Joe has a strong track record as a Senior Finance Executive. Prior to joining Marathon, he was CFO of software start-up Syncra Systems Inc. Prior to Syncra, Joe held senior finance management roles with Compaq Computer Corporation, AltaVista Software Inc and Digital Equipment Corporation. Joe's broad financial experience includes debt and equity funding, business strategy and operations as well as a history of growing early-stage, start up businesses. Joe holds an MBA in International Business, Marketing and Finance from Columbia Business School and a BSBA in Accounting & Finance from Boston University.

Dave has a proven background in building professional services organizations, as well as providing leadership to technical support functions. Prior to joining Marathon, he was at Lucent Technologies in the Network Systems Group where he led the new product introduction organization in design and deployment of Next Generation VoIP products. Previously, he led Professional Services for Telica, Inc. where he built their professional services business prior to its acquisition by Lucent in 2004. Prior, Mr. Mazursky held senior management positions at Archstone, Stratus Technologies, Ascend Communications and Data General Corporation. Dave holds a BS in Mathematics and Systems Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Steven P. Williams joined Sierra Ventures in 2000 following a successful career as a senior operating executive building two significant software company successes Marimba, Inc. (NASD:MRBA) purchased by BMC and Tivoli Systems (NASD:TIVS) purchased by IBM. Steve leads Sierra Ventures' Internet infrastructure investing practice. At Marimba, Steve was one of the company's first employees, established the company's worldwide sales and field service operations, and subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer. He also helped guide Marimba's product plans and business strategy and managed Marimba's consulting services and customer support operations. At Tivoli Systems, which Steve joined prior to the time the company had any product revenue, Steve helped formulate the company's sales model and value proposition, hiring profiles, compensation plans and product pricing. He hired and managed Tivoli's western US sales team with over 100 employees prior to Tivoli's $750 million sale to IBM. Steve holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
