She has experience across many industries including services, healthcare, utilities, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and package goods.

Nick has published over 20 articles on marketing research and has spoken at numerous market ,research conferences, colleges and universities, trade associations, and corporate meetings. He has also published a chapter on the "Uses of Polling" in an AMA book called the Public Relations Handbook (1982). Nick's article on the "Rising Power of Shareholders" appeared in The Corporate Board Magazine (March/April) 2004. In addition, Nick's speech on Public Attitudes toward Public Corporations, the Third Sector: A New Perspective on corporate Social Responsibilities was published by Duke University Press (1977). Nick's research specialties are public affairs/public relations, crisis management, new products and services, legal research, corporate and strategic planning, and software solutions for Senior Management Issues. He has a wide range of experience in beer business with Labatt Breweries over 20 years in Canada and the UK. In 1996, Bob accepted the position of Vice President of Marketing for Earls Restaurants. While at Earls, Bob helped create marketing programs that are still in place today.
