She was instrumental in the founding of the Wachovia Regional Foundation in 1997 and has been serving as a Program Officer since its inception. Kim began her career at Wachovia in 1987 in commercial banking and corporate cash management marketing. Michael Chepiga is a litigation partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. He represents clients in securities litigation, class actions, derivative actions, and corporate control litigation. Representative cases include securities litigation concerning AIG, HealthSouth, Hollinger, Celera Genomics, Express Scripts, Winstar Communications, Cendant, Royal Ahold, Dynegy, St Paul-Travelers, American Electric Power, and KeySpan. Litigations arising from corporate acquisitions or transactions include SunGard Data Systems, Instinent Group, Telecorp/ATT Wireless, Wachovia, Seagate Technologies, American Home Products/Warner Lambert/Pfizer, Chrysler/Kerkorian, KKR/RJR Nabisco, Paramount v Time Warner, Paramount v QVC and numerous others. Mr Chepiga served as President of the Legal Aid Society of New York from 1996 to 1998, as a director from 1988 to 1998, and a member of the executive committee from 1992 to 1998. He is a director of VOLS (Volunteers of Legal Services, Inc), and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He is a frequent lecturer on continuing legal education panels and is the author of "Getting and Spending," a play produced at the Helen Hayes Theatre on Broadway in October 1998. Mr Chepiga joined Simpson Thacher in 1981 and became a partner in 1986. He received a BA cum laude from Fordham University in 1970, a PhD in English from New York University in 1976 and a JD from Yale University in 1979. Mr. Hauptfuhrer has been a director of Wolverine since May 1998. Mr. Hauptfuhrer retired May 1, 2004 from his position as Co-Head of the Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Wachovia Corporation (formerly, First Union Corporation ("First Union")), a financial services corporation, since September 2001 and has served as Senior Executive Vice President of Wachovia Corporation since February 2002. Chris Deger is a demonstrated leader who enjoys problem solving through working with all levels of an organization. Background: Mr. Noble joined Wachovia in 1997 and currently serves as a Vice President and Director of Portfolio Management. He is responsible for providing investment management solutions, including fixed income, equity, and alternative strategies for clients of Calibre. Experience: Mr. Noble has more than 10 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to his association with Calibre, he served as Director and Lead Portfolio Manager with Evergreen Private Asset Management in Baltimore. In that capacity, he provided investment management solutions to approximately 40 high net worth individuals and non-profit organizations. Previously, Mr. Noble served as Chief Executive Officer for Seekers, Inc., a financial consulting firm, and was the Managing Partner and co-founder of The Traders Group Ltd., a private investment partnership, where he developed investment models for the equity, fixed income and futures markets. Education: After graduating from Gilman School in Baltimore, Mr. Noble attended Loyola College where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science while he clerked at the State's Attorney's Office for Baltimore City. Next, he obtained a Masters of Science degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore and in 2001 he completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program sponsored by the CFA Institute. The CFA program is a globally recognized standard for measuring the competence and integrity of investment managers.
