David Lubar is president of Lubar & Co., a Milwaukee based private investment firm founded in 1977 whose investment activities include acquisitions of middle market operating companies as well as growth financings for emerging businesses. Over the past 20 years, Lubar has invested in companies in a wide range of industries and various stages of development, including food production and processing, industrial products manufacturing, transportation, construction services, energy services and equipment, and others. David received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He is active on the Boards of Directors of numerous for profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Ted Kellner is a founder and portfolio manager of Fiduciary Management Inc., an investment management firm established in 1980. The firm currently manages approximately $3 billion in assets for pension funds, endowments and trusts throughout the United States. Ted is a Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 35 years of investment experience. Ted also founded and serves as a director of Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc., which owns more than 3,500 multi-family units in Wisconsin valued at approximately $225 million and which has developed properties valued in excess of $75 million. Kellner serves on the board of directors of American Family Mutual Insurance; Marshall & Ilsley Corporation; Mason Wells; and the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He has also served as Chairman of the board of the University of Wisconsin Foundation; Children's Hospital System; and the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. He is past President of the University of Wisconsin National Alumni Association and the University of Wisconsin School of Business Alumni Association. He received the Distinguished Alumni Award form the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association in 1998 and the Distinguished Alumni Award form the University of Wisconsin School of Business Alumni Association in 1994.
