Jonathan Reich joined Net2Phone in 1999, after working at IDT as Senior Vice President of Advertising, Marketing and Business Development in charge of marketing and strategic relationships. Prior to that, Mr. Reich was IDT's Director of Advertising from January 1995 through November 1997. From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Reich worked for Sanford Bernstein & Co. as an Associate Analyst. Prior to this, Mr. Reich was an internal consultant for Morgan Stanley & Co.

Liore Alroy became Net2Phone's Chief Executive Officer in October 2004. Since 2002, Mr. Alroy has been a strategic advisor to Net2Phone's executive team, helping them shape Net2Phone’s cable telephony strategy. Prior to joining Net2Phone, Mr. Alroy was Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at IDT Corporation, where he had extensive experience with telecom ventures. Prior to working with IDT, Mr. Alroy was an attorney in private practice, including working as a tax associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP. Mr. Alroy is a graduate of Cornell University and Columbia Law School.

Prior to joining Net2Phone, Dubroff most recently was Chief Financial Officer of Virtual Communities, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed provider of ethnic websites and content management software tools. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Enhance Financial Services Group Inc., a $700 million market cap, NYSE-listed, financial guaranty reinsurer. Dubroff's background includes senior financial positions at First Data Corporation, American Express and Merrill Lynch. Dubroff graduated from Harvard Business School in 1975 as a Baker Scholar.

David Lando is presently the Chief Operating Officer of Net2Phone. He had been the Executive VP, Products and Services, since joining Net2Phone in January 2002. Dr. Lando retired from Lucent-Bell Labs in December 2000 following a distinguished 31 year career with Bell Labs, AT&T and Lucent. Among his previous positions, he was the Engineering Technologies VP of Bell Labs, Manufacturing VP of AT&T Microelectronics and the Supply Chain Engineering, Architecture, and Quality VP of Lucent. Dr. Lando had been the Chairman of the NEMI, served on various industry boards including SEMATEC, SRC and IPC as well as on federal and state advisory boards. Dr. Lando holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and is a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Jose Colagrossi has over 15 years experience building and managing successful global channel sales operations for telecom and IT companies such as FaxNet Corporation, Critical Path, Sonexis and Merlot Communications. A native of Brazil, Mr. Colagrossi began his career working as a trade diplomat and later became an International Business Development Consultant specializing in building global distribution channels for hardware companies. Some of his clients included Toshiba, Seagate, Hayes and Motorola. Mr. Colagrossi is a constant participant at technology and IT events, having spoken at more than 20 shows including VON Europe, VON Asia, Comdex Mexico, Comdex Brazil, Internet World Brazil, XCHANGE Miami, and The Harvard Business Club. He has a MBA from Columbia University and a Magna cum laude BS Degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Howard Jonas is the founder and Chairman of IDT Corporation, a leading international telecommunications company. A graduate of the Bronx High School of Science, he received a BA in Economics from Harvard University. Mr. Jonas is an extremely active philanthropist and serves as a trustee on numerous university, hospital, religious and social service organization boards. Mr. Jonas and his wife Debbie are proud parents to nine children.

Dan joined Virgin Mobile USA as the founding CEO in September 2001 and brings a record of high performance in the consumer-marketing arena and almost two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry to VMU. He has led the company from its concept stage to one of the nation's top 8 wireless carriers, with 5 million net subscribers and $1.5B in annual sales, since its national launch in July 2002. Virgin Mobile USA was named by J.D. Power as the highest ranked prepaid carrier in the U.S. in overall customer satisfaction for two consecutive years. Dan also served as the chief executive officer of priceline.com, where he established one of the most popular and recognized brands on the Internet, and was a primary architect in driving the company to profitability. Prior to joining priceline.com, Dan served more than 18 years at AT&T, rising to become the youngest member of the company's most senior executive team, the AT&T Operations Group. He was president of the $22 billion core consumer long distance business. Dan was named by Business Week as one of the top 20 people to watch in the media industry. He was also recently named as one of the top 25 most powerful people in the global wireless industry. Dan is a member of the Board of Directors of Symantec (SYMC-NASDAQ) where he chairs the Compensation Committee. He serves on the executive committee of the Board of Trustees of Rutgers University. He is also on the board of Autism Speaks and the advisory committee of Greycroft, a private equity company focused on early stage new media and technology companies.
