Min Chen . Mr. Chen became a Director of our company in October 2007. Since 1996, Mr. Chen has served as Vice President of Corporate Business Development for Asia at Teleflex Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed company. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Chen was a professor of international business at the American Graduate School of International Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he taught competitive strategy, comparative management and negotiation. During that time, he also taught as a guest lecturer at Beijing University and Singapore Nanyang Technology University, among other Asian universities.

Mr. Smith is the managing partner for the Sales Research Group, a research and consulting organization. Since January 1999, Mr. Smith has also been the Chief Executive Officer of BFS & Associates LLC, a company specializing in strategic planning and venture investing. From January 2000 until December 2005, Mr. Smith also served as a speaker and author at The Gallup Organization, a global research-based consultancy firm. Mr. Smith was formerly President, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of C.R. Bard, Inc., a medical device company. Mr. Smith worked at C.R. Bard, Inc. in various capacities for 25 years until his retirement in 1998. Mr. Smith currently serves as a director of Rochester Medical Corporation, a medical device company, and Teleflex Incorporated, a specialty engineered product designer and manufacturer, as well as a board member for a variety of academic and health-related organizations. Mr. Smith received a B.A. degree from Grinnell College and was a post graduate Watson Fellow.

Judith M. von Seldeneck (age 66) Ms. von Seldeneck has served as a director of Tasty since July 1991. She is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Diversified Search, Inc., a generalist executive search firm. Ms. von Seldeneck is also a director of Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania, Citizens Bank, N.A., Charter One Bank, N.A., Teleflex Incorporated, Caron Foundation, the Hyde School and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce; and Chair of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Philadelphia Chapter.

Martin S. Headley was appointed Executive Vice president and CFO in January 2008. Serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, Martin plays a central role in developing and implementing the corporate strategic plan, driving operational efficiencies, improving financial performance, and increasing the pace of profitable growth of Brooks. He reports to Robert J. Lepofsky, President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Brooks, Mr. Headley was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Teleflex Inc., a $2.6 billion global producer of specialty engineered products. Earlier he was instrumental in the transformation of Roper Industries, Inc. and the North American arm of McKechnie, plc as Chief Financial Officer of each firm. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. serving clients throughout the world for thirteen years. Mr. Headley is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States. He has served on various company boards and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
