1981, preceded by 11 years of operating management and engineering experience in electronics, computers, and communications with RCA Corporation and with Raytheon. Andy co-founded and managed two Lauder Gaspar private equity funds from 1991 to 1998, which were financed by members of the Estee Lauder family. From 1981 to 1991 he was a Partner of Warburg, Pincus & Co, where he specialized in investments in communications, defense and technology companies. Andy received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, an MS degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.

Thomas M. Culligan is executive vice president of Business Development for Raytheon Company and CEO of Raytheon International, Inc. He co-chaired the Blue Ribbon commission for math and science education with the governor of Rhode Island. Jon C. Jones is a Raytheon Company vice president and president of its Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) business. He was elected to the position in November 2005. Jones managed several programs leading to product maturation of second-generation Focal Plane Array-Based seekers. Jones joined Hughes Aircraft Company in 1977 as an engineer in the Maverick equipment department, progressing to Infrared Maverick seeker lead engineer. He also managed Infrared Maverick seeker production in the Tucson, Ariz., factory. In 1996, Jones received the Malcolm R. Currie award for innovation. He won the State of Arizona Innovator of the Year Award in 1997 and received the corporate level Excellence in Technology Award for advancements in infrared guided missiles in 2001. Mr. Jones received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from California State University, Northridge. He later attended the University of California at Los Angeles, where he received a master’s degree in engineering management. In 1988, Stephens was appointed by the President following Senate confirmation to serve as the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia. For five years he provided leadership, policy guidance and litigation oversight for the nation’s largest federal prosecutor’s office, which investigated and prosecuted cases involving public corruption, terrorism, national security matters, fraud, narcotics and violent crime, and also represented the government in a variety of civil regulatory and litigation matters. Keith J. Peden is senior vice president of Human Resources for Raytheon Company. He was elected to this position in March 2001. Arthur Grant is Vice President at Raytheon for National Intelligence, Space, and Geospatial Programs. He had managed the DDG 1000 program since August 2003. Among his prior Raytheon assignments, Hoeffler was vice president of the company’s worldwide air traffic management business. Richard A. Goglia is vice president of Corporate Development and treasurer of Raytheon Company. He was appointed a Raytheon vice president in January 1999. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s acquisition and divestiture activities. Goglia joined Raytheon in 1997. Previously, he spent 16 years with General Electric and GE Capital and one year with General Signal, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions. Courtney comes to the MTBC as a veteran engineer of more than 20 years. She is vice president of engineering for Raytheon Company's Intelligence and Information Systems (IIS), where she oversees programs and functions for more than 5,000 engineering and technical professionals. While at Raytheon, Courtney has led several high-profile projects from start to finish, including a $400 million Sense Segment contract and Tier 1 software integration and certification for Release 3. She also directed the Software Engineering Center (SEC) for Raytheon's C3I Business, delivering next generation air traffic control, satellite communications and command and control software systems. Throughout her career, Courtney has received numerous awards including the 2005 Raytheon Global Business Development Team Excellence Award and the IDS President's Award. She was also nominated by Raytheon for the Society of Women Engineers' Engineer of the Year Award in 2000.
