Rob Stingle was graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1986. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. Rob is the Vice President - Associate General Auditor at MassMutual Financial Group where he has responsibility for directing the domestic and international auditing operations of the MassMutual companies. Rob has over 16 years of experience auditing in the insurance industry having previously worked as Vice President - Internal Audit at the Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. (formerly Allmerica Financial Corp.), and with Price Waterhouse's Insurance Services Industry Group. A retired fighter pilot, Rob flew A-10 Warthogs for 13 years which included tours in Bosnia and Iraq.

Ann Ortolano is a Managing Director and founding partner of Sageview Consulting who brings more than 20 years experience in benefits and compensation. Sageview?s clients rely on Ann expertise in both insurance and benefits to develop strategies to implement cost effective benefit programs that reduce costs and attract and retain quality employees. Working closely with leading insurance carriers and providers nationwide, she brings the best solutions to her clients resulting in significant cost savings and streamlined administrative processes. Sageview?s clients consist of companies from 2 to over 1,000 employees. She specializes in the areas of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, 125 plans, pension, 40l(k), 403(b), 457 plans as well as specialized benefit programs and arrangements for executives and ownership. In addition, Ann works with clients to offer innovative voluntary programs in life, accident, long term disability and long term care. Prior to Sageview Consulting, Ann was the Vice President, Benefits and Compensation for Madison Square Garden where she was responsible for all phases of employee benefit planning, design and implementation for over 9,000 employees, many of whom were represented by 33 unions. These benefit programs included health, life, disability, pension, 40l(k) plans and executive benefit programs as well as worker?s compensation and unemployment plans. Ann worked closely with the NBA and the NHL on all team benefit programs. During her career, Ann worked with such well known companies as Mass Mutual, Marsh & McLennan and Reed Elsevier. Ann holds a Masters in Science (MS) degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University / Baruch College. She earned her BA from Queens College and holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of Pennsylvania / International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She holds health, life, property & casualty and securities licenses.

Jeff Peltier, Regional M&A Advisor has experience working with business owners. His professional experience includes working as a Financial Planner for Mass Mutual Financial Group where he attained his Series 6, Series 63 and Group One Licenses. He also owns and operates a mortgage company that specializes in commercial and business financing. Jeff is licensed with the Texas Savings and Loan Department and also with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Jeff currently works with an international network of Associates that are dedicated professionally to the sale and purchase of on-going businesses as well as a consulting service for buyers, investors, and entrepreneurs. Jeff currently resides in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Scheid is a Financial Services and Insurance Professional contracted with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual). He is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, currently residing in Chandler. Mr. Scheid graduated from Arizona State University in 1987 with Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance. He began his Financial Services practice in 1994 and has spent his entire career with MassMutual. Mr. Scheid specializes in strategic planning and asset management. He is a three-time Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (1998, 2003, 2004), a three-time MassMutual Leaders Club Qualifier (1997, 1998, 2002) and winner of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors "National Sales Achievement Award" and "National Quality Award". Mr. Scheid is also a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals and the 100 Club of Arizona Board of Directors. In addition, he is the co-founder of the Family Business Forum at Arizona State University. Mr. Scheid also currently serves as the Vice President of The Professional Advisory Team, which is a 501(c)3 that works with the families of injured police officers and firefighters. Joe W. Nicholas B. Gavalas, General Agent of The South Carolina Agency for MassMutual Financial Group, is a 1972 graduate of The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina. He began his career as an agent with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company in 1972, and became General Agent of The South Carolina Agency in 1985. Since that time, the agency has had a continued growth rate, and is now rated in the Top Ten of the company's agencies. The South Carolina Agency has been the recipient of numerous company and industry awards, including: The American College Professional Growth Award, 1999, 1998, 1997, 1996 and 1995; MassMutual Master Agency Growth Award; The Chairman's Trophy for Outstanding Performance 1998 and 1996. The South Carolina Agency was also honored last year with the Retirement Services Product Leader Award. Most Recently, MassMutual awarded Gavalas with two of the eight national Blue Chip Community Service Awards at the MassMutual Leader's Club Convention. A $10,000 grant was presented to The Gavalas-Kolanko Foundation (GKF) and the Zonta Foundation of Charleston, Inc. respectively, on behalf of Gavalas. MassMutual established the Awards to recognize and financially support the volunteer work of the company's general agents, agents, and agency employees.

As a long-time friend of Dr. Jerre Freeman, Walker has been familiar with the work of the World Cataract Foundation for many years. A native of Memphis and a graduate of Rhodes College, he is a career agent with the Mass Mutual Financial Group. In 1986 Walker received his CLU designation, and is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Roundtable. During his business career he has served voluntarily in leadership roles with many organizations, including the Memphis Red Cross, Sales and Marketing Executives, Society of Financial Service Professionals, and the Kiwannis Club. In September of 2003 he was named "Kiwannian of the Year."

John F. Maypole became a director effective December 17, 2004.. Mr. Maypole has, for the past 19 years, served as an independent consultant to various corporations and providers of financial services. Mr. Maypole is also a director of MassMutual Financial Group, Church and Dwight Co., Inc. and Dan River Inc.

The company's CEO, Robert M. Furek, is an experienced manager, with extensive corporate experience, having successfully managed large companies in the food and beverage industries. Currently, he is a partner of Resolute Partners, LLC, a private equity investment firm. He was the President and CEO of Heublein, Inc., and was responsible for sales, marketing, manufacturing, research and foreign subsidiaries. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of Dexter Corporation, and is currently on the board of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. He has a B.A and a honorary M.A. from Colby College an M.B.A. from Columbia University and is a graduate of the Senior Executive program of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business Administration.

William T. Spitz, age 56, has been a Trustee of the Company since August 2007. He was Vice Chancellor for Investments and Treasurer of Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee from 1985 to July 2007. As Vice Chancellor for Investments at Vanderbilt Mr. Spitz was responsible for managing the University's $3.5 billion endowment. He was also a member of the Senior Management Group of the University, which is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the institution. During his tenure, the Vanderbilt endowment earned returns in the top 5% of a broad universe of endowments for multiple time frames. While at Vanderbilt, Mr. Spitz: conducted asset allocation studies and implemented detailed investment objectives and guidelines, developed a comprehensive risk management plan, invested in approximately two hundred limited partnerships in five illiquid assets classes, selected new custodians for both the endowment fund and the University's charitable remainder trusts and implemented a more aggressive approach to working capital management which increased returns by 2% per annum. In addition, Mr. Spitz was also on the faculty of Vanderbilt University as Clinical Professor of Management-Owen Graduate School of Management. He has also held various high-level positions with successful asset management companies and has served on the Board of several companies, including Cambium Global Timber Fund, The Common Fund, Diversified Trust Company and the Bradford Fund. He has also served on multiple advisory committees, including Acadia's Opportunity Funds Advisory Boards, on which he served from 2001 to July 2007. Mr. Spitz is a published author and frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars.
