Amal M. Johnson has served on Mellanox's board of directors since October 2006. Ms. Johnson is currently the chief executive officer of MarketTools, Inc., a market research company. Prior to joining MarketTools, Inc., Ms. Johnson was a venture partner of ComVentures, L.P. from April 2004 to March 2005, and Lightspeed Venture Partners, focusing on enterprise software and infrastructure, from March 1999 to March 2004. Previously, Ms. Johnson was president of Baan Supply Chain Solutions from January 1998 to December 1998, an enterprise resource planning, or ERP, software company, president of Baan Affiliates, an ERP software company, from January 1997 to December 1997, and president of Baan Americas, an ERP software company, from October 1994 to December 1996. Prior to that, Ms. Johnson served as president of ASK Manufacturing Systems, an MRP software company, from August 1993 to July 1994 and held executive positions at IBM from 1977 to June 1993. Ms. Johnson also serves on the board of directors of Opsource, Inc. and MarketTools, Inc.

Paul is an accomplished technologist with more than 20 years of technology leadership experience in web-based software, web services, packaged software, eCommerce, and telephony hardware design. He is a skilled leader and product strategist who drives technology architecture and development while helping to shape the overall product and service direction at MarketTools. Before joining MarketTools, Paul was Vice President, Technical Services at HumanConcepts, a privately held company providing software solutions for organizational charting and information. Prior to that, Paul was Senior Vice President, Technology at Bigwords.com, a venture-based company where he drove the development of an end-to-end, fully-automated system designed to fulfill online ordering and shipment of textbooks. Paul also spent six years with Corel Corporation, notably as Senior Vice President, Technology and General Manager, WordPerfect, where he led a technology team of 1,200 professionals.

Rob leads the company's focus on applying advanced technologies and innovation to market research product development. He takes a critical role in delivering products that give companies the ability to effectively gather fast feedback and conduct comprehensive online market research. Rob has more than 20 years of technology and product development experience with both established and emerging companies. Before joining MarketTools, Rob was the founder and CEO of OneRelease.com, a systems management software company that was acquired by Manugistics, Inc. Rob has held senior executive positions managing product development and engineering for several technology companies, focusing on expanding product lines, developing internet-based product strategies and providing strategic guidance. As Vice President and Business Unit manager of the Server Products Group at Sybase, Inc., Rob managed an extensive product line that positioned Sybase successfully as a leader within the market. Rob holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco.

Emily Morris is Director of Product Marketing for Online Communities at MarketTools, the leader in on-demand market research. She developed and oversees the Moms Insight Network solution, which provides companies direct engagement in the conversations of 10,000 moms in an online community called ZoomPanel Moms. She also works with clients to develop custom communities that provide collaborative and interactive means to gathering insights. Emily has been working with Web technologies for more than eleven years in various capacities including technical writing, product support engineering and more recently a focus on customer experience and consumer research. Her experience includes four years at Netscape Corporation where she worked on some of the Web's first server technology and e-business applications. Emily also helped to develop and launch the Keynote Customer Experience Rankings , which are competitive studies that rank the top websites in various industries according to how well they enable customers to accomplish key goals. Emily resides in Mill Valley, CA and has a B.S in Technical Writing from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Jones is the Managing Partner of Ticonderoga Capital. Mr. Jones co-founded Ticonderoga Capital and has 23 years of venture capital experience focused on technology-enabled services with a strong emphasis on healthcare business services. Over his extensive venture career, Mr. Jones has supervised over $500 million of venture capital investments. Mr. Jones was previously the Managing Partner of Dillon Read Venture Capital, a Partner with Advent International and an Associate with Centennial Ventures. Before commencing his career in venture capital, he was a management consultant with Bain & Company. Mr. Jones has been a director of over thirty-five companies, including 14 that have completed successful initial public offerings and ten successful sales.

David Brown is the Managing Partner of Oak Hill Venture Partners and a Vice President of Keystone, Inc. He leads Keystone's venture capital activities, including investments in 30 companies since 1998. He is also a general partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners (private equity investments), Oak Hill Securities (high yield trading), Oak Hill Strategic Partners (exchange fund) and Oak Hill Platinum Partners (hedge fund). Mr. Brown serves on the board of directors of Lattice Communications, MarketTools, Perfect Commerce, ProQuest, Sandial Systems, Sitara Networks and WideOpenWest. Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Brown worked at Salomon Brothers where he was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department. Mr. Brown holds a B.A. degree from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.
