David brings a wealth of management and Leadership expertise to Churchill Leadership, and is currently also a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Leadership Education. David was the Managing Director of American Management (U.K.) Limited, the British subsidiary of the (AMA). He was involved in the formation of the AMA's joint venture in China, bringing improved management training to this rapidly growing market. He has written and lectured extensively on business and management issues, with organizations such as Confederation of British Industry (CBI), the U.K. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Institute of Directors (IOD) and at many other conferences in the United States, continental Europe, and China. He co-authored the DTI's publication Trading with the U.S.A.: A practical Guide to Doing Business in the United States and testified on business matters before committees of the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives. As former U.S. Foreign Service Officer, David was Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs at the U. S. Embassy in London from 1986 to 1989. Currently an officer and director of several British and American companies, he has been a director of the American Chamber of Commerce (U.K.) in London and the British-American Chamber of Commerce in New York and London, and is presently a member of that organization's Transatlantic Council. He organized their AMA-sponsored Leadership Program in 2003 chaired by Sir Paul Judge, benefactor of the Judge Institute of Management Studies at the University of Cambridge. David is also a member and Vice President of the Council of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (the RSA).David's family funds the Diebold Scholarship program at MIT's Sloan School of Management.

Dr Jim Wicks is a former Fellow of the University of Cambridge in Physics and is a Director of The Fluid Group. With a PhD in Physics from the University of Oxford, Jim spent 7 years as an academic at University College London, the University of Kent at Canterbury, the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge before joining a major UK company as head of CFD modelling. After 7 years in the industrial arena he set up The Fluid Group, designed to be the best commercial fluid modelling company in the UK and Europe and as well as running projects within this business, is available as an Expert Witness. Nigel is Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Cambridge with research interests in the process development and formulation of biopharmaceuticals. His research portfolio has included collaborations with a number of leading pharmaceutical companies and he is the author of a number of scientific papers and patents. Dr Robert Hunt is a Lecturer in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge, and is a Fellow of Christ's College. He is also the Deputy Director of the Isaac Newton Institute for Mathematical Sciences. Robert studied mathematics at Trinity College, Cambridge as an undergraduate and for his PhD, before a short stint teaching at St Catherine's College, Oxford. He returned to Cambridge and is now a Fellow at Christ's College, where he is Director of Studies in Applied Mathematics. Until the beginning of 2002 Robert edited Plus. He has now moved to an executive role, leaving day-to-day decisions to a new editor. As well as being a member of the Millennium Mathematics Project team Robert has responsibility for the computational course work component of the Mathematical Tripos (the Cambridge University degree course). His research interests are in Fluid Dynamics (Wave Theory and Wakes) and Special Functions. At the Isaac Newton Institute he assists the Director in organizing major research conferences which are attended by experts the world over. Outside academia his hobbies include music (piano playing and singing) and theatre (both from the audience and on stage, particularly in musicals), and he has been known to indulge in both Ballroom and Scottish Country Dancing.
