Tom joined the pastoral staff in 2002, with primary responsibility for finances, contracts, insurance, real estate, long term planning and administrative oversight. He holds an M.S. in Finance, and is currently a PhD. candidate in International Economics. Tom is a founder of The Master's House, the K-8 Christian school at New Life. He conducts regular training sessions with missions in Southern India. Tom and his wife Kim live in Arundel with their three children.

Carol Cabbiness has lived in the Austin area for close to 20 years. She is currently serving as an intern minister while she completes a Master of Divinity degree at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Carol has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas. Carol has a special interest in ministry to the economically disadvantaged and devotes some of her time working as a volunteer Chaplain at the Micah 6 Food Pantry. As CFO for BroadPoint Technologies, Ms. Siegel leads all finance, human resources, benefits administration, and facilities management functions to ensure maximum profitability, growth, and employee satisfaction. Ms. Siegel's ability to demonstrate high performance as a company leader and her understanding of complex financial rules ensures that BroadPoint maintains sound financial policies and practices, fiscal integrity and the ability to achieve our mission. Ms. Siegel has over 18 years experience serving as a senior financial officer in both private and public practice. In addition to holding accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Siegel holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) and a Bachelor of Accounting degree. She has been an active member of several professional associations, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Beach Jaycees as Vice President of Finance.

Fred Grote: Fred, who has lived, taught and worked as a business consultant in Latin America, holds a Master's Degree in ESL and has led groups throughout the world.

Jen Wheeler has three years of experience as a personal trainer and is currently completing the Master's of Science program in Exercise Physiology at San Diego State University. Jen has certification for both Personal Training and Advanced Personal Training through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She specializes in providing functional training using a variety of equipment including the BOSU, stability ball, medicine ball, free weights and body weight. A full workout incorporates flexibility, balance, endurance and strength. Jen's philosophy is that everyone can include fitness into their busy schedules so they can improve the quality of their lives. Regular physical activity is important for the release of daily stress and an improved overall feeling of well-being.

Laura has been active in the fields of massage therapy, healing arts and holistic health since 1983. She is dually licensed in NY State as a Massage Therapist and Cosmetologist, and is also a Reiki Master, an Integrated Therapy Instructor, a reflexologist, and an herbalist in the Wise Woman tradition. As an esthetician, she specializes in non-invasive skin care, aromatherapy, and day spa and esthetic treatments for body and face. Her healing work consists of an eclectic blend of Western massage styles and Eastern energy-based techniques. Therapeutic modalities include Swedish/medical massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, pregnancy and post natal massage, infant massage instruction, shiatsu, foot reflexology, Reiki, Integrative Energy Therapy (IET), Craniosacral techniques, aromatherapy, and Dr. Vodders Lymphatic Drainage techniques.

Samuel Bacharach is the McKelvey-Grant Professor of Labor Management at Cornell Universitya s ILR School. He is the Director of ILRa s New York City based Institute for Workplace Studies as well as the Director of the Smithers Institute and the director of the New York City-based Master of Professional Studies.
