Robert "Bob" Henry founded Market First in 1985 after spending 20 years in advertising management both domestically and worldwide. Before launching Market First in 1995, Bob spent twelve years with the largest direct marketing firm in the country establishing a national network of affordable advertising options. Bob is an experienced trainer and educator having served on industry task forces for grocery stores and restaurants and the all-inclusive "Experts in the Field". Before that, he owned and operated his own yellow pages consulting firm for three years.

Bernie Evans is the Vice President of Sales for Market First. Bernie attended Ohio State University School of Communications and played baseball. After college, he pursued a career in baseball and then moved on to the Miller Brewing Company serving as a national promotion manager. From there, Bernie moved on to the communications industry and Primestar working with national and local retailers, distributors and dealers to develop their sales and marketing programs. Having achieved national recognition from them and their new parent company, DIRECTV for 7 years in a row, Bernie needed another challenge. He went on to build one of the largest and most comprehensive sales and marketing programs for what would become the number one DIRECTV dealer in the nation in less than one year. Through it all, his philosophy has been to focus in on his customers immediate needs and build a long-term strategy that will enable them to reach there true potential in any market place. Bernie and his wife enjoy working on their farm and caring for their horses and other pets.
