Chris Hall joined Manx Telecom in 1997 as Director of Business Development and a year later he was appointed Managing Director.

Mike Dee is Manx Telecom's Director of Finance and Company Secretary. In 1987, Mike was part of the BT team involved in setting up Manx Telecom and he has been looking after the company's finances ever since. Mike is also the main link with the GSM Association and oversees the development of Manx Telecom's roaming agreements with other operators, which allow our customers to use their Pronto mobiles all over the world. He has also overseen the development of the company's IT function, including the e-Shop and customers' bill payment and bill information sites. Before joining British Telecom in 1983, Mike previously held accounting and company secretary positions with the Dowty Group, Iloman Engineering and Castle Industries. Mike has a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies and a CIMA qualification. Mike is married with two girls Reagan and Claudia. His hobbies are rugby - he is a past President of Isle of Man Vagabonds RFC, cooking, wine and travel.

Alyson is already well-known in the local business community. She has been, until recently, Managing Director of IT Provider XKO (IOM) Ltd. "My role there was to grow the company through establishing and implementing a new strategy, effectively moving XKO from being a 'box shifter' to an integrated IT solutions provider," explains Alyson, "key to this was XKO acquiring significant IP (Internet Protocol) skills and working more competitively in the global market."

Andy Bridson is responsible for Manx Telecom's Personal Communications business which covers the company's mass market fixed/mobile voice and data products. His role also includes corporate strategy, business development, marketing and retail channels. Before joining Manx Telecom in October 2006, Andy was Group Sales Director of Redstone Communications plc, and prior to that three years as Managing Director of NTL Business and 8 years as a Director of the very successful IP network integrator Workplace Technologies plc. Andy's experience covers IP networking technologies and all aspects of telecommunications including both retail and wholesale operations. He has worked in the UK and Ireland and has considerable experience developing significant networking projects in the Far East and Africa. Andy is an engineer and Chartered Marketer by training. He was educated in the Isle of Man and at Liverpool University and Kingston Business School. His interests include skiing, riding motor cycles, golf, going to the gym and mountain biking.

John McChesney joined Manx Telecom as Human Resources Director in January 2003. Prior to joining the company, John held a number of key HR roles, primarily within the finance sector. He spent 16 years with the Zurich Financial Services group, and came to live in the Island in 1995 to review and build the HR function within the Allied Dunbar operation here. Following the merger with the Zurich Group John was appointed Training and Development Manager for the international businesses. In December 1999 he left to join Mi Research Ltd, an international consultancy group specializing in organisational culture change and eventually he took on the role of HR Practice Director, carrying out assignments for clients in the UK, Middle East and Europe. John is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has been actively involved with the local branch as well as a number of local charities. John is a keen sports fan and golfer, who lives in Douglas.
