Lisa Impagliazzo, as Executive Vice President of Operations, is responsible for driving the growth in revenue and profitability for all hotels in The Benjamin and Affinia hotel portfolios, along with the managed independent properties. In addition, she works closely with the development team in acquiring new management contracts. Ms. Impagliazzo's extensive experience in operations and development is integral to the expansion of the Affinia and Benjamin brands. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations of the Americas for Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts where she was responsible for the operation of all properties in North and South America and the Caribbean, the repositioning of key assets and, along the development, the acquisition of management contracts. Prior to Meridien, Ms. Impagliazzo worked with Starwood Hotels and Resorts as Corporate Director of Openings for North America. Her additional hotel operations experience includes Interstate Hotel Corporation and Marriott Hotels and Resorts. Ms. Impagliazzo serves on the executive board for the Women's Urban Housing League.
