Founded in 1999, Mark Holdings LLC (the "Company") is a full-service real estate investment firm that principally acquires real estate equity and debt assets. Its commercial affiliate, Mark Management LLC, provides development, leasing and management services for its own investments and, on occasion, to third parties. Additionally, Birchmark Development LLC, its residential affiliate, constructs high-end luxury custom homes and develops residential subdivisions.
