Alan Marion is highly effective as a pubic speaker due to his personable character and his years of hands on experience in the business world. He started his career as a door to door salesman and developed his skills to be National Sales and Training Manager for Mars Corporation and International Sales Manager for Original Juice Company growing the sales to $45 million in 7 years. This role included managing and motivating 126 commission distributors which was the key to the company's success. His seminars are coloured by the many stories of success and failure he has come across and experienced in his varied business endeavours both in Australia and overseas. He is highly entertaining and his enthusiasm to turn ideas into action rubs off on all participants. His intention when he speaks is to call people to action and get businesses and teams on track to work as a fully functional operation. He does this through emphasising personal responsibility, having a 'can do' attitude and focussing on setting goals and achieving them through a methodical and practical system that he has developed over many years of managing teams. The benefit of engaging Alan for seminars and conventions is that he is able to work with the client's agenda, theme and intention and deliver a powerful program that motivates participants and inspires them to move forward in the direction the client wants them to. Brian Flanagan was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director in July 2005. He is a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. He is also a Non-Executive Director of The Financial Services Authority and Personal Navigation Systems Limited. After completing a degree in Economics at Sheffield University, David joined the Mars Corporation as a graduate trainee. Over the next 9 years, David took on a number of roles in both Sales & Marketing, rising to the position of National Sales Manager. David joined HP Bulmer, the UK listed drinks business in 1997 as Sales & Trade marketing Director, then in 2000 David became CEO of their North American business where he spearheaded the launch of the Strongbow brand in the USA. In 2003, David was appointed Group Marketing Director of Grampian Country Food Group (the UK's leading meat & poultry supplier and a top 5 supplier to each of the major supermarkets). David brings extensive experience in Sales & Marketing in both customer and channel management and in Brand development. David was appointed Commercial Director of the Company on 1st March 2007.
