WE HAD A NET LOSS OF $31,721 FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2004 AND A NET LOSS OF $38,350 FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2003. For the twelve month period ended June 30, 2004, we generated a total of $38,015 in revenue. In addition, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004, we had a net loss of $31,721.
