Mr. Montaglione is Senior Vice President of Market Strategies and head of the Energy division. Chris is responsible for overseeing teams that work directly with energy clients in a variety of traditional and emerging sectors, including regulated utilities (electric, gas, water), petroleum, distributed energy, energy conservation, renewable/green power, and government/regulatory/public policy issues. Also within the Energy division is MSI's usability practice which specializes in conducting studies of household and business customers' satisfaction with transactions that occur via self-serve company websites, interactive telephone voice response systems (IVRs), and speech recognition systems. With over 20 years experience, Chris Montaglione has led domestic and multi-national research and consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients in several industries, including energy, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, financial services, mass media, transportation, information services and telecommunications. Throughout his career, Mr. Montaglione has helped clients address a full range of strategic business issues via practical and actionable advice. Chris is well versed in state-of-the-art quantitative research techniques and is a skilled moderator with expertise in C-suite executive interviewing as well as consumer and professional group moderation. His specialties include customer and employee satisfaction, retention, and loyalty measurement, competitive market assessments, market segmentation, corporate branding, and new product/service development, but most importantly, strategic planning with executive management. For the past seven years, Chris has managed a team within MSI that has been responsible for executing all research associated with the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), which is conducted on behalf of the National Quality Research Center (NQRC) at the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He has been instrumental in expanding the quarterly ACSI Private Sector study which measures consumers' satisfaction with approximately 200 U.S. companies in over 40 industry sectors, as well as the conceptualization and implementation of the quarterly ACSI Energy Utility Index which tracks satisfaction with the 30 largest electric and/or gas utility companies within the United States. Mr. Montaglione earned bachelor degrees in psychology and sociology from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, graduating summa cum laude, and completed all coursework and qualifying exams toward a doctorate in psychology from Syracuse University. Chris has published research projects sponsored by the American Management Association, National Institute of Health, and National Institute on Aging.

Gregg Peterson is the senior vice president of operations at Market Strategies. Gregg is responsible for all Research Operations and Integrated Research Centers providing strategic and tactical leadership as well as financial oversight. He also plays a key role in furthering the integration of new assets as they come on board as a result of mergers and acquisition activities supported by the VSS-MSI financial partnership. Previously, Gregg was an executive vice president at Ugam Solutions, a leading provider of outsourced operations and analytics services to the marketing research industry based in India, where he focused his time on strategy, international expansion, new business development and account management. Prior to joining Ugam, Gregg spent 6 years as the executive vice president for North American Operations at marketing research agency Millward Brown. During his career Gregg has helped shape corporate strategy and successfully led the development and implementation of technology solutions as well as significant process improvements and organizational change initiatives for companies involved in the market research industry. Gregg has completed graduate study courses in the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago and holds a B.A. in both Business Administration and Sociology from Augustana College.

Ken Athaide is a senior vice president in the Technology research and consulting division of Market Strategies International. Ken leads the company's IT tracking practice, focusing on branding and advertising, customer satisfaction and product deployment studies for global technology clients. Ken rejoined Market Strategies in November 2007, having spent the previous five years at TNS where he led the Information Technology segment within TNS NA's Technology Sector. During his time at TNS, he also served at various times as global account director for two global technology and CPG clients and built a QSR restaurant practice. He joined TNS in 2002, when the company acquired Elrick & Lavidge, where Athaide was the managing director of the Atlanta office. He also spent one year at Thinkologies, an Atlanta-based tech startup Ken has invested nearly all of his 25-year career to providing strategic market research to clients, with the last 15 years focused in the converging areas of technology, media and telecommunications. During his first term at Market Strategies, Ken managed the Media and Telecommunications practice for the company from 1992 2000. Prior to that, he led his own research firm and worked in strategy and marketing in Citibank's credit card group. Ken holds a B.S. degree in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dawn Palace is a vice president in the Solutions group at Market Strategies International, with responsibility for research and development and the management of Market Strategies' solutions portfolio. She also assists the Marketing Sciences division in providing clients with consultative services related to the design, execution, and implementation of complex solutions. Dawn is highly skilled at developing innovative solutions to maximize the value of applied research, including investigations of customer and employee satisfaction and loyalty; market opportunity assessment; communications and messaging; and brand development and maintenance. Her areas of statistical expertise include conjoint and discrete choice modeling, structural equations modeling, segmentation methodologies, psychometrics, and integrative research methods. Prior to her Solutions role, Dawn served as a vice president and senior marketing scientist in the Marketing Sciences Group. Before joining Market Strategies in 1999, Dawn was an independent contractor, providing statistical and consulting services primarily in the areas of organizational behavior and union-management relations. She has extensive knowledge and experience in developing strategic models to address employee loyalty, work-family conflict, labor negotiations and elections, and related issues. Dawn holds both doctorate and master's degrees in industrial/organizational psychology and psychological measurement from Wayne State University (WSU). Her bachelor's degree is from the University of Michigan. Dawn is currently an adjunct professor at Wayne State University, and is an active member of the American Psychological Association.

Mr. Cober is Research Director with the Energy division of Market Strategies. He has supervised the development, implementation and analysis of over 200 strategic communications research initiatives. He has designed research efforts for political campaigns, public interest groups, business associations and corporate clients at the local, national and international levels. Andrew's energy clients include petroleum and utility clients from across the United States. Additionally he has worked with a wide array of energy associations, including the American Petroleum Institute, The American Gas Association, The Propane Council, and The Interstate Natural Gas Association of America. Prior to joining Market Strategies in 2005 Andrew served as Research Director for Harris Interactive's Government and Industry Associations team, focusing primarily on the energy industry. During that time he served as the lead researcher for the American Petroleum Institute's RP 1162 Pilot Study. This study, encompassing 11 natural gas transmission companies, served to provide early guidance for API in the development of a nationwide pipeline safety communications evaluation program. Andrew received his bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and was awarded the Outstanding Graduating Senior in Sociology honor. He completed two years of graduate study in sociology at the University of Virginia, where he worked in the Center for Survey Research.
